, camera keeps going off up to the left in key moments. Two cameras had two different video formats. One was in hd and one was in sepia. It was supposed to be shot in 4k. Watching the raw videos really upset us because a lot of key moments were missed as they shot away from subject. Our lead videographer came in a army green jacket and was rude! The other guy was appropriately dressed however the way they shot did not match anything we saw that made us decide on using YTM. My stepson said the equipment they used were outdated. During dinner service they stood in front of our table chit chatting w each other. They set up camera tripod that was never used. Never saw any footage from the camera tripod. Because the wedding took longer than expected one of the videographer wanted to know if we will pay for the overtime. It made a very uncomfortable situation. I feel like they randomly hired people with no screening. I should have known better to check where they were located, California. I wish that we got local videographer that we can meet and discuss or see the camera guys previous work. I felt ripped off because we are deaf couple. Our coordinator never met with us once face to face. The editing was nothing like we saw. Our wedding video was not even featured afterwards because the company knows it was a badly shot video. Do yourself a favor if your in New York, hire the local videographer and make sure you see their previous work. YTM is basically hire people with no screening. We felt like one of the videographer was high on drugs because his camera kept going off into space at several key moments they explained that it was YTM style and I never saw this in any videos before. Two outdated cameras, one in HD one in sepia! We were promised a full 45 min video and that never came, only the 20 min video. Watching it was not a high quality movie. The changing camera was switched from hd to sepia and hd. It was a terrible experience. Do yourself a favor, hire local. They are based in California. We spent close to 3k and the finished product we felt ripped off. During shooting they blocked my in-laws view and I often saw my mother in law trying to see but was blocked. They had no sense of coordination. Because it went over the time they were aggressive in demanding if they will get paid for overtime. During dinner service both camera guys stood in front of our table chit chating w each other kind of running my wife and I intimate moment and blocking our family from us. I regret hiring them. I regret not using a local videographer. I regret not asking to see the camera guys previous work. I regret not asking for their previous job assignments. I am so dissatisfied with this company that we haven't watched our video since because it's very upsetting, it was no where high quality that we expected. They constantly followed our photographer and got in his way at times. Very unprofessional. They are a franchise in New York! I wish we never hired them.
