Patricia is just that! She had so many wonderful Ideas to help us prepare our ceremony. Very charismatic and personable and willing to work with you to make your day a perfect one. We did a Handfasting and Ring Ceremony on our Star Wars Day wedding. It was a beautiful ceremony. Unforgettable. Give her a shot, you won't regret it. Thank you Patricia for everything!!

Patricia was wonderful from the start! She put so much detail into our ceremony and gave us so many customization options for how we wanted the day to go. She even accommodated last minute changes and unforeseen third party issues during the ceremony. Her experience comes in handy in dealing with this, and you can’t buy that. She even checked up on us after the wedding weekend which was very sweet. There was zero stress on the wedding day. Highly recommend.

It was wonderful working with Patricia Burgess. She Officiated our April First 2023 wedding and was such a pleasure to work with. Patricia came to visit us twice before our wedding so that we seem like old friends on our wedding day. Patricia's process of providing vow choices is brilliant. She provided us with a book with hundreds of options to choose from which worked well for us as we just picked our favorite parts and took out what we didn't want to use. She was also receptive to whatever needed to be changed. On our wedding day we got great feedback on our ceremony and I would attribute its success to Patricia. Everything felt personalized specifically for us and she is a great orator. It was windy so her mic cut on and off but that was not her fault, and the videographer captured everything clearly as we were mic'ed up. Patricia sent our marriage license and followed up with name change instructions (just in case) via email after the wedding. Please Hire this woman. She is excellent. You know its about more than just money with Patricia and it is evident that getting to know couples before their big day and making sure they have a beautiful wedding ceremony is of the utmost importance to her. My long time partner and I finally decided it was time to legalize our union last December. We found Patricia online and were thrilled that she could accommodate us so very close to the Christmas holiday! Patricia walked us through everything and made us feel very comfortable. Patty is one of the kindest and most open people we've ever met. When we were looking for an officiant, she was the one who stood out the most. She has a whole binder full of ceremonies you can choose from or use as a jumping off point to make your own. She makes everything straight-forward and even helped with instructions on getting our names updated after the wedding. She also kept in touch with us in the months leading up to the wedding to make sure we were comfortable with what we would say and provide other advice on the wedding planning process. With everything going on in 2020, Patty was receptive, flexible, and easy to get in touch with the entire time. SO many plans had to change for our wedding this year, and through it all, the one thing we could count on was our ceremony being special, and personally made for us. Patty's primary concern was making our day unique to us, and it was absolutely amazing.

We are so, so, so incredibly thankful and honored that we had Patty marry us. Before COVID, we were planning on having a family member or friend marry us. When we cut our guest list down to 13 people, we knew that probably wouldn't work for us. We started researching and found Patty who fit all of our requirements. We talked to her for more than an hour on the phone and knew before we hung up that we wanted her to marry us. She became like family during that call! She came to our apartment to meet us, and sat with us as we talked about what we wanted, what we didn't want and gave us options we never even considered (like a red ribbon of fate ceremony - my husband is Asian). Patty was patient, thoughtful and thorough in making sure this was exactly what we had in mind. She helped us create the most perfect ceremony for us, and even gave us a copy to keep. Our friends and families all asked if we knew her before the wedding, and were shocked that we didn't! We love Patty so much, and are incredibly thankful she married us.

I am the mother of a recent bride married by Patty, and I cannot thank her enough. As I'm sure a lot have experienced this year, the wedding we had initially planned, ended up being completely different - but no less spectacular for my daughter and her husband. A large part of that was Patty. Because of Covid and restrictions, she never met the engaged couple until the day of the wedding, and yet she came prepared to give them a meaningful and personal wedding ceremony. Sure that can all be handled via email, but she went the extra mile. She genuinely cares about her couples and it shows. Thank you Patty for giving Lauren and Zac the perfect wedding ceremony!!

Rev. Patty did such a wonderful job with our wedding! She helped us completely customize the content of our ceremony to highlight who we are as a couple. By the time we were finished, our ceremony felt like the perfect representation of us. We loved that she came up with a unique unity ceremony that really fit our personalities and interests! She was easy to work with and incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and flexible. In our initial meeting (via phone), she walked us through all the information we needed to handle the paperwork, specially tailored for us (we're from out of state). She then met with us in person for coffee when we were in town to get to know us better. She even came to the rehearsal! She's very experienced and well-prepared, arriving early to our wedding with a neat little booklet containing our printed ceremony and vows (she even screened our vows in advance to make sure we were on the same page). She took care of filing our wedding paperwork, and she also followed up to help us obtain copies of our license from the county. Overall, we are very happy with the beautiful ceremony we created together.

Patty was such an amazing person to work with! My wife and I were so nervous about finding a reverend that would marry us but patty is NOT one for judgment. My husband and I live outside of Georgia and had to book most of our vendors without meeting them in person, we booked Patty after looking at her wonderful reviews and we're so glad we did!
