Zac is AMAZING! My wife and I hired Zac to be our wedding photographer for our wedding at the Museum of Science in Boston in May 2022. Leading up to the wedding, Zac was very easy to communicate with and asked all the right questions to make sure everything was set photography-wise for our wedding day. On our wedding day, he was wonderful to be around from beginning to end -- from getting ready in the morning to our first look photos in the afternoon to our ceremony/reception in the evening. I especially appreciated his (and his colleague Ally's) ability to make us feel super comfortable, at-ease, and beautiful during our first look photos -- we took photos for over an hour and they flew by because we were having so much fun hanging with Zac and Ally. Finally, we love the photos that Zac took -- they have bold, bright colors and truly reflect the incredible happiness that we felt on that day. If you are looking for a photographer for your wedding, look no further!

We had one conversation with Zac, immediately knew that he was the right choice for our wedding, and never looked back! His photos were incredible--the candid moments that he was able to capture blew us away. And as two people who were very nervous to be in front of the camera, Zac made it feel easy and natural. Truly, the hour or so that we snuck away with Zac to take pictures around the city was one of the most relaxing and fun parts of the wedding day. Plus, he successfully wrangled both of our large Catholic families, which is a feat in and of itself.

From initial contact to day after sneak peeks, Zac is the definition of professional. Somehow, he is able to achieve this with a casualness that puts you at ease during a relatively stressful time! Zac recognizes the significant role a wedding photographer plays in a couple's day and thus met with us via Zoom for a social call to make sure we meshed. Needless to say, we loved Zac from the start and booked without hesitation. Aside from saying "yes" to the proposal, this was the best decision we made in our wedding planning. Zac was very transparent about his pricing, what each tier offers, and when payment is due. This was so helpful with planning and budgeting. He sent survey forms that helped us plan the day and we met again to review the schedule a couple weeks' prior to the day. When I (the bride) made a timelime suggestion that was a little naive, he delicately offered his expert opinion and - of course - he was right. On the big day, Zac and the second shooter (Ally!) he brought instantly made everything more fun and relaxed. While we were getting ready in the hotel, they were such a natural addition to the room. My makeup artist, who does something like 4-5 weddings a week, couldn't stop complimenting Zac and how unobtrusive his shooting style is during the getting ready process. When we did our first look and couple shots (in 90 degree temps nonetheless), the hour flew by and was easy and breezy (thankfully). We aren't people that take naturally to lots of photographs (especially after living in our COVID bubble!) and I wish Zac and Ally could follow us around all the time; they were the perfect hype team and we've never felt better about ourselves. We had so much fun. We were some of the last of our friends to get hitched, and so many of our married friends at the wedding kept commenting on how great our photographers were. They were always right there to capture the shot. Zac was so great about making sure special shots or certain groups we wanted were all photographed at the right time. I can't wait to see everything Zac and Ally captured! We did get a sneak peek on the day after the wedding and - oh my gosh - if I didn't send the shots to everyone I know. I still can't stop looking at them a week later, and can't WAIT to see the rest of the gallery. (Zac is also really upfront with timeline for this!) While I knew from his portfolio and Instagram that Zac has some serious talent, I was just so blown away by the shots we saw the next day. He is so incredibly talented, kind, and just plain fun. If he has your date available, book NOW. It'll be the best wedding planning decision you make.

Zac is THE BEST wedding photographer and we feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to work with him. His talent is unmatched (the photos speak for themselves) and we knew would get incredible photos but we got so much more! Zac also helped significantly to make our wedding day run smoothly, coordinating with our planner and other vendors to make decisions and keep everything on schedule. He has a positive and kind presence that makes you feel at ease and I think that really comes through in the photos. He really captured our personalities and that of our friends and family. He moves with grace, never intruding or making things feel too posed or forced. It was such a pleasure sharing our day with Zac and I cannot recommend him enough. Hire him!

Looking for a spectacular wedding photographer – choose Zac! He was one of the best choices for our October 2020 wedding. Most important reason is because your pictures will be beautiful and gorgeous. But, there are so many additional reasons to go with Zac for your photographer. He is so calm, and personable you will look happy and relaxed in your photos – which is such a win on what can be a stressful day! He is also incredibly organized and helped us create our timeline and worked seamlessly with our other vendors to make sure our day went according to schedule. I have more specific thoughts for people thinking about a large wedding and small weddings, or those nervous about being comfortable taking pictures or with a history of scrutinizing pictures of yourself below. But overall, I highly recommend Zac for your wedding day. Worried about being comfortable taking pictures - choose Zac! You will spend a ton of time with your photographer on your wedding day, you want them to make you feel comfortable. Being with Zac is fun – he keeps it light, with funny stories and interesting conversation topics – he absolutely puts you at ease. This has the added benefit of making you look relaxed and calm in pictures (even if that’s not entirely how you’re feeling). Have a history of scrutinizing pictures of yourself/feel self-conscious looking at pictures of yourself but don’t want that for your wedding – Choose Zac! He totally puts you at ease (see bullet above), but I also picked him because of the diverse range of brides/grooms he photographs. I wasn’t interested in somebody who had beautiful pictures, but only showcased weddings where the couple looked like conventionally attractive models. This choice paid off, I loved my pictures (not just one or two, it was hard to pick the lucky few that we’re putting up on our walls). The wedding industry is not always kind to plus-size brides (or insert anything outside the heteronormative default), but Zac is. His pictures are stunning and he understands how to beautifully capture many different kinds of bodies and people. If you are at all nervous about this, he is seriously the way to go. Have a big wedding/worried about big personalities– choose Zac! I actually picked him because we were having a large wedding, and he was the photographer for a wedding I was a bridesmaid in. He got people organized for pictures efficiently and effectively, wrangling big personalities and making sure people were posed correctly, the same distance apart, flowers in the right places, without making it a long and drawn-out affair. Jokes on me, because I ended up having a really small wedding, but if you’re having a big wedding and worried about the photographer managing everything, Zac will handle it. Having a super small wedding – choose Zac! I sincerely hope that COVID will soon behind us, and everybody reading this in the future won’t have to worry about this. Our wedding was really small because of COVID (under 20), but Zac’s pictures beautifully captured the intimacy and specialness of the day. He was also really helpful with COVID planning and I appreciate how seriously he took event safety. When you have a small group of people, you also want to like your photographer because they make up a significant portion of your guests. But Zac feels like an old friend so he’s perfect for small weddings too.

Zac is the best decision you can make for your wedding day. From the second you inquire he instantly feels like a friend and a must have for your big day. He is incredibly responsive and reaches out throughout planning to see how you're doing and to see if you need anything. We were originally supposed to get married in April but pushed back to October and he was there every step of the way. He was the one vendor I was never willing to part ways with. If looking at his work doesn't convince you, working with him day of I knew we made the right choice. In an incredibly difficult time in our world right now he was incredibly professional and put making us feel comfortable over everything else. My husband and I are not the most photogenic people in the world and he somehow managed to get us the most GORGEOUS posed pictures while also capturing amazing candids that highlight the love we felt throughout our small wedding - between each other and our family and friends. If I had to do it all over again I would choose Zac every time. He is the first person I recommend to newly engaged friends. He made everyone feel so comfortable and added a ton of fun to the picture taking process. With constant changes throughout our wedding planning process Zac never made us feel like anything other than a priority to him. I have the most beautiful memories of our day and I am so thankful to Zac for it all!

This review of Zac Wolf Photography is belated. Two years belated, in fact. However belated, the experience of having Zac Wolf photograph our wedding was one of the very best parts of the entire day. Zac was professional, patient, kind, and a downright joy to be around. Our wedding ceremony was outside in a private home, followed by an intimate reception and dancing at a local restaurant. To this day, I still don't know how he did it, what magic he holds, but that man found every single beautiful photo opportunity at both locations. (Locations he had never visited prior to the wedding! See! Magic!) Not only are our photos aesthetically gorgeous, but he was able to capture the real feeling of our wedding. Beyond the beautiful formal pictures of our actual wedding and bridal party, Zac was able to capture the joy of our guests. Laughing with each other, eating great food, dancing...each picture is a flashback of the good party were able to throw that night. I can't tell you how many friends have framed copies of Zac's photos, from our wedding, in their homes. As two people who are not so inclined to be photographed, Zac was able to put the both of us at ease, and the results are photographs we will treasure forever. He is also assertive in a way that is warm, and effective. Bossy bridesmaid not liking the angle of the picture? Zac has already handled it, moved her, and we're onto the next issue. Nervous bride worrying about hair, and seating arrangements, and wondering how many glasses of champagne are acceptable at 2:00 PM? Zac has made a few jokes, reminded said bride of how fun the day will be...and seating arrangements are now just an after thought. Holding a wedding (big or small) requires many decisions to be made. Beyond saying "I do" to each other, Zac Wolf was the easiest, and best, decision we both made that day...with great, heavy appetizers and open bar being a close third :)

Zac was the easiest and best decision we made for our wedding! We had been following Zac on Instagram for a while because we loved his style, from the laid back photos to the way he captured color (LOVE) we couldn't wait to see if he was available for both our engagement photos and wedding. Zac was so easy to work with, even when we wanted engagement photos before we had a date, and he was happy to guide us through the process. He gave us advice on how to include our frenchie in the engagement photos, and they will forever be some of our favorite family photos. Leading up to the wedding, I was super nervous about where we would have our first look and wedding party portraits since it was going to be cold and not at the actual venue. Zac was super reassuring leading up to and the day of and our first look photos are beyond STUNNING. I look at them everyday. Even the candid photos of us, and with our wedding party walking around Boston, are bright, fun and honestly captured the best day of our lives. Zac and Hillary kept us calm, laughing and on track the entire day - even when my husband's pants ripped during the first dance! We will forever have a funny story about our wedding, and Zac will be a part of it because he was truly a part of every happy moment we shared. Not only are his photos amazing, with Zac you get a professional, fantastic teammate and we couldn't imagine getting married without him!

This review is a long time coming! My husband and I knew going into wedding planning that our photographer was one of the most important decisions we'd be making. And yet we both felt completely clueless going into it! I can't quite remember how I stumbled upon Zac's Instagram account during my search, but boy am I glad I did. I was immediately struck by the vibrancy of his photos and how he was able to capture couples in such a natural and candid way. From the moment we met with Zac the first time, to our engagement shoot, to our wedding day Zac was incredibly friendly, super easy to reach, and made us feel so very comfortable. Zac was professional and fun at the same time and was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. Our photos came out absolutely amazing and we could not be happier! What started as what we thought was going to be the most difficult decision turned out to be the easiest and best, and we can't thank Zac enough. You can't put yourself in better hands than by choosing Zac to photograph your big day!

Zac was amazing. Who you decide to hire as your wedding photographer is one of the most important decisions to make. It's how you'll preserve the memories of your special day... a day that will go by way too fast! If you want to make this an easy decision, go with Zac. Aesthetically, Zac's photography is unparalleled. Every single photo looked fantastic. He made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and he is incredibly easy to get along with. He and his second photographer, Allie, didn't just take pictures -- they captured all the raw moments and emotions. Looking at our wedding photos felt like reliving our wedding day. The one tip I share with couples planning their weddings is to make sure their photographer is organized enough to keep the wedding timeline going. Zac did just that. he had a friendly assertiveness during our family photos (hard to do -- there were children involved) and he and Allie kept the day moving seamlessly. Words can't describe how utterly perfect our wedding photos came out and how great Zac is to work with as a person. Also he has a very cute cat and dog.

Zac pretty much had us sold with his “pizza pick up line”. ;) My husband found him through a google search and we feel it was the most serendipitous find in the whole planning process. Zac was the only photographer that we met with as we knew right away his positive, upbeat energy would be a perfect fit. As many people have noted his work is stunningly vibrant and naturally candid- providing "all the feels". Aside from the incredible photos that he produces, Zac walks that fine line of being a true professional while at the same time he feels like a friend you’ve known forever. Communication was always very prompt and concise; he makes it very easy to do everything from payment to providing day of details through online forms and also checks in over the phone a week or so prior. We didn’t have a wedding planner, but the ‘day of’ Zac in a way fulfilled that role. As soon as he arrived to the bridal suite I had a sense of relief that the day would go smoothly. He is an expert on timelines and made sure I remembered to eat, pee, etc, and even though we were running a bit late assured me the ceremony of course can’t start without the bride! During family photos he was like a drill sergeant in the best way possible- able to effectively wrangle my large family of rowdy, distracted brothers and sisters so that we could stay on track. At one point there was a dress snafu which left some serious stains on the train, however, Zac was completely calm and reassuring that it wasn’t the end of the world. 6 weeks later when we received our photos I was completely blown away, he captured every element of the day perfectly! It is such a joy to look back on the day through his lens, especially some of the moments (ie:cocktail hour) we missed. I just cannot say enough about how beautifully they came out- we will cherish them forever. Zac was the best decision we made, he is worth every penny!

Working with Zac was easily one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding. He is incredibly professional and organized, while also being super accommodating and friendly. I found Zac by scrolling through endless wedding photography blogs until Zac’s photos jumped out at me. They had character and emotion and artistry that stood out against other “ordinary” wedding photos. We wanted our photos to feel natural and candid, and Zac delivers on all this and more. We first met with Zac almost 1.5 years before the wedding. This first meeting was so important because we got to know each other’s style and personality, which helped us feel way more comfortable during our photos. My husband and I had so much fun during both the engagement session and wedding day photos, as Zac and his team kept the conversation going so we basically forgot we were being photographed! Zac did a great job of keeping photos on schedule during the wedding day (we were actually ahead of schedule!) and was super efficient at coordinating our large wedding party + families for group pictures. Our wedding day wouldn’t have been the same without Zac and his team! The photos are beyond anything we could have ever asked for, and we will definitely cherish these memories for years to come. Go with Zac, you won’t regret it!

I cannot even express how amazing Zac is. My husband and I originally chose him for his awesome photographic style (check his candid and night photos 😍) but he delivered SO much more. Zac showed up early to scout out the area, take some still life photos everyone wants (you know, dress/ring/invite, etc.) and also find the perfect spot for our first look. My favorite moment with Zac was when he said "I found an awesome spot for your first look... It's near a dumpster, but it won't seem like one... Do you trust me?" I'm incredibly glad I did because those are some of my favorite photos. Aside from having an amazing eye, Zac also did a fabulous job at scheduling the day, grabbing every photo we wanted during the night, dealing with different family dynamics, and directing/getting the attention of a VERY large bridal party -- he made sure we got all of our photos done before the ceremony so we could enjoy cocktail hour too! On top of all this, my husband hates posing for photos and Zac chatted with us the whole time so we're laughing/smiling in every photo. Long story short, hire Zac if he's available for your wedding. He delivers so much and you'll have gorgeous photos to remember everything.

Zac Wolf is amazing ! My now husband and I were attracted to Zac's work from the very start. His photos are so full of life; natural, bright, and happy. Leading up to our wedding this past July, he was always so responsive and answered our emails in a timely manner. During our engagement session, he made us feel super comfortable and relaxed and it was a great way for us to meet him, get to know one another, and start to feel OK being in front of the camera. Both of us are not huge fans of getting our photos taken, but Zac always helped out with our awkwardness--telling us where to put our hands and how to stand when we were at a loss :). Before the wedding, he took the time to chat with us on the phone about our final schedule and gave insightful feedback and suggestions. On the day of the wedding, he continued to prove to be fantastic at what he does. Zac and his second shooter Ally (also amazing!) arrived on time and kept us on schedule. He had a great eye for different locations to take photos and kept our large wedding party organized. Most importantly, he caught my dad wearing his snazzy "transition glasses" and kindly snatched them off his head, so he wouldn't be in full sunglass mode before walking my mom and I down the aisle. When we got our photos back, we felt like we were reliving our wedding day all over again! He was able to capture the fluidity of the night, the emotions, and all the small, special moments and interactions between our guests that we sometimes missed. All in all, Zac is an extremely skilled artist and all around cool guy that you want to be friends with. He's funny, laid-back, + professional and you end up with incredible photos. Our investment in Zac was 100% worth the end result and we could not be happier! Thank you Zac!

Zac did an amazing job as our wedding photographer and we are so happy we found him! We found him by chance while browsing websites for a venue and his photos immediately stood out as unique, colorful pictures that just convey warmth and happiness. We stalked his Instagram account which really nicely displays his work and he was the first vendor we booked once we had a wedding date set! On our wedding day, Zac and the second shooter Ally did a great job of keeping our large wedding party on schedule. We got married on the hottest day of the summer so we had to limit outdoor photo time, and we really appreciated how efficiently they organized the group photos while always ensuring that we (bride and groom) were relaxed and happy. Having looking through our photos a few times, it's amazing that you would never guess everyone was in 90+ degree weather! Because we don't love to take posed photos, Zac was a perfect match for us and he totally delivered on taking beautiful, candid photos of us throughout the day. He absolutely captured how happy we were and we would very much recommend Zac to anyone for wedding photos! A huge thank you to Zac (and Ally) for their wonderful work!!

5 stars across the board. Zac and his second photographer did an exquisite job shooting our wedding. He was extremely helpful and professional during the entire wedding planning process which made it super easy for me. On the wedding day, he was SPECTACULAR. Not only are the photos breathtaking and worth every single penny, Zac also did such an amazing job with small little touches throughout the night. He kept my family calm and composed during photos, worked seamlessly with our amateur videographer, and had a several beautiful photos ready for us the next morning. He is so very talented. Literally the best in the business. If you want your wedding memories captured, hire Zac. Easily the best decision we made during wedding planning. We can't thank him enough.

Photography was one of our top top priorities in wedding planning. We wanted someone who would show the wedding as it was—real, genuine, honest, and joyful. Zac was it, without a doubt. During the wedding photographer hunt, we immediately fell in love with the LIFE Zac was able to capture in his photos. There is nothing static or stiff about what Zac does—his work is full of movement and color and joy. Simply put, his work is FUN. And above all we wanted to remember the fun of the day. As soon as we met with Zac, we knew he was the right person. Leading up to the wedding Zac was very accessible. His experience was extremely calming—we both felt like we were in good hands and no matter what, Zac would get us through the day. The timeline he put together for us built in plenty of wiggle room for peace of mind, which was helpful when the first agenda item of the day (my hair) ran over 45 minutes and I showed up late to get ready. I was frazzled, to say the least, but Zac was calm, reassuring, patient and in control, which helped ease the nerves. From there, Zac kept us on schedule and on task, moving through the day without being obtrusive. He navigated the family photos efficiently and with attention to detail (despite fast approaching rain). My brother kept remarking how helpful it was to have clear, direct feedback from Zac (where to put hands, how to button suit coat, how to stand, etc.). When the rain did arrive (only a 15 minute downpour) Zac pulled us aside for some extra bride/grooms photos to help distract us from the rain/watching the doppler and give us a bit more quiet private time. He was attentive to what would help us be most comfortable during the day. As for the photos, we cannot stop looking at them. Each time I look, I find a new favorite. Seeing moments at the wedding that we missed (friends chatting, funny dance moves, small decoration details, etc), makes us feel like we get to see the WHOLE day all over again in a new way that we would have never seen without Zac’s eye. Every moment comes to life in Zac's photos. His work is colorful, beautiful, fun, and timeless. They will be a part of our lives and on display in our home for decades to come and we are so thankful we went with Zac, we loved having him as a part of the memories. Thanks Zac!!

I hired Zac before I hired the groom. Okay, well I didn't hire the groom, but you know what I mean. I had the pleasure of meeting Zac well before I ever thought about getting married. After seeing his work, it was one of those things where I said, "If I ever get married, Zac is my one must have on my wedding day." So, after getting engaged, Zac was my first phone call. He is truly the best. His pictures speak for themselves, but beyond that Zac and his team are just a pleasure to work with. The morning of our wedding I knew we were running a bit behind and I remember turning to Zac and saying... "Are we late?" Zac's response was "We are perfect." So... we were late, but his response was exactly what I needed to hear. Zac kept me calm, cool and collected the entire day. He is extremely organized and got every shot I had asked for. So running late or not, he made sure we got it done. If you are considering Zac for your photographer, I could not urge you to hire him fast enough. He is so wonderfully talented and our pictures are beyond anything I could have hoped for. He is the absolute best and you are going to love your photos!

Zac has a unique and talented eye for shots, and after looking at his portfolio we knew immediately he was exactly what we wanted in a wedding photographer. We began with the engagement shoot, and we were a bit nervous as we don’t consider ourselves very photogenic. But his friendly nature and banter put us at ease and resulted in amazing, natural-looking photos. Plus his eye for whimsical and urban backdrops was a ton of fun, as we wandered through our neighborhood and discovered murals and cityscapes we had never noticed before. As for the wedding itself, Zac and his second shooter were perfect - responsive to any requests, but also in the background capturing wonderful moments while we hardly noticed their presence. Post-wedding, Zac expertly and quickly prepared our photo book. And the photos surpassed all our expectations. We couldn't be more thankful than to have scored Zac as our engagement shoot photographer! He was super communicative and helpful in the days leading up to our shoot and offered advice on attire and locations. When it came to the day of our shoot, he immediately put us at ease and started snapping away and getting candids of us telling our love story. Even though it was freezing outside, he kept us going and feeling warm and excited! The best part was very shortly thereafter getting our images back... OMG! We were blown away, they were absolutely stunning and just what we were looking for. Highly recommend Zac. If we got married in the area, we would have used him as our wedding photographer in an instant.

The absolute best decision we made through our wedding planning process was hiring Zac as our photographer. I'm having trouble writing this review because it's difficult to express how awesome he was. Here are some highlights: 1) The photographs are stunning. He captured the emotion and the joy of the day in such an authentic way. I can't stop staring at the photos, they're so gorgeous. The colors, the emotions, everything. I mean. Seriously - they blew me away. 2) He absolutely put me and my husband at ease on the day. He managed our timeline flawlessly, was able to corral our families in a really friendly but efficient way, and basically he's the reason the whole day ran so smoothly. He was such a reassuring and fun presence. And you can tell from the photos - he makes you feel really comfortable and like everything is under control. 3) I felt like I could rely on Zac for everything on the day. Example: when it was time to cut the cake, Jeremy and I realized we...didn't know how to do it? So I quickly said to Zac, "help! how do we do it?!" and he motioned the way to slice it and - phew! It was such a small thing, but sticks in my mind as one of the many ways Zac helped me throughout the day. 4) He's a dog person - I mean. He got some great pics of our furry friend and he has an adorable corgi. 5) There's a million more reasons you should hire Zac. Seriously. I can't say it enough. He's awesome.

This review is long overdue but we are still on a high from a wedding day, due in large part to Zac and his team! I can't say enough great things about Zac. From the planning process to receiving our photos, Zac was absolutely fantastic to work with before, during and after our wedding! Zac has a very unique style which was exactly what we were looking for and we cannot be more thrilled with the outcome of our photos. They are everything we hoped for and so much more!! Even better, Zac was super quick in turning around our finished product and we were able to have our photos read in time for the holidays!! Our friends and family continue to compliment us on how amazing our photos turned out. On the day of the wedding, Zac and his team were amazing. It was a Nor'easter on the day of our wedding and Zac and his team accommodate the last minute change to our planned photo spots and founds spots that were even better than what was planned. Book Zac for your next event. Trust me, you won't regret it!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Zac. Zac and his second shooter, Ally photographed my wedding in October of 2018. We had a beautiful venue up on Lake Winnipesaukee, which is quite the drive from Boston. From the moment Zac and Ally arrived (very on time!), they had total control over the chaotic wedding environment. My husband and I had massive bridal parties (I had 11 bridesmaids, and he had 10 groomsmen), and they were able to get everyone where they needed to be on time, and organized. Having Zac as part of our day, was not only magical from the way that he captured our day, but he really acted as an extension of our wedding coordinator on site. He made sure people were where they needed to be at the right times, and that people were comfortable with what was going on. In addition to our massive bridal parties, I had some tricky family dynamics. Zac maneuvered these perfectly, and was able to capture beautiful moments, regardless of what may have been going on in the background. When we received our photos, they were more than we could ever have imagined. We had decided to not use a videographer, and at first I was a bit sad about that. After seeing Zac's photos, we realized that a videographer would absolutely not have been necessary. Zac captured the full essence of our wedding, and the most wonderful, real moments of the day. I felt like I was back, reliving it over and over again. Again, I can't say enough wonderful things about working with Zac, he helped make our day more than we could have ever asked for. THANK YOU ZAC!!

Don’t even bother looking into any other photographers - just book Zac. We only got 3 teasers and have to wait for our photos to come in but I already know I am going to DIE when I see them. Zac is extremely professional on site, knows what he’s doing, takes care of everything, and took SO many photos of my husband and I everywhere we went (something I was a big fan of and wanted to do!) and totally made me and my bridal party feel at ease as we snapped all kinds of photos. Plus he’s just a freakin’ cool dude with an awesome personality and you’ll wish he was your BFF by the end of the night. THANK YOU, ZAC!

You know that feeling you get when you haven’t seen your friend for years, but when you finally get together it just feels comfortable like no time has passed? That’s exactly how we felt after about 3 minutes with Zac. He knew exactly what to say and do to keep us completely at ease in front of the camera, which is not easy for my new wife! He had us laughing and truly enjoying ourselves as if no one was there, right in the middle of Boston’s busy Back Bay. And when it started to drizzle (!) he was calm and prepared, and was able to keep my bride smiling despite the rain. I can’t say enough about Zac’s professionalism. The consultations before the wedding, the way he got to know us, the planning...it was all exactly what you want in the photographer in charge of your wedding photos. He was prompt, even showing up early to touch base with us and finalize the plan. He managed our massive bridal party, huge families, and babies screaming, staying cool under the insanity of it all. He kept everything on schedule, got every photo we asked for and more. He stayed conscious of our needs the entire time, always making sure we were having fun, and always popping up right when we needed him. I’ve never written a review before, but Zac is the real deal. I couldn’t be happier with how our day turned out, and Zac, you are a HUGE part of making our day the best it could possibly be.

5.0 When choosing a wedding photographer, we didn't have the best experience at first. We had a couple photographers bail and were just a little late in the game. Then someone suggested we check out Zac. After reaching out to him, he responded within 24 hours letting us know our date was available and immediately set up a Skype call to chat about expectations. Within moments we knew he was the perfect fit. He was professional, easy-going, accommodating and we talked through everything for an hour until we felt totally at ease about our 190-person multicultural wedding. (We did hire a second shooter, btw) Come our engagement session, everything was put to the test. My now husband being camera shy was super nervous but Zac made the whole session feel like a walk in the park. Literally. It was like we were just spending time with each other and him while he was shooting away and the photos were a total dream! We got compliments from all our family and friends saying that he captured our relationship perfectly. For the wedding, he helped us arrange our timeline in a way that we would get the most out of our day. For which we are SOOO grateful. Day-of he arrived early, and again, put everyone at ease in front of the camera, taking several candid shots that really tugged on our heartstrings. One thing we really wanted to show was the Indian and American cultures blending together and he did that better than whatever it was we were imagining in our minds. Even post-wedding, he's been so great to communicate with, had a quick turn-around with the wedding photos and is working with us to build our album exactly the way we want. We couldn't be more happy with choosing Zac for our wedding. If you want someone who's smart, super talented, fun and easy to work with, he's the guy for you!

I could probably write an entire novel on how much we love Zac and how hiring him was the best decision we could have made, but I'll try to keep it brief. Zac is so laid back, fun, and has this ability to make everyone comfortable that is so helpful on such a stressful day. My husband and I are two awkward animal lovers, and Zac made not only us look good, but also somehow was able to wrangle our dog (in two engagement shoots and at our wedding), and our horse (in one engagement shoot) resulting in photos more incredible than we could have imagined. Zac was game for anything we wanted, and willing to make it happen. We are truly so, so thankful that we found Zac and that he captured our special day.

Zac was really great to work with. He is clearly a very talented photographer and takes beautiful, candid photos. He had a helpful questionnaire and interview process to get to know us and was really open to what we wanted. He also had the photos back to us in an impressive turnaround time. The only note we have for him is that we are really awkward in front of the camera and could have used a little more advice on posing. Other than that, he and his team were very professional and worked very well with our other vendors. He's a great choice for your wedding photographer!

Zac is the very best at his profession; even though it is his job, any of his clients will quickly be able to tell he is passionate about what he does. His clients will not only be getting a photographer, but someone who is going to let your day live beyond space and time. Zac is all about capturing your perfect day, so clients can relive it for the rest of their lives. Having gone through the entire process, we could not be more overjoyed with our experience. At our initial meeting, Zac went over his process, and how the day would be shot; he was genuine about his photography mission. In our engagement shoot, Zac put us at ease with taking photos, and he made the process an awesome stroll down memory lane, as he sincerely wanted to know how we came to this point in our relationship. Leading up to the wedding day, we discussed the way he would approach shooting at our venue, and how he would go about doing various photos including just the two of us, our wedding party, and family photos; this was accompanied by a realistic timeline of the day's events to leave plenty of time for all the photos. Zac’s organization, as well as his second shooter allowed for us to enjoy the entirety of our cocktail hour without feeling flustered or like a photo was missed with an important family member. Throughout this entire process things remained carefree without ever coming close to careless. Zac knows he has a job to do, but upon getting to the completion of that job, he guides you without forcing himself into your special day. Following the wedding, Zac had an extremely quick turnover of photos, and we had our wedding book on our coffee table and prints on our walls in less than five months. The highest compliment we can pay Zac is he is a magician of his craft. His clients will know he is there, but his fluidity of moving about your special day will leave you wondering how he got so many wonderful shots; the same can be said for his second shooter. For weddings, people have literally hundreds of choices to make. However, the best choice we made on our special day was having Zac Wolf as our photographer. Our day was perfectly captured!

Zac is so easy and fun to work with. Both him and his team did an amazing job shooting our engagement and wedding photos. We trusted his suggestions and everything turned out AMAZING. We could not have asked for a better photographer than Zac to photograph our wedding day. Not only is Zac super talented, professional and organized, but he's kind, funny and very good at making everyone feel comfortable. Zac is a truly incredible photographer and we could not be happier with our decision to have him capture our wedding day. The whole searching for the perfect wedding photographer can be extremely overwhelming, and we struggled with where to begin. But after a friend highly recommend Zac to us, we had to meet him. It was a "one and done" situation, where he was the first photographer we met with and we knew he would be perfect. Zac shot our engagement photos about 9 months before the wedding, and although we both were nervous at the beginning, he made the whole process so comfortable, that by the end of the session we barely realized our photos were being taken. It was great practice for us for the wedding day! Since Zac has been to countless weddings, he was a trusty resource for other vendors, as well as planning advice. Flash forward to our wedding day, Zac and Ally were prepared with all the moving parts to our wedding. Not only were they organized, they helped keep our large wedding party organized too. The best part, Zac and Ally were so fun to be with, they felt like they were our guests too. Oh, I haven't mentioned the photos yet? Of course we loved the engagement shoot, but our wedding photos are breathtaking. It was a very windy day on the water, which made for a lot of hair, flowers, and garments all over the place. And, I'll be honest, I was nervous my hair would be in my face for a lot of photos. I couldn't have been more wrong, the wind and Zac's expertise made for such romantic windswept photos. Zac and his second shooter Ally took the photographs for our July 2017 wedding. Zac was incredibly responsive and organized throughout the planning process and the event itself. Before the wedding he sent out a survey to gather all of the information he needed about our families, timeline, and any special details/moments that we definitely wanted captured. He also responded to every worried-bride email that I sent quickly and professionally, with just the right amount of humor! On the day of the wedding Zac was such a calming force – he made it clear that the day was ours and that we should spend time on what mattered most to us, he was flexible on timing, and he made sure to get photos of us in all of the locations that we wanted including taking a little hike to a stone wall behind the venue. Zac also went to my parents’ house to photograph our dogs (and their tuxedos!) before coming to shoot the girls getting ready. MOST importantly, Zac and Ally’s photos were stunning! We got them about 8 weeks after the event and poured over them for hours. We have so many favorites and are so happy that we picked this awesome team to capture them! We would highly recommend!

Zac was the best photographer we could have asked for. My husband and I live in Colorado but were getting married in Massachusetts, and he was recommended to us by another photographer in the area. He was flexible with planning - we appreciated that he was open to skype, phone calls, and email. He managed to squeeze us in for our "engagement" shoot just a few days before the wedding since we weren't in town until then, which really helped us relax when he photographed us on the wedding day. He and his assistant Ally were so professional and I credit both of them with helping keep our wedding day on track. I joked with Zac that I appreciated him bossing my family around so much, but truly, it was so nice to have someone else keeping everyone in line and making sure we got great photos in an efficient way, and managing to do that without being rude at all. There were a lot of requests for large group family photos, and they accommodated all of them. We just got our photos back and I'm blown away! They are absolutely beautiful and I'm so excited to order prints. Thank you, Zac, for everything!

Zac was incredible from the moment we met with him. We are not photogenic people or ones who are comfortable in front of the camera, but he made both our engagement session and wedding so easy! He went above and beyond reaching out to us making sure we had everything we needed, but never pressuring us or making us feel like we were behind. He helped us set up a plan, but was go-with-the-flow when needed, which was huge for dealing with our large families as well as the on-and-off rain and 35 mph winds on our wedding day. We forgot he was even there half the time, and he captured so many moments and details from our day. When it comes time to choose a wedding photographer, the first thing you look at is their pictures. You can see Zac's amazing work for yourself; I think his pictures speak enough for themselves. But when it comes to the day of your wedding, it's not just about the pictures, it's about the experience. It's a hectic day - there's a lot to do as a bride and groom! Zac (and John) were absolutely amazing - words cannot even describe how thankful we are for having them share our special day. They made us laugh (so much!!) which helped chased the nerves away. They took charge when needed, and melted into the crowd at the right moments. Zac even helped me troubleshoot some family drama! It's practically impossible to sum up Zac's talent, professionalism and personality in a short Google review, but here goes. Hiring Zac is the single best decision we made in planning our wedding. We prioritized our photography as amazing photos were very important to us, and he blew us away. Our engagement shoot was incredible - we got to know Zac a little better, and he made us instantly comfortable when we are normally awkward in front of a camera. Our wedding photos had me in actual tears. They are indescribably beautiful - the colors, the lighting, the composition, everything. He captured moments that we did not even see at the wedding, and so many that we were able to re-live. His photos truly tell a story - I got very emotional looking back at the getting ready photos in sequence, leading up to the ceremony. Several of our friends and family said the shots of our first look had them in tears (this was obviously a private moment with just my husband and I, so none of them actually witnessed it). The photographs have to be pretty incredible to do that! Aside from his ridiculous talent which is evident in his work, Zac is a truly great, genuine person. He is very straight-forward and knows what works for his business, and he makes it very easy to trust him. His organization is impeccable - he keeps everything on schedule and keeps everyone calm. It's like having another wedding planner. He legit carried around Kind bars for me during our photos to make sure I ate and hand fed me so I wouldn't get anything on my hands or gown. During the actual portraits, he is quick and efficient and knows how to get all of the right shots - but also keeps things so fun. I swear, half of our formals are my husband and I laughing because Zac is hysterical and actually wanted us to have FUN with the shoot. I wish we could re-live that day over and over, and Zac is a huge part of that. Hiring Zac is the best wedding decision you will make (other than agreeing to marry your fiance(e)). We cannot recommend him highly enough.

Zac takes incredible photos. He captured candid shots throughout our wedding day that allow us to relive every special memory, even moments we didn't catch ourselves but get to appreciate through photos forever. Also, Zac is incredibly organized and responsive; we highly recommend him!

Zac is a fantastic photographer and truly grows to become a friend over the wedding process. We HIGHLY recommend him, and am happy to give you more details about our experience with him (ask Zac for our contact info). Zac has a very specific style, which is simply beautiful. He is willing to tune it to his clients, as well, and is utterly professional in doing so. His work product is top notch- we only suggest two things: first, if you want more "classic" photographs at the reception, request this in advance. Zac likes to use certain styles during the dance party that highlight the lighting which may not be to everyones liking- that said, we are certain that he would adapt to whatever you request from him! Second, we suggest requesting to see any engagement photographs before they are posted online. Zac is (and rightfully should be) proud to show off his work, but a couple may want certain photos to remain offline. Just ask him, and he will happily oblige before posting. His assistant, Chad, was also wonderful. He was with the groomsmen before and through the ceremony, and fit in well "as one of the guys". Regarding flexibility, Zac stayed an extra 45 minutes (without charge) because wedecided we wanted a few more photos- he did so with a smile and enthusiasm. Finally, his danger booth is one of a kind. It really helped make the reception a hit. In sum, Zac is a good person, a great photographer, professional, and willing to adapt. Just let him know what you want, and he'll do it- and maybe even suggest a unique twist on it that will make your event even more magical.

Zac is an incredibly talented photographer, and a wonderful person. He was a pleasure to work with. What's great about him is his refusal to take your typical wedding photos. His photos are artistically done, yet so natural and real at the same time. He captured our wedding beautifully and uniquely. We had our engagement shoot with Zac about 9 months before the wedding. The photos were beautiful. It was also a great chance to for us to get to know each other, and get comfortable in front of the camera. He is so nice and laid back. During the engagement shoot, and the wedding, we felt like he was a friend we had known for years. On the wedding day, Zac and his assistants managed to be totally unintrusive, yet capture the most personal of moments. They are a great little group who were so fun to have around! We also did the Danger Booth with instant prints, and highly recommend it! Our guests had a blast with it - somehow that photo booth really loosens people up! And his team set it up so the lighting was perfect and everybody looked gorgeous :) We also love the energy Zac brought. He is a young guy with so much enthusiasm. He has an amazing career ahead of him in photography, and we are so happy with our decision to have him capture every moment of our amazing day!

Zac was very professional and worked very hard throughout our whole wedding. We booked him for 12 hours and it was worth every penny. We cannot wait to see the finish product, but know it will be amazing as our engagement pictures were. If you are going to book with Zac it will be expensive but worth it. Zac Wolf is amazing. I could leave this review at that but of course, I must go on and gush about how amazing he is. I found Zac about 3 years ago through a friend of a friend's wedding pictures (thanks social media). I knew that I wanted him to photograph my wedding from that point on and stalked his blog until I got engaged. Now, after the wedding, I can definitely say that he delivers. He's friendly, attentive and genuinely cares about his couples and wants to make everything as easy as possible on the big day. He is more than worth the money and our pictures came out just as beautiful as I had hoped! Plus, the turn around time on the photos was only about 2 weeks which I'm sure varies with how busy he is but still it's great to have them so soon!

Our working relationship with Zac began immediately after our engagement. I knew that Zac would be the only photographer who would be able to understand and execute what our vision was for our engagement and wedding pictures. From the beginning, Zac was personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely involved in our wedding day. For our engagement pictures, I wanted to go to a deer park for a "princess" feel. He completely understood what I meant when describing the theme/vibe we were going for. Even though the deer park was in the middle of a zoo, Zac was able to make it look like the pictures were really taken in the middle of a forest with deer just coming up and surrounding us. During the day, we were slightly nervous but Zac was able to put us at ease for the pictures to come out natural and completely "us". I had never been more in love with a set of pictures in my entire life - until our wedding pictures. Zac and his assistant so graciously drove all the way out to the most western part of Massachusetts to document our big day. Our venue was the center piece of our big day so it was more than amazing for both of them to travel out there without any issues. Zac and his assistant showed up early to begin shooting. Because the venue didn't need much decoration, we had so many DIY details throughout which were extremely important to us - Zac was able to capture everything perfectly. He was able to capture the theme and the emotions that we had actually felt on that day. Zac coordinated our first look which was ideal; not only that but he was able to coordinate all our requested pictures of the bridal party and family prior to the actual ceremony so we could just sit back and enjoy the night in its entirety without taking breaks for pictures after the ceremony. Of course, the raw talent of Zac is visible in his pictures but his professionalism and personable attitude is really what sets him apart from other photographers. Zac worked so well with our other vendors. He was able to set up a working relationship with them prior to the day so that way there would be no confusion. I was never worried or scared that Zac wouldn't be able to get the job done - he completely put us at ease and I was able to trust him 110%. It's a huge responsibility to take on the duty of documenting someone's wedding day but Zac did it flawlessly and I can say with absolute certainty that no one else would have been able to carry out our vision the way that Zac did. I would recommend Zac over and over again to anyone looking for a photographer.

I hired Zac Wolf after meeting him at a friend's wedding and viewing his impressive portfolio. I knew he would be the perfect fit because his style was exactly what I was looking for: artistic, yet classy, and not the least bit staged. I stumbled upon Zac's work when I was looking for photos of weddings at my venue (to get ideas about decor etc.) and i'm so glad i did! my husband and i immediately loved the style of Zac's work compared to the other photographers we were considered. There's a softness and romantic feel to his work and we loved how candid and real the weddings he shot felt to us. He was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He made us feel really comfortable behind the lense and captured so many special moments. I've been to weddings where photographers get in the way of the bride/groom and guests and are a hindrance at the party. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Zac! He was our wedding photographer and also insisted on doing an engagement shoot with us. Our engagement pictures were beautiful, fun and creative, and we had a lot of fun running around NYC with Zac to take these pictures. We first contacted Zac after a friend recommended checking out his portfolio during the search for our wedding photographer. We were immediately impressed with his willingness to share his work with us and his excitement in hearing the details of our wedding. Zac utilizes the exact photographic style that we were looking for. We loved that he’s younger and has experience shooting bands and live shows. He is able to capture very brief moments and he’s constantly striving to improve himself. For us- it was great to have someone who wanted to capture our day as it happened- not tell us how he would be posing it. We met Zac for our engagement shoot and hit it off immediately. His love for photography and enthusiasm in being involved in each couple’s wedding is even more obvious when you meet him in person. Zac was referred to us by a friend for our engagement photos, and we were very happy with his work! We talked ahead of time about our vision and he did a fantastic job navigating our wish list. Our pictures became the envy of many of our friends and we used them for so many things, including our save the date, christmas gifts to family and even at the wedding! Zac is a kind, talented and thoughtful professional and you can see that he cares about your experience, in addition to the final product. We got married in very small town in the south so we used a different photographer for our wedding, but since meeting Zac I have called upon him multiple times for corporate events, for headshots and for parties. It's difficult to put our experience into words, because it was so much more than words could express. Zac had shot a wedding of an acquaintance of mine. His style was unique and original compared to the typical posey, contrived portfolios that I had been seeing. Opinion amongst everyone, was split down the line between Zac and another run of the mill, over-priced photographer that I had been looking at. I'm glad I trusted my instincts. Zac brought an "experience" to both our engagement and wedding photos. Upon meeting Zac, his persona is super relaxed. This is great when you're not used to having someone in your face with a camera. He knew how to read us as a couple and couldn't have captured our moments any better. His spontaneity was a breath of fresh air. There were times, during our engagement session, where we just chatted and enjoyed the view. It wasn't all business, it was a new friendship and it was fun! On our wedding day, Zac was the most accountable person working for us. No one could possibly say one negative thing about his performance, or his team, who were also rockstars! They were in all the action so much so that it was like they were our guests. They really knew how to roll with the punches and our pictures reflected that. At the end of the day, that's all you have to recall all the fun things that happened when you weren't around. I feel like at some weddings, the photographer can't be found for impromptu shots and they leave halfway through the ceremony, but they were there all night with smiles on their faces. I wish I had taken more advantage of the photo booth earlier in the night. Once people got in there, you couldn't get them away! Definitely worth it. We splurged with our photo package, as this and the band, were the most important to us, but that got us quite far with Zac's options. The deliverables for your photos are quick. I got my photos months before some of my fellow brides. You have full rights to them as well, which can be hard to come by. You paid for them..why shouldn't you be able to have them. The more you trust Zac to do what he does best, the better off your photos will be. I'm just so happy that all my friends and family found him to part of the group, as we had. Zac did NOT shoot our wedding, he shot our engagement session. Zac did an amazing job. He had really interesting ideas, and the photographs came out beautifully. My husband and myself are both shy, and generally don't take "good" pictures - however, all of our pictures came out looking great. He made us feel very comfortable, and was really easy to work with - but extremely professional at the same time. Even in engagement pictures, you could just tell he is going to do great things in this business. I have recommended him to all of my friends, as well. The only reason we didn't hire Zac to take our wedding photos, was because he was already booked for another event.

Zac Wolf currently lives in the Boston area, but comes down to South Florida regularly to see his family in Boca Raton. His photographs are so lovely that I offered to fly him down to Miami to shoot our wedding if it wasn't a weekend where he would be flying here on his own. If you browse his website and blog you will find a collection of some really beautiful photos. He is extremely cordial and professional all while making you feel like you're just hanging out with a friend whilst photographing. He shot our engagement photos in Las Olas and found locations for really pretty shots while we were looking around, always keeping us talking and laughing while capturing real smiles rather than posed ones. It was a lot of fun. The wedding day was great as well; and upon receiving the pictures I was blown away by the images he was able to capture at the wedding. I absolutely LOVE my photos and could not have asked for anything more - he is excellent at what he does! He was not pushy or in the way of anything I wanted to have done on my big day. He did not spend a great deal of my reception time posing us and keeping us from our family and friends (which I have noticed can be customary to many people).
