My wife and I throughly loved this resort!
We used the secure underground self parking and left our car there for three relaxing nights. The resort offers so much we didn't even need to leave the property!

rd was a clever idea, offering food truck style choices. For upscale dining the Ox & Ocean is next to the pool and open for delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner options.
The hotel is beautifully designed and the rooms and grounds reflect the mission style influence. The beach is easily accessible offering walking and biking routes along the shore. The staff were friendly and helpful, even the painters working outside our room.
All this contributed to a truly relaxing getaway for us.

ch and feels like you are on a remote island due to it's relaxing atmosphere. I have it 4 starts because the conference room we were in had a really high ceilings and so it was hard to hear people talking.

Housekeeping was a bit slow, I asked for a crib and was brought a pack n play 45 minutes later after I checked in. They then asked me if I wanted to set it up myself, which seemed lazy on their part. I asked them to do it and they did. For the amount I paid plus all the extra fees for the resort and parking, I’d expect the level of service to be higher. I’ve also never been to a hotel that charges you to bring food up to your room. It seemed like this place tries to squeeze every penny they can.
The grounds are nice but the rooms felt like a 3 star hotel (which doesn’t match the price you pay). AC didn’t really work and the room could have been cleaned better.
Lastly, there is absolutely no reason to charge $45 for self parking and $50 for valet per day. Resorts in Hawaii don’t even charge that much and they have a full valet staff. If you’re going to charge that much there should definitely be more than one person working at a time to eliminate wait times.

Paying $750/night you’d expect much better service. My family and I were excited to stay in this hotel, and they put us right next to the elevator with a 2 year old. When I asked to switch, even asking if I could upgrade they denied me, even ...
though people haven’t checked in yet. I’d expect this from a holiday inn, but when I’m spending $750/night at a hotel I expect a level of service. I could have just stayed at a holiday inn and received better service. Very disappointed with management and the service.
