We had the opportunity to work with Stacy to purchase an engagement ring for my wife. A colleague of mine had referred me to Stacy and told me that she would take care of us. He w...
as 100% correct. Stacy did an incredible job and my wife had her dream ring picked out in only two visits. Stacy was very patient and helped show my wife the styles that matched her preferences. The diamond, which most consider the most stressful part, turned out to be the easiest. Stacy found us a few that were within our price point and helped talk us through what to consider. Additionally, I love Zadok because they even let us bring in our Pomeranian while shopping for our ring (he loved all of the attention from everyone, even Mrs. Zadok!). Bottom line is this: If you want a great experience with exceptional customer service, this is the jeweler for you. Every time we come back (e.g. to get our rings cleaned), we are always greeted like we are family. For one of the most important purchases of our life, I wouldn't trust anyone else.

nted than just making a sale. They never stopped presenting us options or offering suggestions until we found exactly what we were looking for. Even after changing our minds on my wife's wedding band, they helped make sure we got exactly what we wanted on time (on short notice, less than a week before the wedding). We would definitely recommend Zadok Jewelers to anyone!
Zadok Jewelers was great about my engagement ring first. They were so accommodating and understanding since I wanted to make it a surprise.

ith our wedding rings. They gave us honest opinions based on their years of experience - type, weight, size, etc. I've sent so many people there, and they also impress.
Only jeweler I would ever trust. Amazing products and service. Naturally, got my engagement ring from Zadok's when the time came. Eight years later, it's just as stunning.
Great customer service, went above and beyond. Really easy to work with. Found exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend!!!
My fiance bought my engagement ring here. It is absolutely beautiful and I love it so much! It's a lovely solitaire diamond with a platinum band.
The ONLY problem is that the ...
stone keeps coming loose. I've had the ring less than 4 months and have had to go in 3 times to have it adjusted. The store keeps telling me that's just because platinum is a more pliable metal, but it still seems strange that I have to go in so often to have it adjusted. They also said it could be the way my stone is set.
That being said, the staff is always very kind, attentive and accommodating.

ail was overlooked. I frequently get stopped to admire the gorgeous ring they created. The Zadok's played a huge role in our special day and we are looking forward to working with them again to pick out our wedding bands! Their professionalism and quality of work is truly one of a kind.
Zadok has been our family’s jeweler forever. My fiancé had a family ring (amazing), so naturally Zadok was our first stop for our bands! Not only did Bob and Nancy hook us up with ...

Such a helpful staff! Will definitely be back for our bands!
I absolutely love the wedding bands that we got at Zadok! I think the actual experience you have there completely depends upon who you get as your sales person. The first lady we h...
ad seemed to show me a lot of options that were not in our budget and not what I was describing I wanted. I wanted diamonds on the band, but not wrapped all the way around. She kept pushing me for the diamonds wrapped all the way around - which is not what I wanted. I left very confused and not sure what to do. We came back, during their wedding band event in February, and had a gentleman that was very helpful, understood what I wanted, and was very patient with us. He was willing to work with us and our budget and make sure we get exactly what we wanted. The checkout staff was ok... they were a little aloof. We had to correct quite a few items during checkout that they had done. We left praying that our order would be correct when we went to pick them up. BUT, we got the rings, they were exceptional... we absolutely love them. They are exactly what we wanted. A few bumps along the way, but definitely a great option for high quality rings!

We bought my Husband's wedding band and they gave us mine for free! They will also shine our rings any time we like and always give us amazing service!
Zadok Jewelers custom-made for me my ideal engagement and wedding rings. Strangers stop me in random places to comment on them! Plus, the customer service is the best anywhere.

zation that we would have to have one made. They had a ring we liked that we wanted modified slightly and their jewelers did an amazing job! I am super happy with the custom wedding band. My husband's also really loves his wedding band. While the rings weren't inexpensive, I felt like we now have a lifetime jeweler in Houston we can depend on. I would recommend them to others.

ed that one of the Zadok brothers always came over to see if I needed anything. I worked with them to design my dream ring and could not be happier with the result. Best part is the price. They were really competitive and we got a lot for our money. Also used them for my band and my (now) husband's band. I will definitely be going back to Zadok's for any jewelery or watches in the future. Can't reccommend this place enough!
My engagement ring was an heirloom and Zadok's sized it perfectly. We also had excellent service when picking out our wedding bands.
Zadoks is full of amazing jewelry for a wedding. The service is very personal and they do a wonderful job helping you find the perfect pieces for you.
