Went to Zadok Jewelers to get my wedding bands and wedding gift for my wife. The staff is very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend any one to go visit them.

Our experience at Zadok was amazing. We found unparalleled selection and great customer service. The Zadok employees were more concerned with making sure we got exactly what we wanted than just making a sale. They never stopped presenting us options or offering suggestions until we found exactly what we were looking for. Even after changing our minds on my wife's wedding band, they helped make sure we got exactly what we wanted on time (on short notice, less than a week before the wedding). Zadok Jewelers was great about my engagement ring first. They were so accommodating and understanding since I wanted to make it a surprise. They were also great about helping us with our wedding rings. They gave us honest opinions based on their years of experience - type, weight, size, etc. I've sent so many people there, and they also impress.

My fiance bought my engagement ring here. It is absolutely beautiful and I love it so much! It's a lovely solitaire diamond with a platinum band. The ONLY problem is that the stone keeps coming loose. I've had the ring less than 4 months and have had to go in 3 times to have it adjusted. The store keeps telling me that's just because platinum is a more pliable metal, but it still seems strange that I have to go in so often to have it adjusted. They also said it could be the way my stone is set. That being said, the staff is always very kind, attentive and accommodating.

My fiance worked with the Zadok's to create the most beautiful engagement ring I could have ever imagined. Jonathan and Gilad made sure they found the perfect stone and that no detail was overlooked. I frequently get stopped to admire the gorgeous ring they created. The Zadok's played a huge role in our special day and we are looking forward to working with them again to pick out our wedding bands! Their professionalism and quality of work is truly one of a kind.

Zadok has been our family’s jeweler forever. My fiancé had a family ring (amazing), so naturally Zadok was our first stop for our bands! I absolutely love the wedding bands that we got at Zadok! I think the actual experience you have there completely depends upon who you get as your sales person. The first lady we had seemed to show me a lot of options that were not in our budget and not what I was describing I wanted. I wanted diamonds on the band, but not wrapped all the way around. She kept pushing me for the diamonds wrapped all the way around - which is not what I wanted. I left very confused and not sure what to do. We came back, during their wedding band event in February, and had a gentleman that was very helpful, understood what I wanted, and was very patient with us. He was willing to work with us and our budget and make sure we get exactly what we wanted. The checkout staff was ok... they were a little aloof. We had to correct quite a few items during checkout that they had done. We left praying that our order would be correct when we went to pick them up. BUT, we got the rings, they were exceptional... we absolutely love them. They are exactly what we wanted. A few bumps along the way, but definitely a great option for high quality rings!

Zadok Jewelers have a wide variety and as such their prices vary according to each's budget and style. Go and check them out. We purchased my engagement ring and our wedding bands from Zadok. Leslie was an enormous help to us. She is very knowledgeable.

We had a solid experience here with our wedding bands. We were having a hard time finding what we wanted, but Zadok had a wide variety of bands... and we got exactly what we wanted during the wedding band event when the manufacturers came in with even more bands. We had some trouble with getting a partial refund processed when we changed metal types, but everything else was great.

My husband and I both our wedding bands through Zadok's in Houston. We searched all over Houston for a ring that would go with my engagement ring and then finally came to the realization that we would have to have one made. They had a ring we liked that we wanted modified slightly and their jewelers did an amazing job! I am super happy with the custom wedding band. My husband's also really loves his wedding band. While the rings weren't inexpensive, I felt like we now have a lifetime jeweler in Houston we can depend on. I would recommend them to others.

My fiancee purchased my engagement ring here and it was wonderful. My now husband is really particular and Gilad Zadok showed him different stones for months and helped custom design the setting. When it was time to pick out our bands and wedding jewelry they gave us such a good deal and were so helpful. They were really personable and emailed us pictures that they thought we would like.
