e was also a real pleasure to have around! She’s friendly, has an easy laugh, and makes others comfortable. She’s flexible and creative when things don’t go as planned on the wedding day.  She took time and care to make sure that she got a list of the shots we wanted to capture and understood who was important to us. For instance, I shared that I really wanted to get pictures with my niece and she captured some absolutely adorable shots that I will treasure forever!  My husband has always been shy about taking photos, and I was very nervous about getting nice shots. Zaida gave the perfect amount of guidance – suggesting framing and approximate poses, but not overdirecting and allowing us to be comfortable with her. It worked really well. We have never had such lovely photos together! She was also totally game to do an unusual location for our engagement shoot, the air and space museum. She mentioned she loves photographing couples in locations that are special to them. You can tell that she really loves love, learning about couples and their stories, and being part of weddings. On the wedding day, the groom’s suit went missing so we had to scramble to get all the family shots we wanted – she was super flexible and unbothered, and made sure to make use of the extra time for great shots of the brides family and venue.  It was a pleasure to have Zaida be part of our wedding day. We received the photos back in less than two months and will treasure them forever.

w her and vice versa! :) We had the absolute pleasure of working with Zaida for both our engagement session in Old Town Alexandria, VA and our wedding day in Virginia Beach. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better photographer. From the very beginning, Zaida was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. Being our first professional photography session as a couple she provided as much guidance as she did freedom, especially with my nervousness of being infront of a camera. On our wedding day, Zaida brought such a fun and positive energy. She was everywhere—in the best way—capturing the most beautiful candid moments during cocktail hour and on the dance floor, all while making it feel effortless. She offered thoughtful direction when needed, but also allowed us to move naturally, resulting in photos that feel genuine and full of emotion. Her bilingual communication made both of our families feel comfortable and included, and everyone absolutely loved her warm and welcoming presence. Her attention to detail, eye for composition, and editing skills are simply impeccable. Every image feels like a piece of art, and we’re so grateful to have these memories preserved so beautifully.
