ure our photos were beautifully composed and expertly corralled our families when needed, which is no small task! He made incredible use of the forest backdrop at Tall Timber Barn and had no shortage of creative ideas, while also being completely open to our suggestions. His calm and steady presence throughout the day was something we truly appreciated. Most importantly, he captured every detail and all of the moments that made our day special. Looking back at the photos brings us right back to the joy of that day, and we couldn’t be more thankful. We will treasure these images forever.

on a Wednesday evening and before we were ready to bed he had agreed to a face-to-face meeting just two days later. He couldn't have made a better impression in the hour or so we got to speaking with him and his wife so before we know it we were under contract! Our wedding had a few swerves even after the crazy context that lead us to him to begin with but the professionalism did not slow down. Zak remained an open book that was easy to get a hold of and an honest opinion from. Scheduling meant that he had to call some help in to be our photographer day of. Much like Zak himself, our photograph Brian ended up being a joy to work with that made our wedding day easy and was a good personality to get along with on the day. He had some very nice personal touches, like small Polaroids that he printed out literally on the spot and snuck onto our sweetheart table to get the earliest preview possible of the work he was doing. Beyond all that he managed to herd my massive family in for a group photo. Truly couldn't have asked for a better photography experience. This is a very long review but Zak and Brian were real standouts for us in a wedding that was particularly crazy to plan around based on some severe background circumstances. Zak rolled with our punches from the very beginning and the end result was a great wedding day and a very nice preview gallery of photos that my wife and I loved looking through. Can't wait to see the rest of our final photos because what we've seen so far has been outstanding. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.

My daughter loved all of her individual photos and is going to use them as her senior pictures, she just can’t figure out which one she likes best! They went to the venue early to scope out the best place for the first look and made sure me and the groom didn't see each other before our first look. Zak truly has amazing ideas for photos and made it all seamless. He made sure I got all of the photos I wanted throughout the whole day and was so lovely to work with!
