I can not wait to wear my beautiful gown!!! I was in town for an in-law wedding and stopped by the shop. The owner was very helpful, friendly and it was so relieving to trust her recommendations. I immediately booked my appointment and was the best wedding decision I've made. Her designs are so beautiful and have such gorgeous details. I would have never imagined a dress like the gown I purchased, and now I can't wait for my fiancé to see me in it. I love that each gown has the matching veil, made it a one-stop shop, and it was amazing that the veil was exactly what I had imagined and was looking for. I highly recommend Zakaa.

Hands down best experience in my life !! Zakaa bridal made me and my family feel extremely special and welcomed during my bridal appointment last week. I recently attended a celebrity charity event in LA, my custom ZAKAA piece was a hit and received so many compliments. It was a taste of old Hollywood in modern Hollywood- it was perfection.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my wedding dress from ZAKAA Couture. I was really nervous about this whole experience and the ZAKAA team really made me feel comfortable during my entire appointment. My stylist was Mina and she was really patient and listened to what I was envisioning. I was also lucky to meet ZAKAA herself, she's very kind and extremely knowledgeable as expected. I highly recommend ZAKAA to all future brides. They really make your experience special and memorable.

I made an appt same day as cancelling, be warned their website takes the card number and stores it on file vs charging the card which is what all 7 other stores i visited did with the exception of one calling me prior the appt to confirm the appt and take my card number to charge because they never asked for a number prior.I ended up purchasing a dress last night elsewhere so i cancelled the appt thinking oh well with the deposit. Did i feel it was fair because i cancelled the same day? no i did not but i understood it is what it is. They called me today and asked me for a card number and said it was invalid. I responded saying it was weird because i used the same card for everything. i was working upstairs and was rushing to finish up because i had people waiting for me and told them i can give them the card later when i call them back. i expressed to them that i felt it was unfair for them to charge and asked them if there was anyway they can make an exception. she said no and demanded i give them a card number right away and started accusing me after stalking my name and address and saying how it's shameful that i give them a fake number on purpose as a business owner. i got really angry because not only did i feel violated from her looking me up and i honestly did not do that and argued with her. She kept talking over me not allowing me to explain how it's probably a mistype and i didn't know since it did not say decline when booking. So i got really angry and said " ok let me get my card and give it to you so you can see it's not far from the number and there is a typo and she can shove it up her a% % I understand this was poor behavior on my part and i do apologize to her because now thinking back i see i got a bit out of hand angry because i have been stressed out from being accused and talked over was really upsetting. She took the number and confirmed it was a one digit off between a 4 and a 5. Never apologized for her accusations after stalking my information and then changed her tactic to threatening me saying that the call was recorded and to saying how she was so appalled by my attitude after being accused by her. I told her go ahead and just charge the card and she then said she doesn't even want my money and hung up on me. which by the way she still charged it anyways. I had texted her an apology on how i behaved and explained how i felt about the situation and told her to charge the card to find out she blocked my number. Whoever you are, i understand this world is filled with sketchy people but not all people are like that. Making assumptions was really upsetting and i was not the nicest so i apologize. To everyone else reading this, this was a one time situation between me and this store. I have not doubt they have beautiful dresses and maybe if i went in and didn't mistype one digit because i'm not used to having long nails typing on the phone, they wouldn't be so accusatory. If you are looking for a dress and are finding the "one" i would not skip a store due to this review but just read this to be aware of their process. It is very disheartening that in such a happy industry where brides like myself being so excited and happy have to endure this type of assumptions and accusations all because of human error of one digit number difference. This left my wedding dress shopping experience with a negative end. i look forward to a better experience when picking up my dress from the store i did get my dress from.

I can't thank the ZAKAA team enough for the magical experience of finding my dream dress. It was an honor to meet the designer ZAKAA herself. She knew exactly which of her designs to pull for me and of course I ended up saying YES to the dress. ZAKAA is a very kind hearted and made sure that everything was perfect for me from the day I said yes to the day of my wedding. Once my gown was ready for alterations she also styled me with the perfect head piece and earrings. I can't thank the ZAKAA team enough for making me feel so special and beautiful for my wedding. ZAKAA also created my mom's mother of the bride dress that turned out so amazing. I cannot to post pictures from our photographer. I highly recommend ZAKAA Bride to all brides.

Absolutely stunning gowns! I worked with Zakaa herself to select my gorgeous wedding gown, accessories, and bridesmaids gowns. Each of the gowns at Zakaa's is unique and suited for a princess. Created out of artistry, quality materials, and love. You can tell by the way Zakaa speaks about her gowns that each has been thoughtfully designed, and there is passion behind the artwork that inspire each piece. I chose the Cassiopeia gown, which was a dress I couldn't even dream of until I saw it. She also helped me select bridesmaids gowns and accessories to not only compliment my gown as a centerpiece but also the overall vision of the wedding. If you're looking for a dress that is all your own, a stand-out vision, and pure art—this is your designer.

Zakaa Bride helped me design and bring to life the dress of my dreams. From the bridal experience in store to my final fitting, Zakaa herself was very flexible and willing to do everything in my power to make me the gown of my dreams. From color, to material, to cut of the dress and every tiny detail in between, Zakaa Bride will make you feel like the most beautiful girl in the world on your wedding day. Zakaa also suggested details I never would have imagined including my lace cutout and my 110" veil, both of which became two of my favorite pieces of my dress. Furthermore, I noted that I wanted a low, open back; Zakaa did absolutely everything in her power to make that a reality because she knew how important it was to me. I will treasure this dress forever, and am sooo thankful for Zakaa, her talent and my stunning stunning gown!!! This dress was worth every penny. Also, our bridal party had their dresses and ties made by Zakaa as well, and were highly satisfied. Like most high-end boutiques, alterations were necessary for our bridesmaid dresses. That being said, brides watching their bridesmaids' budgets should keep that in mind, as dresses from here will need to be altered. SO worth it though!!

I had an incredible experience at ZAKAA and am so happy I was able to find the dress of my dreams there! I scheduled a VIP appointment so I could bring my whole group of 8 guests with me, and ZAKAA did not let me down. The VIP appointment was worth the additional cost. It was the end of a long day and I was feeling a little down when I first got there, but they quickly turned that around for me. I tried on a few gorgeous gowns and provided feedback, and based on that feedback and input from my mom who was browsing the store, we were able to find an INCREDIBLE gown that I feel like a queen in, and that I'm so so so excited to wear. They were mindful of my budget, and because I was lucky and the designer was there, she also suggested additional customization to a veil that is going to be so special. I cannot wait to see the finished product!

I bought my wedding gown from Zakaa in May 2019. I bought the “Grace” gown and it was absolutely gorgeous! The fine details with the voluminous skirt made me feel like a queen. The dress looked beautiful in all my photos! I bought it off the rack, and it was very affordable! My consultant was Zahra who no longer works there, but she created a super relaxed and fun atmosphere :) The shop is really well laid out and it makes shopping easy! The dress was also very easy to alter and it stayed up with no issue (it was strapless/sweetheart). I absolutely loved it!

I highly recommend ZAKAA Bride to everyone! My experience was amazing and better than I could have imagined. The customer service and attention from the ZAKAA Team was incredible. They were kind, helpful and very accommodating. The quality of the gowns, veils and accessories are unparalleled to any other place I went to, and ZAKAA was my 8th bridal salon. It blew me away with how beautiful the space and the gowns were. I said yes to my dress and am so glad I found ZAKAA. Everyone should go to ZAKAA.

It pains me to write this review as I was very much looking forward to using Zakaa Bridal when it came time to finding the dress of my dreams. Despite some of the hurdles my MOH went through with her own Zakaa experience, there was a lot of anticipation leading up to my appt with this vendor. I scheduled my appt over a month in advance and was nothing but excited. When it came time for my appt though, nothing seemed to go as planned. 1. I fully expected Zakaa to be present as the main reason for scheduling w/ this vendor was for the opportunity to discuss customization options. That is something I valued so heavily in the dress search process. Zakaa was not present and I was not informed beforehand. 2. Dresses were already pulled for me which was not my expectation, but understandable given the pandemic. The Junior Designer that was helping me then proceeded to put me in my MOH's dress which I specifically asked her not to do upon my arrival. The last thing I want to do is try on my best friend's dress and pick it apart in front of her. Though beautiful, it was the dress for her, not me. 3. The salon itself was extremely uncomfortable. Gorgeous space like I remembered from my MOH's appt, but it was overly hot which made the getting in/out of dresses tough. 4. The Junior Designer was not the kindest. There was a certain attitude to her demeanor that made one feel powerless & shrugged off. Not the way a Bride to Be wants to be feeling as they are about to make one of the most important decisions/purchases. 5. The appt attendees let me fall in love with one of the gowns and then proceeded to tell me that it was $1500 over budget at its base line. Knowing full well what my budget was as well as the desire for customization. Just doesn't seem the most appropriate way to lead a bride to the perfect dress. I understand that my vision could be more expensive than my wallet, but that is what we lean on the professionals for. 6. Though we spent more time in the salon than a typical appt allows, the Junior Designer made it a point to let us know that they were closed as I was struggling to decide whether or not I should pay the additional costs for this particular dress. After all said & done, everything would come out to be around $2500-3K more than what I had anticipated. As you can imagine, its a tough decision to make when one is also paying for their wedding on their own. 7. In our closing conversations w/ the Junior Designer, my MOH was looking out for me & had expressed the hurdles that she experienced in order to ensure that wouldn't happen w/ me. This was met with disdain and rudeness. Rather than hearing our concerns & ensuring us that they wouldn't let it happen again, they fought back trying to provide justification. At that point, some ownership on the vendor’s side should have taken place. In the end, I ended up leaving the salon without a dress & disappointed. I spoke with the designer the next day & explained my frustrations as I strongly feel that any business owner deserves to know how her business is being run outside of her involvement. She heard my feedback & was rather apologetic so I felt better about scheduling another appt to meet with her directly. Leading up to that appt, there was more drama with my MOH and experience. With that, I scheduled other appointments and was lucky enough to find the dress of my dreams elsewhere.

What lovely customer service. Very personalized. Zhenya was a treat. And the dresses? I thought I’d died and went to heaven. Beautiful tulle everywhere, bling accessories. The shop is boutique sized but this contributes to that personalized experience. In all, we visited five bridal shops. Two others came close, but when you cry in the dress, it’s the one for you. If you are looking for sensuously regal, look no further than Zakaa Bride.

During such a crazy time across the globe right now, I’m grateful to ZAKAA Couture for stepping in. My destination wedding in Canada was supposed to be May 29th. I’m an emotional roller coaster as I’m sure many other 2020 brides are too. It’s truly hard having to postpone your wedding. Every little girl dreams about one day meeting her Prince Charming, falling in love, getting married, and riding away together into the sunset living happily ever after. I was once a little girl too with those same fantasies. As I grew older, the fairytale became more of a reality when I got engaged to my best friend of 10 years. My fiançé and I have been planning our dream wedding past two years; now that this international epidemic has happened, we’ve decided to wait things out. I know it’s for the best, especially for the well-being and safety of our guests and loved ones. It’s just hard to swallow sometimes, especially being 1000 miles away from the love of your life. Yup, the struggle is real when it comes to long distance relationships. I can only hope and pray that things get better soon iA, so that everyone can rejoice together and make new memories again in happy times without the fear of a deadly virus. Anyhow, I recently got my dream wedding gown, but the boutique wasn’t open yet for alterations due to fear of COVID-19 and strict social distancing regulations. I’m kinda on a time-crunch with the possibility of my wedding postponing to early October, and I needed to find a bridal seamstress soon. I called a few places, before remembering that I follow ZAKAA Couture on Instagram. Fingers crossed I called ZAKAA, they answered and said that they too were closed mainly offering virtual consultations but as of this week reopening their flagship for appointment only 2020-2021 brides. They reassured me that they are following the social distancing rules mandated by the governor and allowing 1-1 appointments with just the bride. So after taking a huge sigh of relief, I booked my initial appointment and could not have felt more pleased. I met with the CEO and creative mastermind of the lavish brand, Asma Zaka herself. She was warm and welcoming taking extra precautions while following CDC guidelines. Walking around her glamorous ZAKAA Bride flagship store in One Loudoun, I was completely in awe of the many beautifully intricate bridal gowns and accessories. There was sparkle, lace, beaded embroidery, tulle, florals, crystals and gems of all sorts. I was completely mesmerized. After Asma had me try on my gown, she asked me what exactly I envisioned on my wedding night. I’d loved that, because it showed that my vision was important. Little did I know, it was actually her way of getting me excited again and back in that happy place I once was before the world changed. It felt really good to be looking forward to happier times; thus, having to postpone my wedding wasn’t so bad anymore. Honestly, I can’t wait to see the final product of my conservative yet chic bridal gown and veils (traditional green for religious wedding ceremony and pure white for wedding reception). All I can say is that ZAKAA Bride has got their hands full with all that elaborate work to be done in the coming months. I’m not stressing though, because I’m positive when everything is done, it will be nothing short of magical. Stay tuned for pictures in the near future!! First off, the salon is designed beautifully. The whole aesthetic is warm and inviting, I genuinely loved just being there. Second, I am so so grateful to have been able to work with Asma on customizing my dress. I was blown away by it at my first fitting. The experience at ZAKAA Bride is unlike any other! The appointment was intimate and I loved the boutique set up. Salon is extremely clean, staff is very accommodating and I was able to purchase not only my dress, but my veil and jewelry too! Highly recommend!

My daughter and I found ZAKAA through some of our friends, and we're SO glad we were lucky enough to find such an amazing designer and brand to work with. ZAKAA was one of our last appointments that we went to. I can't stress enough on how amazing ZAKAA is! I was hesitant and starting to stress out about where I would be able to find a dress that suits my taste. I was never looking for your ordinary white poofy ball gown... I was searching everywhere for a ball gown that could incorporate some black fabric in it, and I couldn't find anything, until ZAKAA worked with me step by step with every little detail to make sure I got the dress I wanted! She went above and beyond, and I'm so happy to have chosen ZAKAA!

I made an appointment for my bridal consultation, and I got to speak with the designer/owner myself! Although, all of the gowns I looked at were beautiful you are able to customize any dress any way that you'd like which is AMAZING. This flagship is very clean, sleek, and professional. Truly the best experience I have ever had in any of the bridal salons that I made appointments with. As soon as I stepped foot into Zakaa, I was awed by the ambience of the boutique. It was so aesthetic, romantic, and feminine and I really felt like the bride that everyone should feel. I loved so many of her different dresses, that I couldn't decide between the final 2 dresses I narrowed down to. I loved some aspects of one dress, but other details of the second dress. My experience was so special because Zakaa customized my gown to incorporate both details of both dresses. I'm so grateful for her, and so happy I was able to come across this brand!

Zakaa was so attentive to every little detail of my dress that wasn't even her brand.. by the time I knew it, her attention to detail gravitated me towards creating an entirely new dress with her. The minute I walked in to the ZAKAA Bride salon I was really wow'd by how beautiful the gowns were but also by the decor. It has a very feminine modern feel but also cozy at the same time. I have a wonderful experience with ZAKAA herself but also had another appointment at another salon. I did end up getting my gown from ZAKAA but I do wish I would have ended my experience at her salon as well. I went to about 6 other bridal stores and ZAKAA by far has the most beautiful collection, but also what she offers is really what all brides want. You can really take customization to any level and the quality of her work is just impeccable. I can't wait for my gown to arrive.

Such a lovely experience. I purchased my customized gown from ZAKAA Bride and also was able to get my little niece have a matching flower girl dress made. We also had my bridesmaids dresses purchased from ZAKAA which were also customized for me based on my wedding theme. I was able to meet ZAKAA herself which was just so lovely. She's very kind and patient. So so glad that she has opened her beautiful flagship at Downtown One Loudoun. If you're looking for a warm and classic environment with beautiful designs this is the place to be.

I waited a while to get my appointment because ZAKAA was in transition of moving to her new flagship. I'm so glad I waited because what she had to offer me is exactly what is needed. I have gone to so many bridal shops and the gowns are nice but I needed to make changes to each style which would have cost me so much. When I went to ZAKAA i was able to find my perfect dress with changes that I needed and wasn't charged and arm and a leg. It's a beautiful salon and ZAKAA is just the sweetest designer to work with and understands what brides need.

Asma is very detail oriented & professional ! She works hard and lets her work do the talking ! I was so impressed how she took my sweetheart ball gown that no one else could match the sleeves the way I wanted .. however asma was up for the challenge and with her customization designed it into my dream long sleeve dress. I was looking to create something new and unusual for my wedding, not the standard wedding gown. After discussing it with Asma and me being all over the place with my ideas and what I liked - she remained calm, listened to everything carefully, took notes and then came up with mood board for me. I am not the easiest person to deal with but Asma managed to come up with a design that made my jaw drop. Also, she worked within my budget. Always answered all my calls and adressed concerns. Super talented and beautiful lady! I am absolutely in love with my dress and would recommend ZAKAA Couture if you are looking for something unique, classy and modern. I met Asma from Zakaa Couture two years ago at the Intimate Bridal Show in Ashburn VA. I was amazed by the uniqueness and beautiful bridal collection. What a cute showroom!! I had a wonderful experience with the designer and her team at Zakaa. All of the attention was on me and I felt so special and taken care of. They are very professional and helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for in customizing my dress. Their quality of work is amazing with great attention to detail. This place is a gem and I would highly recommend it!

This was a truly unique experience. Asma, the designer worked with me and my group personally to design the perfect dress. I feel in such good hands with her. This is more than I could have asked for or even expected in wedding dress shopping. She is also working with my budget that I came in with, while still incorporating the elements of the dress that I love. You will not look back after going to Asma.

From simple designs to the most lavish and royal dresses, the possibilities are endless.
