We got our all our groomsmen attire through Zazous! They were great! Very helpful and responsive. They worked with us for out of town people and getting replacements for things that didn't fit with plenty of time before the day!

We had an amazing experience at Zazou’s. They made the process of finding the perfect dress easy and painless!! I highly recommend them!!
The ladies at Zazous were so great to work with from day one of looking for my dream dress to the big day. They made me feel comfortable and heard during my dress shopping. They made the experience fun! And even with multiple dresses to try on, I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to just pick one. Not only did they help me find my dress, but they found my mom the most beautiful dress also. Plus they had all the guys in the wedding looking sharp with tux rentals. Their selections are great for everyone, though my bridesmaids already had their dresses ordered they had so many great options for those dresses too. They even steamed the dress the week of your wedding, so that’s helpful too.
So overall it’s an A+

Zazou's did an amazing job with my dress and the bridesmaids dresses. However, it was more difficult for the men's tuxes. There was a lot of miscommunication and different information given to my wedding party and myself. I recommend this place if you want the dress of your dreams and the tuxes were very nice just set ground rules of what information should be shared with the wedding party from the shop.
My daughter is in a wedding the end of May 2021. We went shopping at Zazou’s the end of June 2020, so 10 months ago. There are two maids of honor in the wedding and they ordered the same dress and Zazou’s took the measurements. The other maid of honor is very small chested and my daughter is an F cup. They ordered the other maid of honor a size 12 and my daughter a size 14. The dresses were picked up by the mother of the bride because we live hours away. The maids of honor had their dress fitting last weekend, and my daughter’s dress is SEVERAL sizes too small. Zazou’s said she must have gained weight. I can fit my whole hand between the zipper. I could understand if it was an inch or even two, but NO ONE gains THAT MUCH weight in 10 months and she is still wearing all the same clothes that she wore 10 months ago. The other maid of honor’s dress is snug, but wearable. I told the shop owner that her employee must have either measured wrong or ordered the wrong size. Her response was “I stand by my employee.” She offered to do NOTHING except to try to provide extra fabric for alterations. My daughter will require EXTENSIVE alterations, which will probably cost $200, as well as an additional trip to Dubuque for alterations. I also called Allure Brides, and they also will not help. I do not recommend this shop and I do not recommend Allure dresses.
I went to Zazou's twice to try on bridal gowns after trying on gowns at about three other stores. I worked with Lauren the first time and Jodi the second. They are both awesome! They were very helpful and let me try on whatever I needed to be sure I found the dress I wanted. No pressure at all. Beautiful dresses! Very personable and sweet ladies who were a great help in finding my perfect dress! Willing to answer any questions. I love my dress, got a discount for buying it off the rack, which allowed me to stay within my budget and had a great time! Best bridal store around!
I bought my wedding dress from Jodi at Zazou’s and could not have been happier with my experience and my dress. Jodi and her team are so wonderful and really listened to what I was looking for. She helped me through a major customization (I changed the entire lining of the dress from beige to pink to match my mom’s/grandmother’s wedding dress) and introduced me to Fadwa who is a magician with alterations and fittings. We were able to find the perfect dress for our outdoor wedding and I was so comfortable in it the entire day. Thank you again Jodi! Holla!!
what an amazing place Jodi and her team really make you feel at home. She listened to what I wanted and help me find the perfect dress. With a few of her personal touches it will be everything I wanted.

I would give them 10+ stars!!! The girls were all amazing and knew when I was uncomfortable settling for what everyone else wanted. We came back a second time and everyone loved the same dress I loved from day 1! Thank you for making my day so special and I felt like a princess all day!

Zazou's was incredible!! First they helped me to find my one of a kind, beautiful wedding dress to make me feel like a princess on my wedding day. They also helped to steam my dress and my mother's wedding dress the week before our wedding. Whenever we needed anything they were professional and accommodating and so sweet, I loved being able to shop local and shop small to find my dress dress. I recommend anyone looking for their wedding attire to stop into Zazou's!
I highly recommend going to Zazou's for a wedding dress! Zazou's was my second bridal store I tried out and I found a dress that I loved but was hesitant about buying it that day. I went to another appointment at a different bridal store but didn't find anything that even came close. I went back to Zazou's to try it on again and it was the one! Everyone there is so nice and I never felt pressured to make a decision. One thing I really appreciated about them compared to the other stores is that they only took me up the the stage platform and tried on veils after I had narrowed down my options. Just a note, they don't do alterations at the store, but they do give recommendations - Fadwa is AMAZING by the way! The hour-plus drive to Zazou's was so worth it.
