Working with Zazzy Box is wonderful. We had a very specific diamond we were looking for—a 2ct cushion cut that was in between a square and a rectangle and Zazzy Box was not only able to acquire our dream diamond, but work step by step in designing the ring as well. Zazzy Box was responsive, gave us a better rate than other jewelers we were considering, and is now helping us on additional pieces. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Zazzy Box is the place to go for anything diamonds! I worked with Asit to design an engagement ring for my fiancé. This process couldn’t have been any easier. Asit made it super simple to identify a design, allow for customization, and fabricate the final product. I was out of state for most of the process due to school and Asit made several accommodations to help me create my beautiful ring. My fiancé LOVES the ring. I would recommend Zazzy Box to anyone!

Guys... let me tell you about this awesome company Zazzy Box. I am clueless to engagement rings/diamonds and I had no idea what I was doing. This team worked with me to design, create, and personalize my now-fiance's engagement ring. This company knows the business in diamonds and helped me choose an absolute stunner. The best part of Zazzy Box is their customer service! And whole thing was not an intimating experience at all, unlike the pressure you would get walking into a big box store(Tiffany's, Zale's, etc). They were quick to produce this customized ring and I was kept in the communication loop throughout the whole process. I previously gave Zazzy box a 5 star rating because I loved the engagement ring. It was MY dream ring. Asit was extremely attentive and new exactly how to create the ring I had envisioned. Everything was going perfect until about a month and a 1/2 month later when I looked down and saw that my ring was bent with a few of the side diamonds missing. I was distraught. I never wore this ring besides to my classes at law school, or out with friends and always put it up in my jewelry box as soon as I got home, never showered, slept, or ran with this ring EVER. Asit reassured us that he would fix it and that it was probably a design defect. He got the newly designed ring back to us within a week. On Saturday (two days after receiving my newly redesigned ring) my fiancé and I attended a gala around 7ish. I wore my ring to the gala and had a wonderful time until I noticed that my left hand was hurting. I looked down to see my ring was bent so hard on my left hand it was swollen and red. We left the gala early and immediately went home to try to take the ring off. We had to use pliers to get it off because it was so bent on my finger. Of course we called Asit. He seemed understanding and concerned about what had happened and had his setter come and pick up the ring from my house the next morning on Sunday. At this point, of course my fiancé and I are concerned and worried. Asit asked to meet with us the following Wednesday and of course we came because I wanted to here about why this could have happened, what we could do next, and how we could fix this. Going into this meeting I wanted a solution. I trusted Asit and his team to make this right. I was wrong. We walked into Asits office where he talked us through our options, refund, partial refund, and a third option wit h “caveats” that he never explained to us. Asit called another jeweler (or setter) into the office who took asits seat and began to say how “impossible” it was that the ring bent. We understood and said so but that it did happen so it isn’t impossible. This jeweler proceeded to tell me to put the ring back on and clap my hands together (like I said I was doing at the gala) and see if I could make it bend. I obviously couldn’t but was mortified that I was made a spectacle of. I then showed him pictures of how the ring looked at the gala, where he told me “that’s not even on your ring finger.” I told him that it was and he’s response was “that’s weird.”They then both proceeded to tell us that this couldn’t have happened, there is no way, unless I banged it with metal. I again reminded them I was at a gala and did absolutely NO heavy lifting. They didn’t care. After continuous back and forth about how “impossible” it was for the ring to break I started to cry. I was torn down and sad beyond words that my engagement ring and memories surrounding it had come to this. I have NEVER felt more embarrassed, humiliated, or undermined in my life. I trusted Asit and made the wrong choice. I am writing this review to share my experience. Zazzy box was great when they created my beautiful ring. But when it broke TWICE they couldn’t care less about my feelings or my fiancé’s. Something was obviously wrong. I have never been treated with such disrespect from someone I called a friend in my life. And frankly I am still dumbfounded that this actually happened. I write this not out of anger but hope to save the next customer from heartache.
