Zelenski's Bridal & Prom Shoppe

I was recommended to Zelenskis Bridal shop by a friend and I was SO happy I went there!! It is a small town store, with small town prices, and small town customer service with big city selection. The customer service is amazing. Sarah, my sales consultant, made me feel like an absolute princess the day I came in to try on dresses and every visit from there on after. She allowed me to try on as many dresses as I wanted, without rushing, until I found the perfect dress and veil. It was such a fun memorable experience. The shop special ordered my bridesmaids dresses for me from online and allowed us to come in and try them on prior to 100% committing. I had some issues with the alterations department, however, my problems we resolved without any issues or questions. My dress was altered to fit me perfectly in the length, bust, and shoulders, however, the bustle on my dress was not made correctly at all!! Also, my maid of honor's dress was too short and too tight (without any weight gain). I would absolutely recommend Zelenskis (and especially Sarah) to any bride, just maybe get your alterations elsewhere.

I first went to Zelenski's not expecting to find anything, but 5 gowns later, I said YES to the dress. The service the ladies provided were professional, yet they weren't afraid to play dress-up with you and your family. It was also wonderful to work with the ladies who did alterations. They were sweet and knew exactly what they were doing. Everyone was immensely helpful and kind. It was a pleasure working with them.

We purchased my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses from Zelenski's, and they were SO nice and easy to work with. They were very patient and super helpful to me and the group of girls I was with. Everything we ordered came in significantly earlier than expected, and it was easy to schedule time for fittings. My travel schedule for work was super hectic right before my out-of-town wedding, and they made sure I could get my fittings in and have my dress pressed in plenty of time! The ladies who did my fittings were also very good, my strapless dress fit me perfectly (I wasn't constantly pulling it up all day!). I would definitely recommend Zelenski's to anyone looking for their wedding dress!

Rachel at zelenskis is great! I ended up special ordering a custom dress and did not like it when it came in so they put it back in stock and let me put my deposit towards another dress! They are a little local shop but they will take care of you!

I used this bridal store since I had purchased prom dresses from them in the past as well as my cousin used them for her wedding and had no issues. The store started out great with finding my wedding dress and offering it for a lower price than what I had found and was able to quote alteration prices. The store workers as well as the owner slowly but surely declined in their friendliness as well as their attitudes due to prom season. I had six bridesmaids and everyone was told about how prom is so busy and cannot make appointments for fittings therefore four bridesmaids went to other places. My mother also got her dress there and her alterations were completely messed up and had to pin her dress due to her shoulders and chest area not taken in enough the day of my wedding. One bridesmaids dress couldnt be taken in far enough due to the dress being ordered 6 sizes too big. Two months prior to my wedding I went to try on my dress and the staff tried to tell me that it was my final fitting even though I have had weight issues due to medical problems but was told its prom season and they didnt have time for my wedding pretty much. The day before my wedding, I picked up my wedding dress and the owner was present and did not once say thanks for your business and good luck on your wedding day or even bye. I will be sure to never use this business again for anyone in my family no matter how much money they can save me or my family members. If you get married between april and june, do not use this business because prom is more important than any wedding from my experience.

As a Charleroi gal, I decided to start wedding dress shopping at my local bridal store. I had purchased many bridesmaids and prom gowns from Zelenski's in the past. I had spoken with Rachel prior to my appointment and gave her a general idea of what I was looking for. She listened to everything and had 6 dresses pulled for my appointment. I ended up buying, and absolutely loving, the 4th dress I tried. Zelenski's alteration department made the dress fit like a glove. I also ordered my bridesmaids' dresses there. They had an amazing selection and gowns to fit all styles and color schemes. I would highly recommend Zelenski's for all of your bridal needs. Not only are they a small-town shop with a caring and devoted staff, but they have everything needed for your entire wedding day. Absolutely perfect!

Ultimately, we were able to get everything we were looking for here (my dress & the 4 bridesmaids dresses), but we had ALOT of trouble with the bridesmaids dresses. I will also note that this is not a 1-stop shop if that is what you are looking for (which we weren't). I didn't have any troubles with ordering/receiving my dress, except that after 2 fittings, the dress still didn't fit exactly like I wanted in the middle so it was still loose on me on my wedding day. We had lots of trouble with the bridesmaids dresses though. After they told us they were in, we went to pick them up approx. 3 months before the wedding so that my bridesmaids could take them home to get altered (all bridesmaids were out of town) with plenty of time. They had ordered the wrong dresses (except for the maid-of-honor dress). When they finally admitted that they had made a mistake, they said they would put a rush order on them. There was very little communication throughout this time period & no sense of urgency until we started bugging them when it was 2 weeks until the wedding & the ladies still had not received the dresses. They finally got them about a week before, but of course, had no time to have them altered (some were a little tight), and nothing was made up for our troubles. The ladies are very nice there, but they really don't know what to do when something does goes wrong.

I purchased the Casablanca #1909 wedding dress. The dress was perfect no alterations needed. We had a misunderstanding about the bustle, however they made it right, I am completely happy with my dress!!!!

I order my dress from Eden thru Zelenski...Came in perfect. The Ladies were so kind and considerate...They really cared...Beautiful dress

Got my wedding dress from here they were very helpful in helping me find a dress that was me. The only thing I did not like was when I went to pickup my dress had a check in hand for them and they said they do not accept checks on final payments only cash or credit.

I was very pleased with this shop. They paid attention to what I liked and didn't like so I was not stuck trying on a punch of dresses I didn't like. I like they have some later appointments for my busy schedule. I used them when I went to prom for all my dresses so it was easy to know where I would get my wedding dress.
