Joseff Stevenson's history of urban and portrait photography culminates in a useful set of skills as it comes to wedding photography. A heightened sense of readiness to capture moments that occur on the fly and the ability to spot the authenticity in the people he captures makes for wedding photos that flow perfectly and that are taken with a discretion fit for the most subtle of nuptials. "It's just the perfect place for me to be; surrounded by immensely exciting and nuanced moments, and spending my weekends with beautiful people as they celebrate the great milestones of life."

Joseff (and his second shooter Claire) were both great! Joseff has super chill, laid back, and fun vibes, so is a great addition to an event like a wedding, (in addition to being a...
great photographer).
We really enjoyed the time we spent with him during our engagement shoot and on our wedding day - he helped us get around in his car and even risked his life (kind of) in order to get some cool shots on a bridge.
We had a super long list of portraits we wanted to take with family and friends and Joseff and Claire did a great job working with us to get them -- this was super important to us, and they came out great.
We ended up asking them to stay for an extra hour in order to capture some dancing shots and they CAME THROUGH. The shots look amazing and make it look like our wedding was really fun (which it was).
I highly recommend Zen Orchid!
We were lucky enough to have Joseff shoot our engagement pictures (pre-COVID) and our small wedding (October 2020). The engagement shoot was fun, speedy (cold midwest winters!) an...
d the pictures turned out beautifully! We had to postpone our initial wedding date due to COVID, and Joseff was flexible and positive through it all. We were just able to have our wedding, and Joseff and Megan were so fun to be around! They were great at communicating before the wedding and in terms of posing for pictures. As someone who doesn't love having their picture taken, I felt extremely comfortable around them and couldn't have asked for anything more!
Joseff went above and beyond for our intimate wedding! He was professional, relaxed, and fun to have around on our big day. He did a great job capturing candid moments, and he got...
pictures of absolutely everything we hoped would be photographed. We were a bit surprised to see that a number of our pictures came out grainy, but our venue had very low lighting and his work was otherwise excellent. He is worth every penny! Thank you, Joseff!
What an amazing photographer, even so much that my new MIL left a review for him. Joseff, I can't say thank you enough for being a part of our magical day. From the before the cere...
mony, transport and the reception, you were there snapping photos and memorializing one of the biggest days in our lives! You didn't feel like an outside professional, you fit right in with us. I am forever blessed to have met you; the experience was enriched by your presence.
Joseff is amazing!! Zen Photography did our Son and Daughter in Law's Wedding this past Saturday. He captured every moment but did not stop the fun in progress. If I could rate h...
