I’m Zymar Wilson, also known as Mr. DJ, and I’m the owner and lead DJ of Zenation Entertainment. I’ve always had a passion for music and the way the right song can completely change the energy in a room. For me, DJing is about more than just playing music, it’s about reading the crowd, creating the right atmosphere, and knowing when to play that one song that gets everybody out of their seat.
I’m also an active-duty U.S. Air Force leader with more than 18 years of service. My military career has taught me professionalism, leadership, attention to detail, and how to perform under pressure, all things I bring with me to every event. I also hold a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurial Studies and am completing my MBA, combining my passion for music with my experience in leadership, business, and customer service.
Through Zenation Entertainment, I specialize in weddings, receptions, parties, military functions, corporate events, karaoke, and private celebrations. I take the time to understand what each client wants, from the overall vibe and special songs. Whether I’m setting the mood for your ceremony, introducing the newlyweds, providing the soundtrack for your first dance, or keeping the dance floor going all night, my goal is simple: great music, great energy, and unforgettable memories.
