Zenith Events Production works primarily with local vendors to guarantee an excellent service and one that fits your budget. Zenith offers three wedding coordination packages for you to choose from. The first 'Silver' package is for a day-of coordinator, which would see a Zenith team member establish an itinerary, liaise with essential vendors, and see to all your needs. The middle 'Gold' package echoes the silver but is more immersive. The design and styling of the event will see more significant preparation in the weeks leading to your wedding. The final 'Diamond' package offers complete planning and will see your wedding coordinator take the reigns and do it all.

Brooklyn is PHENOMENAL! She is professional, efficient, positive and kind. She planned my best friends wedding, without her my best friend would of been lost and overwhelmed. Brooklyn is hands on, from helping setup the venue to booking hairstylists/barbers, reception dinner, etc... You name it she will do it. She will do what needs to be done in order for you to have a seamless experience. Thank you Brooklyn!

Brooklyn is always on point. She just did my brother’s wedding on Pensacola beach in August 2023. She was able to accommodate all of the tiny nuances required to have this destination wedding be complete and memorable. She’s got plenty of connections to give you options! Don’t think, DO!

I have worked with (as I am a DJ/Officiant) Brooklyn a few times. She is always polite, sweet and attentive to the customers needs. I have seen her personally help break things down and set things up, when her vendors were short staffed or working on other projects! She always goes above and beyond for clients. If I were to get married again, I would definitely use her company! I completely trust her and her decision making!

Brooklyn is such a sweet lady! If our venue didn’t come with a planner, I would’ve gone with her planning! She is thorough, intentional, and extremely personable. She will make you feel like her sister by the end of the first consultation. She will help you whether you know exactly what you want or if you’re like me… a complete blank slate. You will not regret if you choose her as your planner!

Nice to meet you! My name is Brooklyn and I am the head of Zenith Even Productions. Leaning into this business came with ease as I have spent over 15 years in the service industry migrating through many different types of individuals needs and wants. Between my three soccer invested kids and work, controlling chaos has come very easily! I am also well versed in the legal side as well having worked for an attorney managing his office. A notary and officiant though behind the scenes is more my style. Outside of my business I explore my passion for art of all sorts, nature, and traveling (which is probably my favorite these days). As well as taking my babies that are not so little anymore with me to see and learn from the world around us. I can't wait to meet and work with all of the diversities that there are. There is nothing that scares me when it comes to new. Knowledge is power and also our greatest asset! Thanks so much for dropping in to my storefront. I hope to hear from you soon!
