a hiccup with our videographer arriving late and not filming our wedding to certain specifications we had in the contract, but upon contacting Venu, we came to a satisfactory agreement to settle this issue. Overall, he was very willing to work with us as much as possible as our plans changed due to COVID and we appreciated his promptness in communicating with us.
