e terrible taste. The store and dress rooms are filthy. There is clearly no functioning air on the second floor where the fitting rooms are located so be prepared to be uncomfortable. When I paid for the dress alterations Zolla asked where I was getting married and the look of surprise that crossed her face when I mentioned the St. Regis in Bal Harbour was priceless. It was clear that she had judged me and never could have imagined that my wedding reception would be at a five star establishment. Perhaps because I purchased one of the more inexpensive dresses? As a self-proclaimed bridal expert Zolla should recognize that some brides purchase a dress based on what they like and not on price. She then proceeded to tell me that she “used” to have a location in Bal Harbour but it has since closed. I thought to myself no wonder why! When I returned to pick up the dress and try it on to ensure that the bustle was done properly my soon to be mother-in-law asked to see two veils on me. The sales associate promptly put it on and again assumed that I was purchasing it. When I proceeded to go downstairs to pick up the dress after it had been steamed she told me the veil was in the bag – when I explained that I wasn’t purchasing the veil she promptly took it out abruptly hung the dress in the bag up against a display rack said “here you go” and went to her office. There was not thank you for stopping by, no apology for the continued mix-ups and lack of service, no I hope you have a wonderful wedding. Nothing. Immediately drove to Boca Bridal to purchase a beautiful veil for my wedding day. Future brides beware – do not go to the this bridal store assuming because it’s on Las Olas that the service is world class. You will be disappointed!

The store front does not live up to the type of service and the many gown options they offer inside. We met with Zola, Peta and Cat on our 1st day, We ended up getting dresses not only for my Mother but for 7 other ladies that were attending our wedding from the ages of 12 to 80. These ladies understand the woman's body and what is takes to work with a woman's body to bring out that outstanding gown, that makes her feel amazing. Zola Keller and her staff offer a level of service that we thought no longer existed, they listen, they ask direct questions, most importantly they deliver on what was promised. Thank you Zola, Peta, and Cat for all that you did to make our special day memorable.

opping shortly after getting engaged as my mom lives out of town and happened to be visiting the following month and begged me to go dress shopping. I called to see if we could make a last minute appointment (not thinking it would work out as I was calling on a Saturday- the busiest day) but they were able to get me in same day! As soon we walked in, we were instantly greeted by beautiful dresses. I met with Peta and told her what I was looking for- a beaded dress with a vintage feel. She brought me three dresses, each were beautiful, but one really struck me. It was exactly what I was looking for and I ended up buying it that day! Peta really knows her stuff! I wanted to change part of the design and add off the shoulder straps- this was done no problem. They take your measurements right then and the dress is ordered to your exact specifications. I also ordered a veil to match the lace of my dress. Unfortunately, the veil was incorrect the first time around but that was not Peta's fault as she had exactly what I requested written out on the order form. The designer of the veil had not followed the directions. Peta had the veil corrected and expedited. From when I first ordered the dress to when my first real fitting was scheduled- I lost 30 lbs. The dress had to be taken in and I was worried it wouldn't look the same. They took it in and it looked amazing! I received so many compliments and the wedding guests wouldn't stop talking about my dress! I felt very special. I never thought everything would be able to match the crazy expectations we associate with weddings and how we think we should look, but it actually did! My only complaint is that some of the fabric that was sewn to the interior of my dress came apart and made it look a little bunchy. However, I don't think anyone noticed but me. The dresses, at least the ones I looked at, are a bit on the expensive side. But you absolutely get what you pay for. You can tell from visual inspection and from feeling their fabric, that their dresses are great quality. I went to a few bridal boutiques after to compare, and there really is no comparison. They are hands down the best. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

y accident while browsing on Las Olas. Peeta helped me find the perfect dress! She was so helpful. My dress was so lovely and within my budget. She suggested several alterations (including pockets!!), which they performed in shop for a reasonable fee. They also kept my dress at the store until closer to my wedding date, as I live in a small apartment with a very adventurous and occasionally destructive cat. I'd definitely recommend Zola Keller to anyone in the South Florida area!

floor sample had a few stains and pulls. Pita promised that the dress would look like new and that the stains and pulls would be fixed. The stains and pulls were never fixed. When I went to pick up the dress I was told that 'its a sample what do you expect'. That's not what they said when I purchased it. They told me whatever I wanted to hear to get my money and once they had it they failed to follow up on anything. So next comes the day of my wedding. Pita and Zola promised to add a bustle to the dress so I didn't have to hold my train the entire time. THEY NEVER ADDED IT. We called them the day of the wedding and they said they would send someone over immediately to put a bustle on the dress. They took down my address and phone number and NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP. Pita seems nice and says that she really cares about her clients and her job - THATS COMPLETE BS. Don't believe it. OVER PROMISING AND UNDER DELIVERING. So in all of my wedding pictures I had to hold the train to my dress. It looks like I am holding a wet blanket in all of the pictures. Why would they tell me that they were sending someone to put a bustle on and never show up? Doesn't make sense. I will be contacting my credit card company and disputing the charge. I will also be taking them to court if this is not resolved. I will post on EVERY social media site my displeasure with this business. OH AND DID I MENTION THE DRESS WAS $3600!!!!! WANT YOUR WEDDING DAY RUINED? CONTACT ZOLA

While I loved my dress, they didn't put any kind of bussle on the dress and my hems were not even! And my alterations were far more than what I was quoted and when i checked with after the hardest parts of my alterations. When I had asked Zola about the cost and a breakdown she was incredibly rude because I was even questioning her cost, and with that kind of money for it I had every right to ask for a breakdown. As a customer spending a lot of money, that shouldn't be an issue. But at this point and my wedding being so close there was nothing I could do. And I was not a happy bride.

I was able to leave with a customized couture-style wedding gown for within my budget and had an all-around fantastic dress buying experience. Zola and her team are experts in what they do and they will make sure you look perfect on your big day. THANK YOU ZOLA!

She emailed me back on Saturday confirming my appointment for Monday, and she didn't answer my inquiry about the dress (I didn't want to waste our time or theirs if they didn't have the dress we wanted to see.) So I call on Saturday to ask and she says with a little bit of an attitude that she sells that dress a lot and is not sure if she had it she would check and I was to call back on Sunday. I call back and she says she has some in alterations that I could see (then sounding frustrated) she says well you know I need plenty of time to even order the dress. I asked how long she needs and she huffed 4 months (my wedding is in Jan 2016, plenty of time which I tell her.) She then asks what size I am, I told her normally a 10 but in other dresses I've tried on a little bit bigger. She then told me "Well the ones I have in alterations is a 4 and a 6 so it's not going to fit you anyway! The best I can say is you can hold it up to you and see if you like it!" Needless to say I found the dress somewhere else, Bellissima Bridal in Deerfield (THEY ARE AMAZING!! Took such great care of us.) I called Monday morning to cancel my appointment with Zola, and she scoffs "HA! Now you want to cancel your appointment?" I should've told her off but I didn't unfortunately. I've been to a couple of bridal stores and NONE of them made me feel the way she did, and I didn't even step into the store yet! She made me feel inadequate because I wasn't a certain size, as well as so rude over the phone I would hate to imagine how she is in person. They definitely lost out on my business because I went to Bellissima Bridal and bought the dress that same day! If I could give Zola ZERO stars I would!

The alterations were included in the price of the dress so I was able to keep on budget throughout the alteration process, as that is a cost that some overlook. If I could do it all over again, I would have gone to Zola first...although, I did enjoy the dress finding experience prior to saying yes to the dress.

ed. Upon entering, I didn't know what to expect. I saw unique dresses that looked really expensive. They were so glamorous, elegant, with lots of jewels, and I was worried that the dress I had my eye on would be too expensive. Well, Zola offers incredibly affordable dresses. One of the reasons I went to Zola was because they carried Essence of Australia dresses and I had no luck finding dresses that could fit the style I was looking for: classic and vintage, Audrey Hepburn, Grace Kelly inspired 1940s dress. Peta, who helped me, put me on the first, and last, dress, and I was in love. I finally captured everything I was looking for but had been discouraged I would never find. I was only there for 10 minutes but it was all the time I needed. I never felt pressured; in fact, I didn't purchase the dress that day. But two days later, when I kept thinking about the dress, I drove back to the boutique and finally said YES to my dress. Zola and Sandy was incredibly helpful through the entire process. Their in house seamstress worked her needles and altered the dress to perfection. The end result? Compliments STILL from guests telling me that my dress was beautiful and classy. I even had one guest compliment that it looked very 1940-50ish. GREATEST COMPLIMENT EVER! Thank you Zola, Sandy, Peta and all the seamstresses that carried, helped me find, and altered my perfect dress.

y only one bride at a time, which is nice. Peta (yes like the bread, as she will tell you) is the one who takes care of all of your fittings and you see her everytime you come. She was more than helpful and always available! She gives her honest opinion when you need help deciding between dresses or accessories, etc. Overall, I felt like the experience was much more personal than other stores where three-four brides are trying dresses on at a time. My dress was altered perfectly to fit ME, and I love my CasaBlanca dress, and Zola Keller for all of their services. If you are looking for a beautiful dress with a personalized experience, this is your place!

me many beautiful dresses (all within my price range) to try on. During the initial stages of the try-on process, she said, "I have something in mind that I'd like you to try. It's a little different than these. Would you be willing to try it anyway?" I willingly agreed. This dress was not what I was originally thinking, but when I put it on, I simply fell in love!!...and it was significantly under my budget!!

trying on the second dress, I began to tear up-- the true sign that it was the perfect dress. I walked out to show my future mother and sister in law the dress, and they too began to cry! Their alterations department had some work on their hands to make it perfect (between the jacket they made to match the dress, and the number of sizes I went down from beginning to end), and I have to say, they did so with patience and understanding. A special shout out to Zola as well, as she truly knows her merchandise and is always there to give support and give advice. I got my shoes and veil there as well.... the end result left me feeling and looking like a princess on the most special day of my life. The entire process was painless, from beginning to end!
