Grace was above and beyond the best addition to our team for our wedding day! She made the process as seamless as possible and I don't know what we would have done without her. Her attention to detail is unmatched and she has a wonderful disposition that helps to put you at ease during planning one of the biggest events of your life! My husband and I had the perfect wedding day, and so much of that was due to Grace and her team. We don't know how we could have done everything without her. We are so happy that we hired her. We were actually able to enjoy every moment of our wedding day knowing that Grace and her team were managing all the details and letting us enjoy our moment. Grace, I don't even know when to begin... We hired Grace for our wedding as soon as we got engaged, as we wanted support from the beginning. We we both in med school and our schedule was crazy, so we needed someone who was really flexible with us, and Grace was all of that and more. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She took over the communication with vendors, saving us time we would spend on Google, or driving to many venues. All the vendors she recommended were amazing! The wedding day was a dream come true! As someone who has been to tons of weddings, I know a good coordinator when I see one! Our wedding was exactly as we envisioned it- everything was on time, the timeline was followed, and the vendors were on top of everything. Grace really helped us bring our vision to life. Her calm is unbelievable, and she is on top f every details, nothing is missed. We loved her reminders and checklists to keep us on track, especially the week of the wedding; it really helped keep us calm. I don't know what we would have done without you, Grace. Her experience living in four continents, and working with multicultural couples equipped her with a kind eye for details and a precise understanding of each couple's vision of their wedding day. Her ability to blend in any culture makes her the best person to understand family traditions; and her fluency in five languages makes her a really good communicator. Her mission is to transform love stories into unforgettable event experiences.

Grace was a great support the whole time. As our plans kept changing, with through loss of family members, and the stress that Covid caused, Grace never missed a beat. She was there always adapting, and offering to help, to make sure our wedding day was special. When we had to reduce our guest list by more than half, change our venue, change vendors, she communicated with all our new vendors like she had been working with them all along. Grace is the living definition of calm; honestly you would wonder if she ever gets nervous doing this over and over again. She is the most patient, caring person you would want on your wedding day. The work that she put in to make sure our wedding was unique and full of love despite the chaos the whole world was under was unforgettable. It was hard to settle for a small wedding, but everything was so well coordinated that we really believe that we couldn’t have had a better wedding day. Our ceremony was so thoughtfully created by her that after our wedding was over, so many people asked us if Alice was a close friend!! After two years my husband and I still talk about how Grace and her assistant came through for us. She has become a great friend, and one of our favorite person. ot easy, but she made the communication easy and smooth with us and all our vendors. When we lost a vendor she gladly referred us to another great one. We loved her professionalism, and the fact that she was always available to answer any question and address our concerns, even the smallest. We wanted a vendor who would understand both our culture, my husband being from Africa and me being from Mexico, and we couldn't have found a better coordinator. She understood our traditions, and what was unique to our cultures and our families. She was so easy to work with that our families loved her. The planning process, and the day of the wedding were just beautifully planned. No regret at all, we will be forever grateful!
