For over 15 years, Zoom Theory has been creating art and helping clients feel themselves in front of the camera. Owner and Lead Photographer Meredith is a mountain girl, mother, entreprenuer, and professional wedding and portrait photographer who captures genuine moments and creates beauty in human connection. Based in Long Beach with a studio in Costa Mesa, CA, it’s her passion to help you create lasting memories, to make every experience an adventure, and help you feel comfortable every step of the way.
Services Offered
We offer customizable packages for weddings and engagements. Let's start with a conversation and collaborate on the design to fit your vision. And for more magic, we create fine art prints and wall art on canvas, metal, or wood.
We are willing to travel wherever your love is headed and are happy to photograph your destination wedding! Services such as additional hours, a second shooter and shooting at multiple locations will give you peace of mind knowing that every moment is preserved.

on times about location and was such a great communicator! The day of almost brings tears to my eyes. My husband and I struggle with photos, we don't love taking them, and I get nervous and uncomfortable. Not to mention there were several 2-5 year olds running around and distracted friends and family who would not hold still. Amongst all this chaos Meredith and her team were upbeat, enthusiastic and so engaging! We were like herding cats and she made it look easy. I think my family was ready to adopt her by the end and she was almost like having a second coordinator with keeping us on the timeline and moving. Now for the photos... They absolutely exceeded my expectations, they are beautiful and artistic and so natural, she made me look photogenic when I am absolutely not. My husband (who was slightly cranky at the volume of photos) is also absolutely ecstatic and it was all so worth it. Many times you can find a great creative, but not a great buisness person or vise versa. With Zoom Theory, they truly deliver both! During our engagement shoot, Meredith was wonderful at making us feel comfortbale to get great pics. We had a fun time too! That really helped set up our wedding day in workign with her. og. She was patient with him and tried to get him to put of his ears up and run on the beach. She has an eye for things that would look great in photos. For the wedding she is very organized and keeps to a timeline which is great. She is also able to move that timeline around if things are not going to schedule. The girls were having issues with my corset so she went and took pictures of the guys and came back. She let me show her pictures I had found on pintrest and used them the day of the wedding, She asks for a list of shots that you would like taken at the wedding and ones you don’t want. She is great with kids and adults. She is worth every penny. I would use her again in a heartbeat.
