Denis is a true artist. He listened to our likes/dislikes and created the wedding video of our dreams. He was also so kind and easy to work with and made sure to capture every single moment. All of our family and friends are in awe of the highlite video. We can’t stop watching it! The full video is incredible too. Thank you so much to Denis and your team!

Thank you Zoom Wedding Studio, we are forever grateful!
This company unfortunately is not what they advertise to be. They will contact you just to get the client but after that it will be hard to get a hold of anyone. It took me a while...
to get ahold of someone to discuss the questions and details I was concerned about for the wedding day; It was frustrating. When we finally got ahold of Helen we went over things that they would include for the wedding video etc. I just got my video back and 1. They said they would have mics set up that would pick up on what we said but We can’t hear our vows at all. 2. They were supposed to record guests we had over zoom. That didn't happen and 3. The quality of the video was just bad (super grainy and pixelated) Nothing like what they advertised . Even the day of the wedding, it ran late because zoom team was not well prepared and didn’t go according to what we discussed. I called Helen to discuss this. But there is no way to get ahold of her or anyone for that matter.

work tirelessly to capture picturesque memories of your special day! Zoom Wedding Studio has an amazing Team!
Poor service, no professionalism, wedding video graphed by a third party as hired videographer was out of town the day of wedding. Only notified two days before my wedding. My wedd...
ing video looks absolutely nothing like what they advertise. It honestly looks like I hired a high-school editing team to piece together. These beautiful video’s that they advertise is not the quality of work that I received. The quality is not even high def its all fuzzy . If I wasn’t so embarrassed by my wedding video I would upload to show the quality is not high def. My first look was lost, that file was corrupted but nothing before or after that was lost (make it make sense). They make you sign a contract acknowledging their work and their work is not what was given to me. Reached out for partial refund as work was done so a full refund would not be fair and no to this day no response.
Terrible service, they even lost my first wedding video box in the mail, and then when I finally got a replacement for it my husbands name is spelled wrong.
