are our priority. I can understand that you might think you would like to have more attention than I myself and my team gave to you but it would be not fair towards other clients. Since the very beginning I provided to you my personal phone number and company email. I was available almost 24/7. If I could not answer the phone right away I always texted you in order to set up a call or to offer other options of contacting me or my team (text/email). We had even a few Zoom meetings and I always answered all your questions. If I did not know something I consulted with my team and informed you asap. And you cannot deny it. We helped you on all the stages of planning the wedding being responsible for our part in the process (placement of the cameras, hotspot, timeline etc). I always was honest with you and asked to explain or clarify something that was not clear to me. You texted me and left a call on 12/31/21!!! The day of New Year's Eve! I texted you back that I am driving and cannot pick up a phone. So your answer was to give you a call whenever I can! You knew that it was not a regular or simple holiday, it was a New Year and we already did not work those days. You could email me or text me and definitely I would reply. We are also human beings and we have families and we also celebrate a New Year! Sorry for that, Jazlin. You booked us for Zoom streaming and I informed you about all possible situations that can happen. Also, you signed the contract where there is a line “Client has to make sure there is available wi-fi on location. Zwicky & Partners LLCd/b/a Zoom Wedding Studio is not responsible for any speed problem during the streaming.” We brought even our own HotSpot and I notified you that still we can face stream issues and you were fine with that. However now you are stating the opposite. Our equipment is high quality equipment and we can be sure about it but not about the Zoom platform that you use for the streaming. Moreover the screenshots that we sent to you were of perfect quality. Regarding the mics and we have it in our email correspondence, we agreed that we will use the sound from Dj’s speaker, so it was his mic, no reason to blame on us. Even considering this the mic was working, because everyone has heard the voice of Officiate. It was clear in the video. And usually is the Officiate who is supposed to pass you the mic when you are declaring your vows. It is an all-known rule unless a special request is made before. As you remember Robert was holding the Admin rights, he divided the Guests into the Rooms etc. So, it might be that he applied some settings by mistake and there were no records saved of the Rooms.
