Zorz Studios is a wedding photography team based in Dingmans Ferry, PA. They specialize in wedding, family, and commercial photography and work to ensure your wedding album looks magazine-level perfect. Ed Hafizov is the lead photographer, and he's all about pushing the boundaries of art to make sure your wedding photos leave a lasting impression. He has 16 years of experience with a fine art and illustration background. He has also racked up multiple awards and features in many prestigious publications. Zorz Studios can customize your wedding photography experience to suit your needs. They offer additional hours, engagement shoots, destination and travel photography, and more. To ensure no moment is missed, a second shooter can be provided. If you need additional hours of coverage on the day, that is also an option. Your final album is presented as high-quality digital files, on canvas, or as prints. There is also the option of save-the-dates and thank-you cards.

Ed is not only a brilliant artist, but has become a close personal friend. He has been there for us, supporting us, through every step of our journey. From hiding behind the pillars at The Met for a surprise proposal shoot to clambering over rocks at the Sutro Baths, to capturing an intimate moment in a sea of 300 people in the Taj West End gardens, Ed's default is always "above and beyond." He has an eye for the elegant, out of the ordinary, and glamorous. He will make even a relaxed, laid-back capture seem stunning. If you want your special occasion immortalized, talk to Ed. And that's the best part - he'll talk with you until you feel totally comfortable and excited about being photographed. We love Ed!

My daughter's wedding was at the Boston Opera House, a gorgeous venue with extremely challenging lighting. Ed breezed though the difficulties and provided us with an album that captured the fun, the beauty, the setting, and the city in a collection of images that are as exciting as was the event itself.

Last summer, my (now) husband and I had a costume party wedding and we feel exceedingly lucky to have worked with Zors Studios. Both of us are creative, and we wanted photography that would transcend the standard wedding shots and capture our love in all its messy uniqueness. The result was infinitely more than we’d hoped for – the photography captured us and our guests in a way that was both visually stunning and emotionally authentic. Moreover, the photos are true works of art, and we will cherish them forever. (Several of the shots processed at the Master level resemble exquisite oil paintings!) Ed is a genuine master as I feel truly lucky to have worked with him and received the benefit of his creative vision. I cannot recommend him more strongly.

I had a privilege to work with Ed on 3 creative projects/photoshoots for the past 13 months and I can't thank him enough for his talent, creativity, energy, professionalism and personality. Ed is very easy going and patient. He will listen to your idea, and help you to make it happen (no matter how crazy it may be), and trust me all my projects were not easy (I have a clear vision in my head, perfectionistic set of mind). My first meeting and work with Ed was on very intimate & private photoshoot. Ed not only worked with me on developing a concept but created one of a kind end product, which involved his designer skills as well (and he definitely has a feel for it). My second and third time working with Ed was a shoot of the whole family. My husband not a fan of taking pictures in general, and yet, again, Ed made an impression of a very nice, talented photographer, very easy going, reasonable & calm person. My two boys kept asking him tons of questions and he was very patient, playful and fun to be around (we are talking about a full day of shooting with active boys). He will even make his way to you despite a snow storm (wearing sneakers and a hoodie only) to take that one of a kind shot you have in your head. He definitely has a unique touch & an amazing eye. A pleasure to work with and ultimately delivering great images at the end that will last you forever. I recommend this extraordinary & multitalented photographer to all and can't wait to work with Ed again on another crazy idea.

AMAZING PHOTOGRAPHERS! Ed Hafizov efinitely knows what he is doing when it comes to artistic shots. If you are after something unique and unforgetable then Ed is your man! Besides getting a great shot, Ed's post processing can take your photos from great to out of this world. After my wedding I worded with Ed for a trash the dress and boudoir photo session. He offers posing guidance and makes you feel comfortable so you can relax and take the best shots possible. If you are having a wedding, you would be very lucky to have Ed, Olga or JP as your photographers. We worked with Ed for our engagement shoot and Olga and JP for our wedding and are very much satisfied with the results! They made sure to get all the beautiful shots, no matter how hard they were to capture. They definitely have a good eye for artistic photography!

Having Ed Hafizov working with us on our marriage registration date helped making our modest event fun and memorable. It was more that just taking photos of us. Professional touch and imaginative gutsy art that we have seen earlier in his works happened for us there and then. We enjoy the resulting photos _and_ the memories of how Ed helped to create them.

Ed's professionalism and collaboration resulted in phenomenal results for our engagment shoot. His photos will be something we cherish forever. We researched a lot of Photographers in NYC and Ed is by far the best. Our shoot was excellent, professional and most of all fun. Ed collaboratively worked with us and delivered great results. We will use Zorz Studio again and would recommend any friends to do the same. We ended up loving Ed so much that we also used him for our wedding. He has since went on to work for several friends of ours.

Ed is the best! He has been extremely professional, friendly, and supportive the whole time. We reached out to him only few days before our wedding, and he took our last minute requests without any hesitations. He worked so spontaneously during the photo shooting, tackled every situation in a creative way. Most importantly, the quality of his work is incredible! We love the way he captured the light, which perfectly presents the vibe on that day. After all the work, Ed even prepared surprises for us, which we truly appreciate. We did an engagement shoot with Ed and he was also our wedding photographer. For our engagement photos, we wanted to highlight our mutual love of dance. I don't consider myself photogenic, but Ed was able to capture our best angles and delivered beautiful and unique photos. Our friends and family told us they couldn't wait to see our wedding photos. Ed did not disappoint. He's very professional, responsive and prompt, which was very helpful as we got closer to the wedding. On the big day, Ed captured emotional moments with our friends and family that told the story of our wedding perfectly. He turned our photos around quickly--within a month or so--and we know other photographers can take longer than that. We hope to work with him again some day and can't recommend him enough.

Ed was an absolute pleasure to work with. Extremely talented, kind, patient, and creative, he is a joy to be around and I'm so delighted he was able to capture our wedding. The pictures just blew me away. He captured all the incredible moments- the laughter, the tears, and my husband wiping away my tears during our vows. Everyone that saw a sampling of his work was in awe. Ed has an amazing eye- he knows what will translate well on camera, and gives great direction (for those of us who aren't 'experts' at posing for the camera). I am going to forever treasure the pictures and the memories he captured!

I have worked with Ed throughout the past seven years on various projects - which is why I knew I could 100% trust him with my wedding day. We chose Ed to shoot our wedding in Mexico because his work was unique and you can tell he is passionate about his work. Well we were not disappointed i could have not picked a better photographer to capture our day he is so very talented i would recommend him to amyone! I love each and every picture he took.

Our overall experience with Ed at Zorz Studios was mediocre. The good: -Ed was good at capturing candid moments, including some that I had no idea occurred! The happiness of our wedding day was evident. Wedding photos came out nice; overall we're pleased. Ed made it difficult to choose only 75 for our album--which is not a bad thing! -The weather on our wedding day was gloomy, but Ed did not let this get in the way of taking pictures outside on our venue's beautiful grounds. The bad: -We HATE our engagement photos and to this day feel cheated out of them and our shoot. They look very forced, and even the "fun" shots do not capture the love between my husband and me. They also lack the originality of Ed's work that was one of the main reasons why we booked him (and was somewhat lax in our wedding photos too, hence "pleased"). My husband and I had a few creative ideas that we wanted to try--and that Ed loved when we described them a month before our shoot--but not one was explored on the day of. -Although Ed was initially kind and professional, a few incidents make us feel otherwise today. We asked if we could drop the album and photo books from our package to alleviate some sudden financial strain on our end. Ed said he could not do that because he is "running a business". To me, that means he pocketed some of the album cost that we paid. Brides, do your research on wedding album costs BEFORE adding them to your contract. Atrocious timing estimates. Ed delivered our engagement photos a month late (after much pestering from us), and he's currently a month behind on our album layout. When I asked him about the layout, he curtly implied that we should cool our jets. No apology for the delay, just excuses. Our decision to book Ed over another photographer in PA came down to saving several hundred dollars in travel costs. If we could do it all over, we would gladly pay that extra cost to get our top choice--and avoid all the disappointment with Ed.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I always take "the bad" points as an opportunity for improvement but unfortunately, your points are ungrounded and reflect unfairly—if not defaming while being public—on my business ethics. After the engage...

ment session, you stated to have "had a wonderful time during our engagement shoot. We got pushed out of our 'safe' zones, and it was quite the adrenaline rush." After I featured you on the blog (I'm happy to share the link with any inquiring bride-to-be to prove that love and originality were very much there), you shared that "We just took a look at the blog; the pictures are beautiful! We've already begun eyeing a few for our save-the-date announcements". I don't see any connection with "we HATE our engagement photos and to this day feel cheated out of them and our shoot." The engagement was shot on 5/22/15. I advised of a several weeks turnaround which you said was totally fine with your wedding being 12 months ahead of us, and I had your blog on 6/25/15. How is this already "a month late (after much pestering from us)"? Did I promise a 3-day turnaround? Then, although advised in the contract that I handle all printing requests until the wedding, you asked me to release engagement photos for your Save-the-Date cards, although I offer this as service, too. I try everything to be upfront about my policies and letting clients decide if they want to accept them and not confront me later. You kept pressing and finally requested that I matched the price of the store where you were going to print. Clients setting the prices for businesses? Not to be confrontational before the wedding, I simply released those engagement images, forfeiting profits. And yes, it is called "running a business". You thanked and advised that you "look forward to the next leg of this journey!" Sounded positive, and still nothing like being "cheated out" on the previous leg. A few months before the wedding you suggested that I visit the Norwalk, CT venue to familiarize myself with it, well aware that the round trip from NYC for that would take me 5 (five) hours. I explained that I don't feel a need to do it even for the local venues, being creative and adaptive. Later, when I happened to plan a business trip to that area, I offered to take a taxi from downtown Norwalk to your venue a few miles away, asking you to just cover a small cab fee as part of my regular travel fee structure. You said "Thanks... We'll decline". As expected, I saw nothing on the day of the wedding that I would have picked if I made a 5-hour trip to look around the grounds beforehand. A month before the wedding you sent me those creative ideas for the wedding day, and there was indeed one outstanding that I could not explore on the day of—getting a drone footage of you guys arriving in a cool car. I advised that I don't own a drone but I could bring someone if you hire them. As we didn't secure that, I tried what I could without a drone's high vantage point. Dropping items out of the package a year after booking and requesting compensation also hurts running a business. I was blocking your day for over a year and turned down other full-package wedding requests. No other studio would agree to cut the package in half in this case. Lastly, you were again advised of the turnaround time for albums—5-6 months at that time. You accepted the terms and saw the albums earlier, 4 months after the wedding (9/15/16). Again, where is "a month behind on our album layout"? I feel like I had a sound excuse to ask you to "cool your jets", although my reply was nothing like that. Here is what I actually wrote: "Be kindly reminded of the signed agreement which advises that "creation of an album takes five-six months". I of course try to significantly lessen this period and hope that you will have your album within four months, including actual printing and shipping from Italy." I accept that sometimes, people don't click, and find it out too late. I offered things and broke a few studio policies, omitted in this reply, trying to smooth the experience. With that in mind, I feel that this review was uncalled for, at least the way it was publicly worded.
