They look spray painted diy projects that your kids can do for half the price. Cindy will claim that she uses them for every wedding and gets no complaints. I guess she doesn’t have complains relayed to her. She claims her flowers are fresh but will arrive brown and wilted. I had a $2k order and it was disappointing. Cindy and her staff lack communication because I had emailed her office, and I was told that she was out of town and she will reach out to me when she comes back. And she did not. When I called her two weeks later she had no idea who I was or why I was calling. Her business lacks organization, creativity, and respect. She was able to give me a small return however she didn’t not apologized or take accountability for her business/products. She gaslit me and said she does weddings every week and never gets a complaint and is not sure what happened to my flowers and stands because they were “perfect” when she delivered them. She said she had a picture of them but didn’t show it to me to compare. She insinuated that something had happened on my part and that was simply not the case. We did not move the flowers outside and everything took place inside the venue, so they had not had any heat exposure on our end. So that was interesting too.

tant comment about this florist is that you MUST work with the owner to insure that you are taken care of. Zu Zu's did my bridal portraits and I was disappointed (not by the flowers), but by the volume of the arrangement. I decided to bring in the arrangement to discuss with staff on the following day- I did not get to talk to the owner, but a staff that "created my arrangement" she gave me a bottle of excuses and tried to tell me that she wasn't sure what I wanted... When I had my consultation I gave pictures- ones that were on the invoice next to the price. This staffer told me that I was undercharged for the bouquet and that if I wanted it to be bigger I needed to pay $100 more- I argued that this was the quote I was given for that bouquet. They only offered to "make it right for the wedding day" 5 days before my wedding I called and talked to the owner and she went over everything with me, apologized for my previous experience and assured me that she would be in charge of making my arrangement also that she would send a video before it was delivered. So the day of arrives and ZuZu's went above and beyond! They made the most beautiful arrangements and provided the most lush greenery. The owner even personally delivered the arrangements and helped place them at my venue. I was overwhelmed at the beauty and attention to detail that Connie gave me. So I 100% recommend ZuZu's, but I would make sure you discuss and work exclusively with the owner. I hope you find this as an honest review as I believe that I just got the wrong person who did not take my business seriously (for the bridal pictures). I can appreciate an owner who puts time and effort into making sure their client's needs are met. I should also mention that after my phone conversation 5 days before my wedding Connie called my venue to go over the vision and to further ensure that all my needs were met. I genuinely appreciate all the work was given to my wedding. Thank you Zu'Zu's

d to do my wedding bouquet and wedding party flowers here anyway, paying over a thousand dollars and thinking it was gonna be worth it. Unfortunately the result did not match what was discussed. Some of the flowers were wilted, smooshed, my bouquets were lopsided and it seemed to have just been thrown together last minute. I was carrying my bouquet and having to prop some flowers up and push them back in throughout the day. I did not receive a single compliment for the flowers, all of them were left behind and even though I had plans to preserve my bouquet, they brought bad memories so I just decided to throw them away. I would not risk it again.

indy and her sister made us say Zuzu’s is the one. Oh and did I mention the gorgeous flowers? They nailed the look my daughter wanted and the flowers were stunning. They are wonderful to work with and every detail was spot on. We have a new florist.

n the door saying they were closed for the holiday. I went in, and the owner was in the back just cleaning up and doing odd jobs. While they were technically closed, she showed me several flowers, gave me tips on how to keep them looking fresh all day, and gave me some not so perky roses for free to use as aisle petals. I will 100% be going back for all my flower needs

quet was beautiful. I couldn't do all of the flowers through them for budgeting reasons, but they did a great job.
