eally succeeded in bringing my ideas to life. For someone like me who doesn’t know a lot about flowers, she walked me through every step and every detail. She had lots of vases and candle holders on site, so we were able to build the look of the centerpieces. Having that visual really made getting on the same page simple and fun.

She is professional and patient. She made Our day run smoothly. She set up and had a team clean up afterwards so we didn’t have to worry about anything. Her flower arrangements are reasonably priced for a wedding. Bouqets were full, center pieces were beautiful, colors were vivid and romantic. Nothing looked cheap. We had so many compliments from our guest. Thank you for everything, Magda. We will have no hesitation recommending you!

We hadn't felt convinced about their decor ideas or their cost estimate (more than twice the budget we provided prior to our meeting). We met with Magda and immediately got the feeling that she better understood the aesthetic we wanted. It didn't hurt that her estimate was less than half of the other quote we received while still providing the same services. A big help to this was that Magda was very good about finding efficiencies in the centerpieces, giving us the opportunity to re-purpose arrangements from the ceremony. Of course, like the most annoying clients, we made a major change from the typical, multiple round tables to a single King’s table about a month away from the event. Magda adjusted everything with no trouble (for us...) Groomsmens' boutonnieres were perfect; bridesmaids' flowers were beautiful; brides' flowers were beautiful and even stood up to the 20-degree January weather for some outside photographs. The ceremony decor was classic elegance, just as we had described. The dinner table centerpieces filled the space without being overcrowded and fit with the black velvet tablecloths (also provided by Magda) perfectly. Overall, we would highly recommend Magda and the Zuzu's Petals team! And we already have! Magda also provided the flowers for two summer weddings that we attended, and although they were very different than our winter arrangements (One wedding had succulents in the bouquets!), they were also very stunning.

She offered suggestions on areas where I could cut back on some flowers to save money (which when planning a wedding not many vendors will do). I MAJORLY appreciated her honesty and tips most, if not all, of which I took and could not have been happier! She provides an "inspiration board" that shows pictures of everything you discussed with her about your floral needs, so you can see a rough version of your vision brought to life BEFORE your wedding day. This little visual really helped me see how everything would look, maybe tweak anything I wanted to change, but gave me the warm and fuzzies the second I saw everything come together! Magda is genuinely focused on making you (the bride) happy and meeting your needs! Magda made very clear, numerous times, that she wanted me to be completely comfortable with what she proposed, and really wanted me to know that we were on the same page with what I envisioned for my big day (which again, was SO much appreciated). Magda and her team are wonderful to work with! Magda is the sweetest, she instantly put me at ease, yet made me so excited that she knew exactly what I wanted. I could not wait to see her work on my wedding day! I knew my floral wants were going to be met on my wedding day, which they were, without a doubt! I cannot say enough good things about Magda and her team! I've referred Zuzu's Petals to numerous other brides, and will continue to do so! Thank you Magda and team for your wonderful work and being part of our wedding day!

The flower arrangements, bouquets, wrislets, boutonnieres, tie backs, aisle runner accents, cake topper florals, and the floral letters were so beautiful and we received so many compliments on them! We even had people fighting at the end of the night over the centerpieces to take home! Magda was easy to get in touch with and was such a joy to work with. ur event exceeded my expectations. They were amazing! She answered questions for me through email the week before my wedding promptly. I loved that they set up, took down and moved flowers. Magda also was a one stop shop offering vases, candles, and table numbers, which took away so much stress. I would highly recommend her and Dana too!

We had 3 different types of centerpieces and she made every since one BEAUTIFUL. You could tell she really took her time to create them and make them as beautiful as she could! She also did all of our wedding party flowers and they were better then I ever imagined!! The flowers were stunning. I got so many compliments from my guests on how BEAUTIFUL everything was! Magda also went out of her way to go with my to the linen rental to help me pick out the linen that would make the flowers pop. We met many times and every time she was so professional. I would highly recommended Magda from Zuzu petals to anyone and I cant wait to use her for further events!!

we received from Zuzu's. While the flowers that we did receive were stunning, the pew decor, boutonnieres, and flower crown for the flower girl were not received as planned. Magda claimed that she knew the location of the church and that she had done several weddings there but when our big day came around, Magda and the flowers were missing. She was able to repurpose the pew decor at the reception but the boutonnieres and flower crown were missing for the ceremony and all photos. When we politely contacted Magda to discuss a reimbursement for the missing florals, she was less than pleasant and reluctantly gave us a $160 refund to cover the approximate $230 in missing arrangements. When we attempted to contact her post honeymoon to discuss the situation further we did not receive a response for close to 2 weeks despite multiple voicemails and emails. When we finally did receive a response, Magda refused to discuss anything with me, the groom, as it was only my wife's name on the contract and refused further compensation for her mistake. Since this has happened, we have noticed several other reviews for Zuzu's Petals that state similar experiences (not receiving flowers already paid for, lack of communication, etc). If you want to take a risk that your beautiful florals will not be delivered as planned, hire Zuzu's Petals.

that messed up many things at my wedding. My sister, the maid of honor, was supposed to have a different bouquet then the bridesmaids and didn't. The MOB and MOG's bouquets were a joke how small they were. Our flowers we gave them during the ceremony were triple the size. They took the flowers so fast from the alter that they are in none of our formal pictures. At the reception hall we picked 2 different center pieces and they only did 2. Also they were supposed to put a handkerchief in my flowers so i could pull it out during the ceremony but when i went to pull it out I realized it was pinned in. All these mess ups and then they offered to give us a pointless amount in refund. I did like my flowers, the alter pieces, and the women was very nice when we met with her but was very disappointed in everything else and then felt liked they slapped us in the face with the amount they refunded. Very disappointed . . .

zu's Petals did an OUTSTANDING job, always so helpful and accomodating, offering creative suggestions and following my ideas to the T. The flowers were stunning and of the highest quality. I met with a few florists and Natalie was just too wonderful to pass up. And, I honestly thought I would pay an arm and a leg for flowers but she was so reasonable!

mptly...The cost was a little high, but cheaper than other places...My only compliant was that they were supposed to stay and take the bouquet of flowers off the trellis for the ceremony and put them on the head table. They never did it. We had a very hard time getting them down because they were zip tied up there, so we didn't even put them on the table. I was disappointed with that...The flowers were gorgeous though...

We later set a meeting time and worked through some of my designs in an hour's time. I showed Natalie some examples of what I liked and explained the vision I was going for. I left her with some creative freedom, knowing that SHE is the expert. On the day of my wedding, I was completely SPEECHLESS! Her final products were WAY more amazing than anything I found on the bridal sites, pinterest, magazines, etc. My country charm/vintage/apple orchard wedding was classy, beautiful and totally magazine worthy! ;) The guests were totally blown away, and we received SO many compliments. Natalie and her team are absolute EXPERTS at their trade. They think out-of-the-box when needed and have access to the best flowers and accessories to complete their pieces. budget. Natalie was absolutely wonderful throughout my whole wedding planning stages. Her suggestions were spot on for what I had in mind. She personally delivered the flowers to my home, and I loved that she was so excited to see my reaction to the flowers. They were breath taking! When we arrived to the reception site, I was in awe of how everything came together, it was spectacular. She really put forth the effort in bringing everything together, and provided exactly what I had envisioned my wedding to be like. She also set up our candy table and our guests were thrilled with how it turned out. I would highly recommend ZuZu's Petals, you won't be disappointed!

She was great at working with my budget and what I wanted. I must have changed my flowers and arrangements a dozen times, and she was really nice about meeting those changes.She was also great at answering e-mails. All my e-mails were answered within an hour during the week. I loved my bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, centerpieces, and card table! All my guests loved the way the room looked. Everything turned out exactly how I wanted it! My only negative is that I didn't get my toss bouquet the day of the wedding. Fortunately, I forgot to bring my garter with me, so it worked out, but for 2 seconds I did freak out a bit. I got everything I wanted for my flowers, so the toss bouquet was not a big deal for me. I would highly recommend Zuzu's Petals to all brides. I would highly suggest Zuzu's for their price and creativity.

ridal bouquet was so amazing, as were the bridemaid bouquets, groom flowers, and our center pieces. She even created a memorial plant in honor of my father who has passed away. It was really special to me and exactly what I envision when thinking of him. Natalie was very easy to work with, and we would recommend her company to anyone looking for a florist.

Zuzu's is very reasonable in pricing, in fact is was one of the cheaper florists we'd talked to. However, the quality of the flowers did not look cheap. They looked very expensive and elegant. During the planning process, I changed my mind about 1000 times, but the proposal was always quickly updated and Natalie and Dan seemed to always have an idea about recreating my ideas. Zuzu's took care of placing my linen order, recommended lighting vendors, and went above and beyond their duty as florists. They are extremely creative, impressing my guests with the bridesmaid's composite bouquets and tulips growing around the bottom layer of my cake. The flowers that were ordered were amazing and my friends still talk about the coral peonies that were nearly the size of my head. Best of all, the beautiful flowers and unbeatable service were all had at a reasonable price. I was lucky enough to have top notch vendors for my wedding, but Zuzu's Petals is the one I would recommend without reservation. Zuzu's also created teacup favors and teapot centerpieces for my bridal shower. The setting looked so wonderful that people viewing the country club asked for the florist's contact information.

e as I planned my wedding from 4 hours away. They were so kind and were able to jazz up my wedding venue with tall linens that really made the room pop. They can walk in your wedding reception venue and have ideas right away. Would give her name to anyone!

She spent so much time with us making sure everything was right, and on the day of the wedding when my dress got torn during photos, Natalie was there in ten seconds with a sewing kit and fixed everything. for my wedding. Natalie is young, creative, and amazingly sweet. Through the course of planning my wedding, I have found that the "wedding business" can be quite ruthless, and that makes me appreciate her promptness, honesty, and sheer talent much moreso than I might have otherwise. As a self proclaimed "non-floral person" (as I actually told Natalie when I first met with her) I have found myself a changed woman. Natalie's ideas are amazing, and she is more than willing to accommodate to the needs of every bride, whether it be budgetary, creativity, or just a good sense of humor during the stressful period of wedding planning. Point being, Zuzu's Petals is much more than a florist. I could go on and on about their amazing arrangements, knack for details, and the ability to remember every minute detail about a client. I highly recommend Zuzu's Petals! UPDATE* I can now speak of Zuzu's Petals as a married woman! As much as I LOVED Natalie and Dan from Zuzu's Petals before my wedding, I love them even more AFTER! Natalie is truly a person who cares about her business as well as her clients. My flower were gorgeous, and so much more than I could even picture in my mind. Every detail was catered to, and I could not have asked for more. Seriously, book an appointment for a consult; I am sure you will see things the way I do!!
