Brian is THE BEST wedding photographer in the SW Michigan area. He is professional, responsive, and timely with delivering his work products. On top of that, he is super chill, has a great sense of humor, and is very easy to work with. We had a blast taking photos with him and felt very comfortable with the direction he gave us. Our photos from our engagement session and wedding are phenomenal and there are SO MANY great shots. We cannot recommend Brian and his work more highly.

Brian was absolutely amazing! He was very organized and kept us on our timeline throughout the day. He made taking pictures fun, casual, and took a variety of pictures in a short amount of time. I loved having the second photographer and they worked well together to get all of the pictures we wanted. We got a sneak peak a few days after the wedding and the rest 11 days after. I would highly recommend!!

We LOVED working with Brian! He did an awesome job for both our engagement and wedding photos! He is very organized a great communicator. He was great with keeping us on schedule, but also was very funny and lighthearted. We both felt very comfortable working with him and couldn't be happier with the photos! You can definitely tell he is experienced based off the quality of our photos and the way he was able to direct our 20 person bridal party. His assistant Zach was awesome too. Brian was simply amazing to work with from the beginning. He made time to get to know me and my husband from a quick phone call and made sure we had a solid timeline to stick to. He’s super organized, professional and funny. My husband and I loved working with him the day of the wedding. He was patient with us when we would get distracted and wander off with a guest. I personally did that a lot. LOL He also brought his assistant Chris and he was super nice and professional as well. Brian was able to show us a couple of highlights from the wedding photos he took and let me just say the pictures took our breath away. He made us look simply beautiful! Brian was fantastic! We unfortunately had to cancel our big wedding due to COVID and ended up having a tiny backyard wedding with no professional photos. Brian went out of his way to schedule a different weekend so that we could have beautiful newlywed photos taken. Brian was professional and we got our photos very quickly! I couldn’t be happier.

Brian was my favorite "vendor" for our wedding. He was timely, professional, and knowedgable. He was also (and most importantly) very meticulous when it came to details. He was sure to fix things like a hair out of place, or a dress sitting funny - it sounds crazy but those small details can ruin an entire picture. If I redid our wedding, I would re-hire Brian in an instant. He and his assistant Zach were great to work with.

I would highly recommend hiring Brian as you wedding photographer! He is extremely organized and professional and will work with you on any of your needs and wants. My husband and I hired Brian as our photographer almost a 1.5 out in advance of our wedding date. Sadly when our wedding date came COVID19 hit limiting the amount of people we could have for our wedding and where we could have it at. He was extremely supportive and was able to accommodate us this year for our small intimate wedding and again next year for our formal wedding. He was hands down the easiest person to work with during our wedding experience. We love our photos and receive so many compliments on them. Can'not wait again for next year 2021!

Brian is truly a professional! He Was interested in my daughters special day wanted to do everything he could to capture all the moments that were meaningful to us. I appreciated the fact that he never had an idle moment while at the same time having a calm confident demeanor getting the job done!! Brian was absolutely amazing! He captured every shot we asked for plus many more! Our wedding day didn't stand a chance with the weather, rained most of the day and evening. Brian shot our wedding at the Hidden Vineyard Wedding Barn this summer. He was very helpful and good at keeping the photo taking process moving along. Also, he was very accommodating for day-of changes to the timeline for the ceremony and reception. My husband and I absolutely love the photos we got! And that they were made available so quickly! One of the best decisions we ever made for our wedding day was hiring Brian Menz as our photographer. Let me start off by highlighting Brian's excellent customer service. He is kind, friendly, flexible, and understanding. He took the time to get to know us as a couple and what would be important for us on our day. There was not one time that Brian added extra stress to our lives, during the planning or on the day of. He made everything easy. Also worth mentioning is how insanely talented Brian is. His photography skills are top-notch. I can't imagine there being a better photographer in the West Michigan area... or even beyond. We were so impressed with how he was in the right place at the right time SO MANY TIMES. He knows what he's doing and the end result brought us nothing by happiness and fulfillment. Finally, I'd like to highlight how appreciative we were that Brian was open to photographing all couples and all marriages. As an LGBTQ couple, shopping around for vendors was challenging. So many vendors constantly refer to "the bride and groom" on their sites. We were relieved and encouraged when we found Brian's site and he had a whole page dedicated to LGBTQ weddings. He acknowledges that love is love and all weddings are important. He didn't try to fit us into a cookie-cutter mold. Not once did he make us feel different or less-than. He got to know who we were as grooms and shot the day in a way that was perfect just for us. Not only is Brian an excellent photographer, he is an excellent human. He is loving and compassionate. He cares about his clients. He appreciates people's quirks and backgrounds. He makes the day enjoyable and fun. Brian could not come more highly recommended from my husband and I.

I was a bridesmaid in a recent wedding Brian shot and I can not recommend him enough. He is super easy to work with, and really pays attention to the styles, wants, and needs of each client in order to deliver exactly what they want. Brian was the best very attentive to what my needs were for my big day! Showed up early to walk around venue and helped throughout entire event from start to finish with all particulars. Not to mention the photos ended up being amazing!

I absolutely LOVE Brian's eye and taste. He can be very traditional but can be as edgy as you want him to be. The lens through which he sees the world is transferred through his camera. Brian is also extremely professional. He respects the ceremony and importance of the day and gets really great shots while being nearly invisible. In my opinion Brian's candids are the best. He will take pictures that end up in your photos that you had no idea were even taken, not just of you but of your family and friends too. I am going to hire him again for individual photos soon!

Brian is the best! Not only are his photographs exceptional but he helped our wedding day run so smoothly. He goes above and beyond what we needed and is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. When he forgot to get a picture of our rings he called us and came out the next day to take them all the way back to the venue to get some shots so we wouldn’t miss out. You will never find a better photographer. An A+ in every category. We first saw him in action at another wedding and knew he was who we wanted. Gets the pictures after the ceremony done in a timely matter so that your not sick of pictures and your guest aren’t sick of waiting for you. He worked through 95 degree temperatures without AC on our wedding day without a single complaint. The pictures were edited and given to us very quickly. We will only use Brian as a photographer for any and all occasions.
