I worked with Dana for over a year and and she created the most stunning Save the Dates, Wedding invitations, seating chart, bar signage, wedding programs, and place cards! Dana offers a variety of services and was like my fairy godmother; any idea I had she would make come to life! Dana was so easy work with- she is incredibly responsive, punctual, and organized. g vision - a unique blend of both my fiance's and my style - and made it come to life by executing it in multiple ways that were traditional/classic yet unique and special to us for our save the dates, formal invitations, programs and seating display. I remember As a very detail-oriented bride myself, Dana was open and welcome to providing multiple options and making any (and many!) edits and alternations (large and small) so I could see for myself how it would look with that change, refine it and then be able to make the best decision out of all the options to go with. Down to picking the perfect shade of copper, just the right sizing of the design elements and layout, the specific lettering choice within a font, etc. I really appreciated that partnership in creating something in the end that we all loved, down to every last detail. I recall many of our guests reaching out when they received their invitations in the mail to let me know how beautiful they were! She was responsive, easy to work with, creative and willing to go above and beyond to make it happen - including hand delivering our ceremony programs an hour away to make sure we had them in hand when and where we needed them, and communicating directly with our florist on our seating display grid which required a partnership between the two of them for it to come together. We went over the vibe I was going for and a few months later (we were very far out when we met) I had 5 or 6 custom designs to choose from. It was so nice to have something exciting to do during that weird time where there’s nothing going on. Seeing the evolution of your invitation is also so cool! Dana also designed our programs, some signs that we put around the venue, and our thank you cards. Everything was so cohesive and fit our day so well. I will use Dana for everything I can, whenever I can – she is so talented and so great to work with! I have already gone back to her for some gender reveal invites! I felt like wedding planning was all about emailing, never the fun stuff – until my mom suggested that invitations was something I could do locally in Nebraska since we would be sending them from here. I was so thrilled that there was something I could actually work on here and have more face to face involvement in. That all led me to Dana. She had incredible reviews and her portfolio of work was beautiful, but what sealed the deal was going to meet with her for nearly two hours to look at her work, talk about design, etc. Bear in mind – that was not even post signing a contract. She cared enough to take the time to put me at ease and whether or not she realized it – to get me so very excited again about wedding planning in a period of time that had just felt exhausting. In working with Dana, we were able to create incredible invitations – but we were so happy with everything she designed that we expanded to programs, menus, thank you notes, escort cards, and table numbers! In fact, I actually ordered table numbers on Etsy that I was not that excited about and that were overpriced just because I was getting desperate. The next morning on Instagram I saw in Dana’s story some glass frames she had created table numbers from that were exactly what I was looking for – I texted her frantically to see if they were available and then very quickly canceled my etsy order! Notice there – I said texted. Because Dana is by far one of the most flexible, kind, and responsive people I have ever worked with. She didn’t get flustered by me panicking about timelines or the right shade of blue, she always replied promptly and with cheer (which was a good reminder to me of how exciting this time was!) and she was a supportive and friendly voice throughout the process that made it so much more enjoyable. I met with Dana by myself first and was impressed by her ability to show me example after example of invitation suites she had previously done that had different elements of what I was picturing for ours. I did some math and realized that ordering from her would not be much different at all than ordering invitations we didn't truly love online, so my fiance and I both met with her so he could see what I was talking about-about the value of meeting someone in person to create our invites. He was blown away. We received SO MANY compliments on our invitations- about how beautiful they were, how personal they felt, you name it. We loved working with Dana so much that we even had her do our place cards and table numbers and I am going to have her do our thank you cards once I get pictures!
