I most appreciate how effective she was in negotiating with vendors and bringing our cost down - she easily paid for herself in cast savings. My day was magical and I'm so grateful!

This is a bit late but I wanted to take this time to give a sincere shoutout to Designs by Delissa. I was looking for a wedding day coordinator to take care of all the minute details involved in a Pakistani wedding such as picking up party favors, keeping our gift box in a safe place, directing vendors, and making sure my parents were relaxed on what is supposed to be a stressful day. She did such a good job making sure our dinner buffet line went smooth. When we were first looking for a coordinator, Delissa came by to meet with us and get a sense of what we were looking for. I love her sweet and calming personality. Thank you Delissa and her sweet friend for helping make this a memorable and relaxed wedding day for us! She should be considered for your wedding needs! Delissa is a great organizer and communicator. She is dependable. She handles even the smallest details - like putting a bow on the cake cutting knife. She works well with vendors and facility coordinators. She can be firm but kind all at the same time. She is invaluable! As the mother-of-the-bride, I recommend her very highly. I did not worry about any details. After the wedding, she even brought the left over food to my house and put it in my refrigerator while we entertained out-of-town friends. I had seen Delissa's work at a friend's wedding, and when my turn to walk down the aisle came, I had no doubt about my choice of wedding planner. It was better than I ever could have imagined. Throughout the day, from orchestrating hair and makeup to adding her special touches on things I never would've thought of, Delissa delivered. Even during the wedding, she and her team directed the production to perfection. And when it was over and my husband and I had left for the hotel, I heard from my parents how Delissa took control and marshaled her crew to assume the key breakdown/cleanup chores. I am a busy medical professional with an odd work schedule. To have been assigned the additional duties of putting together a wedding such as this would have been overwhelming, plus I wouldn't have had the imagination and creativity to achieve such heights. Delissa made it easy and exceeded all expectations. I can't thank her enough.

As a former engineering project manager and supported by family and friends, I thought that I could plan an outstanding wedding. It became clear that I was out of my league. Because there were so many details, plus my normal work schedule, I was overwhelmed. I immediately felt my stress level reduce, because Delissa was so knowledgeable of the subject matter, had numerous inside contacts, and identified areas that we had totally missed. She thought of and took care of everything with excellence. She even negotiated with the venue to save us a few thousand dollars. Delissa came in and literally saved the day! The dress that I ordered on my own was held up in customs and would not arrive in time for the wedding. She took me to the perfect bridal salon, Gowns of Grace in Dallas, where I found my dream wedding dress in less than 30 minutes! The wedding was beautiful, stress free, and fun because of Delissa's touches. I believe that God sent Delissa, so we could have an absolutely wonderful wedding!!! She is AMAZING!!!
