I cannot recommend Marchantia Smith Events highly enough! My wedding took place on September 1st (Labor Day weekend), and thanks to Marchantia’s exceptional planning, the day was n...
othing short of flawless.
From the very beginning, Marchantia stood out with her professionalism, organization, and calming presence. She scheduled consistent monthly check-in calls and was always attentive and accessible throughout the entire planning process. One of the things I appreciated most was her dedication to truly understanding our vision—especially our unique pink-toned color palette. She took the time to bring it to life in a way that felt elegant, cohesive, and very “us.”
Marchantia also took vendor coordination off my plate by finding and vetting our florist—she helped with pricing, facilitated multiple calls, and ensured that everything aligned with our budget and aesthetic. Her project management background is clear in the way she handled every moving part with grace, precision, and heart.
On the big day, Marchantia was an absolute rock. Her warm demeanor helped ease all my nerves, and she made sure the entire day flowed seamlessly from start to finish. I’m still getting compliments from guests on how beautiful and well-executed everything was!
If you want a planner who genuinely cares about making your wedding day stress-free, beautiful, and unforgettable—this is who you hire. I would absolutely work with her again and recommend her to every bride I know
