Sarah Karl is an enthusiast of flavors and loves crafting unique cocktails and cuisines. She started her bartending career in the heart of down town St. Augustine, FL in 2014. Constantly in search for new techniques and ideas, she's always studying her craft. In 2020 her cocktail placed in the Top 100 for USBG Presents World Class sponsored by DIAGEO. She has since placed in multiple cocktail competitions, even taking home first place in three of her competitions. "I'm always excited when met with a new challenge of trying out a cuisine or cocktail recipe for the first time! It gives me a chance to learn while also adding my own personal flare."
Matthew McIntyre
Owner/Bartender
Matthew McIntyre is a master of whiskey flavors and knowledge. Being Bourbon Steward Certified (the only certification recognized by the Kentucky Distillers Association), Matt takes his love for whiskey to another level. After bartending for only eight months, he placed first in the St . Augustine Dalmore Regional competition and then won the finals. He's since has placed in multiple competitions with his unique recipes, including his second place title in The Woodford Manhatten Experience Regionals in 2021.

We attended my friend’s house-warming party when we first met Matthew and Sarah last year. We’ve since hired them for a Christmas party and just this passed weekend, my 40th birthday party. They are very talented and professional bartenders. They work with you to come up with drink specials, usually making their own fancy flavored simple syrups and infused liqueurs. They offer different packages to fit any budget too. We will definitely be using them again and again.

Attended multiple events by these two. their service is impeccable. they can meet everyone's needs. accommodation is their specialty. would recommend 100% for any event, wedding, anniversary, graduation or just a great tasting experience. both have multiple awards and certifications. best palates on the market

Let me just start with saying- WOW! We are so blown away by how amazing this bar service was for our wedding. We had originally hired someone else in 2019 for our March 2020 wedding but we unfortunately had to cancel that wedding. When we were finally ready to move forward and felt safe enough to have the big party, we knew that our group of loved ones were going to wanna live it up and we wanted the best of the best... McKarls Libations was the best possible choice we could have made. We knew they would be good but they exceeded every expectation we ever had. Not only were they just the nicest people ever but they were quick and able to handle high volume but still make gorgeous cocktails. People are still raving about how good the drinks were. This was so important to us and trusting them to make our wedding bar dreams come to life was one of the best decisions we made for our long awaited celebration. I am a bartender myself and I will always recommend this company for any event bar needs. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Sarah and Matt. If you're thinking about hiring them, don't think and just do it. You will not be disappointed.
