Melly is great! She’s so kind and fantastic at what she does. Her and Jacob captured my dream wedding and were the best team. I could tell it made such a difference that the photographer and videographer were used to working with each other. Melly & Jacob — what a team! While I was shopping around for vendors, I found Melly on the Arkansas Brides instragram page and DM’d her. She messaged back IMMEDIATELY and was so, so sweet. At first, I wasn’t sure I was interested in videography, but after talking to Melly for a bit, she convinced me how special it was to have a keepsake that allowed you to relive your big day, and I’m so glad I listened to her! Melly and Jacob captured our day FLAWLESSLY and I could not be happier with the results. Not only did we get a perfect video, I got SOOOO many photos— more than ANY of my married friends ever received! The only downside is that I love them all and can’t decide which ones to frame!!! They were so easy to work with, make you feel so comfortable in front of the camera, and the results are absolutely amazing. If I could rate them more than 5 stars, I would!!!!!!! 🤍

Melly is great to work with. She is very professional and responds quickly to requests and questions. We had to change our wedding date due to COVID, and she was more than willing to work with us to find a new date in her busy schedule. Her picture are beautiful! She came prepared and made my wedding day flow smoothly. She makes the photos easy to access and download. I would definitely recommend Melly!

Melly and Jacob are the best team! Melly made us feel so comfortable during our engagement shoot and I couldn't have asked for better photos. SO many people have asked me where we went because she has such a good eye for setting the scene. We took some photos with our dog, and somehow she even got him to stay still and look at the camera. On our wedding day, they captured every little precious moment. They were so helpful with posing us, but also capturing true candid moments. We decided last minute to add video on to our package and I am so thankful we made that decision. My mom still cries every time she watches the video because it really captures the essence of that day. When I first started looking for vendors, I was so overwhelmed because everything seemed too expensive, but the cheaper options seemed like our photos would be rushed or not really what I wanted. Melly + Jacob have the highest quality of work, but are actually much more reasonably priced than comparable photographers. Also, they give you so much photo time on your wedding day. They are definitely worth it! I never dreamed that my wedding photos could look how they do. They really made my husband and I feel like models haha. Plus, Melly and Jacob are awesome humans and they were just fun to be around, which is something you definitely want when you're taking a million photos and its hot. I seriously have no complaints from my experience; if I ever need photos again, I will come to them!

Where do I start? It's hard to explain how much I recommend Melly and Jacob for your engagement and wedding photography/videography! From the moment we met, Melly was so sweet and made us feel so comfortable. My husband and I are not the most comfortable in front of the camera but she made everything so easy and we didn't have to worry about a thing, from engagement pics to bridals to the wedding day. She is so knowledgeable and you can tell she works her absolute hardest to get the best shots. She even made a picture schedule for our wedding day so we didn't have to stress about getting all of our most-wanted photos. So far, all of our pictures from engagement to wedding day have been so pretty and more than we could have ever hoped for. I've told her time and time again she works magic and I mean it! As for videography, our trailer was so beautiful and well-made, Jacob got such good shots and he'll tell you how excited I was that he brought a drone along for aerial shots of our venue! Videography is a must in my opinion and is such a sweet reminder of the most perfect day ever. Where do I even start?! Melly had a photoshoot day prepared for us and it was so much more than just taking pictures. We had so much fun, had so many fun conversations, and got to explore all while she captured our personalities. It didn’t even feel posed. We found a new favorite photographer as well as a friend in Melly. We will continue to use Melly as much as possible because we love her so much!

Melly is the absolute best wedding photographer/videographer. Searching for vendors for my wedding day isn't the easiest task. But ever since I messaged her inquiring about prices and information, she was extremely quick to respond. Along with always getting back to me, she is helpful when it came time to find the perfect location for our engagement pictures. Our engagement pictures came back and I had very high standards. But Melly completely surpassed all expectations. It was so hard trying to narrow down my favorite pictures from the shoot. And our engagement video completely captured both mine and my fiancé’s personality. We are so thankful to have these memories captured to cherish for the rest of our marriage together. And finally, Melly is BY FAR the best and most fair pricing. I didn’t realize how overpriced some photographers can be. But Melly is the absolute best at what she does, but she doesn’t inflate her prices. Melly will do whatever it takes to capture your vision and make you happy. I am so thankful I decided to have her do my photos, best decision I’ve made so far in the wedding planning process.

Melly was an absolute blast to work with! For our engagement session, she hiked through the woods and brush and mosquitos to get some amazing shots. She always made my husband and I super comfortable and gave good guidance when we had no idea what we were doing. Melly is so in-tuned to the couple she is working with. She creates such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere while still keeping the session moving and on-time! I had never had professional photographs done and was a little nervous before my engagement photos, but Melly had me feeling like a model in about 2 minutes! She was also flexible with my busy school schedule and was more than willing to come to Fayetteville for my session. I also can’t say enough about the quality of her work. After feeling deflated trying to find high quality photographers in my price range, I stumbled across Melly’s work also thinking the way she edited and found such amazing shots, she would be out of my price range too. For the quality of work you get you would expect in the ballpark of $5-6,000, but Melly offers unbelievable work in several packages less than $2,000. Finally, Melly got my photos back to me within 3 weeks of the wedding. I was amazed at how quickly she turned out my gallery. Seeing them all again brought the emotions from my wedding day right back and she captured the day beautifully. Could not recommend her more!
