Jayne at Pardini's Catering was so helpful in picking our items for cocktail hour and our entrees for our outdoor wedding reception. The food stayed looking and tasting great through out the time of our event. The servers were wonderful as well...

Do not get the stuffed eggs they were terrible and overpriced.. my mom makes the best but was too many for her to tackle so we asked these guys to make them.. EWWW and tho their fruit and relish tray was good ( how could it not be) they had 1 ...
other specialty tray but, i never got to taste it. Take your time pardinis, make it special.. I didn't feel it from them.. very $$$ also.. Hire the little guy!! ; )

I have had Pardini's cater many events in my life. But my wedding was the most memorable! We served Cornish Game Hens on a bed of mashed potatoes. Everyone got their own hen. It was soooo delicious and the guests could not stop raving about it!...
They offered us the option to go with something a little simpiler for the kids, so we chose chicken strips. The parents thanked them. They are a high quality caterer and I will always choose them when I'm planning an event.
The food was delicious! Our guests really loved it and the prices were pretty reasonable. Everything was flavorful, tender, and juicy.

if you want a good caterer you have to pay the price. The only downside is that they were hard to get ahold of once we booked them but I know they are very busy.
