The photo booth was such a hit with our guests at the wedding, and we were very happy to receive a digital and hard copy of EVERY photo (whether or not that was good for our guests is another story…). They were wonderful and so much fun and already recommended them to our cousin who is getting married in July 2017.

n Aug-27 with day-of questions and was told to expect final payment information, which they never sent. The service agreement says that the "balance is required prior to setup on the day of the event," which is less specific than the other vendors we worked with; with no actual due-date and no final invoice, I didn’t create a calendar reminder for myself for the final payment. Red Fox never sent the information, and I failed to follow up on it. Fast forward to our wedding day, I have not communicated with Red fox since Aug-27, and 2.5 hours before our ceremony I couldn’t remember if we had ever paid the balance. I emailed, texted, called and left a message, had the venue (Mary's Lake Lodge) call and leave a message... no one from Red Fox responded that day. The photo booth never arrived, with no explanation. The following afternoon, after our wedding, I received a text response from the owner, Justin, saying that he was out of town with limited cell service and was only now receiving my messages. He apologized, offered to refund the deposit, and said he was ending his partnership with Front Range Photo Booth over this incident. Justin thought that someone named Sean had reached out to explain the situation but in fact, the venue had reached out to Red Fox two weeks before our wedding to confirm their arrival time and never got a response, and no one responded to me or the venue when we inquired day-of. Not getting a response to my day-of inquiries is the part that I find most disappointing. It’s completely unprofessional to no-show with no explanation. Regardless of being out of town or lacking cell service, that never should have been allowed to happen. Our deposit was refunded, albeit incorrectly, my husband paid the deposit but the refund was made to me (via PayPal). This is a disorganized business. If you are considering relying on Red Fox Photo Booth for your event, think carefully.

up, helped facilite both the photobooth guestbook and a separate book we had, provided amazing props (that he let our guests wear around the reception), and fixed a quick typo on the photos while on site as well as replaced photos already in the book! We were on the fence with a photobooth but are so glad we did have one; our guests loved it! Highly recommend! :)

the booth & our guestbook the entire night. After the wedding we received an additional copy of all the photo strips along with a cd. I shopped around for a ton of photo booths that would go up to Estes Park and this was by far the best value. All of our guests had so much fun taking photos.
