Our guests commented on the high-quality of the food. During the planning process, we had a tasting at his shop. We made some suggestions on the food and he did implement them on the final product. It is hard to find this service quality in a chef - he will exceed your expectations. He was also flexible enough to allow us to procure the wine/liquor ourselves, and even suggested wine pairings. During the event, his staff was very professional, accommodating many requests and dealing with all the guests courteously and appropriately. They cleaned up in record time, and even helped us load the leftover stuff in our car. They took care of all the rentals we needed, and coordinating deliveries and returns of all linens, china, crystal, etc. They are a great company with a passion for food, and making their customers happy. What more can you ask for?
