Sophie is the best decision that my fiancé and I could have ever made, aside from getting married. Sophie and her assistant Arisha were phenomenal. They made our day go off without a hitch. They assisted us with our decor and alcohol delivery as well as making sure our family and friends were attended to. Sophie also helped coordinate the day of timeline and made sure that we stuck to the schedule. Sophie and Arisha are amazing. They helped decorate the tables with the items that I had given them and made it look absolutely stunning. I honestly could not have had the wedding that we had without their help. Sophie and her team are the best.

Sophie was fabulous! Always one step ahead. My daughter got married 4 days ago and my feet have not touched the ground. One regret....... I only have one daughter. So unfair.

As an event planner, I knew I had to hire a coordinator who operated similarly to me. From the first phone call with Sophie I felt connected. She seemed to understand my personality and what we wanted for our wedding. We hired Sophie Mae for one month leading up to the wedding day. She was able to create a spot-on timeline, organize the vendors, and ensure no detail was overlooked. Hiring Sophie for the month-of was crucial for me to separate from coordinator to bride. Sophie was able to take all my crazy spreadsheets and turn them into a seamless day. We had absolutely zero issues on our wedding day and I attest this to Sophie's work ethic and clarity. There is really no way to truly capture in words how amazing Sophie and her team are. We were planning a CA wedding from DC, and she made it so easy and low-stress. Not only that, but our venue was a private property with absolutely nothing provided, meaning we had to find vendors for literally everything we wanted to bring in. Dillon Nauert of Stylish Details recently brought his design talents, exquisite decor from Small Wonders and attention to detail to our May 7 wedding in San Diego. I'd say he brought our visions to life but he exceeded them instead! Not to mention, he is extremely sweet and super organized with all the little details that go into a wedding; from liaising with our vendors, making sure everything was on schedule to smoothing over any last minute hiccups. Dillon went above and beyond and our wedding wouldn't have gone as well as it did nor looked as gorgeous as it did without Stylish Details. Probably the best decision we made in this whole wedding planning process!

Arisha was such a fabulous wedding planner for my friend's wedding in Santa Monica. She made sure all the vendors were on time and ready to go to make the day an overall success. I got married Oct13, 2012 and it was one of the best days of my life. It was so wonderful I wish I could get married every day. Our guests still say it was the best wedding they have ever been to. Sophie did an awesome job as our wedding coordinator. We could not have been happier. She was extremely responsive and helpful with everything we needed. We are so grateful to Sophie for everything she has done for us both during the wedding planning process and after our wedding. I should start by saying that Sophie is as exceptional as you can get. After deciding against a destination wedding in Norway in favor of a Greystone Mansion in Beverly Hills we contacted Sophie with a little less than 3 months to our date and asked her if she would be able to help us. To say she exceeded our expectations would be an understatement. Without fail almost daily Sophie worked with me and a huge team of vendors to make our vision happen—a monumental task considering the size of our venue and the fact that it needed to be completely furnished. She coordinated every little detail to perfection going beyond the typical duties of a planner. From working with the city to ensure the proper permits were filed, finding a last minute seamstress to alter my dresses, attending walkthroughs at Warner Brother’s prop house for period pieces to furnish the house, to working with the caterer to create a one of a kind seven course meal for our guests, there was not a single aspect of our wedding that she did not personally oversee. Even after the wedding she continued to work with the videographer and photographers to make sure we were happy with their work. I would recommend Sophie and her team for any wedding or event. By the end of the whole planning process I came to consider Sophie a great friend, which made planning our wedding that much more enjoyable. Sophie was great throughout my entire planning process. I wanted to do a lot of stuff myself, which she gave me helpful hints on how to not overwhelm myself too much. Of course, like any other bride, I only half-way listened to her helpful advice, haha! Where to begin with how AMAZING they are. I was a bride that thought, I am capable, well organized and could handle doing it all myself. I love having parties and decorating themes so I felt planning for my wedding was right up my ally of what I enjoy to do anyways. I am also pretty easy going and was determined to enjoy the process. Brides- when it comes you’re your wedding, do not put yourself through the stress of doing it ALL yourself. I know you are amazing and feeling like you want to be involved with every little aspect, and maybe save a little money on doing it yourself. It is YOUR wedding, the one time you get to gluttonously pamper yourself without shame. Working with Stylist Detail really allows you to enjoy the wedding process so that you can be your very best, beautiful bright eyed and bushy tailed self on your wedding day, rather than being so wiped out from the months of planning that you are too exhausted to enjoy the spoils of your labors. We were working with Equinox Photography and with Sophie. My biggest thing that I wanted was to have BEAUTIFUL wedding pictures. I refused to scrimp because this is what we will have to capture our wedding day for the rest of our lives. We had not originally opted to use the wedding coordinating services. As we worked with Equinox photography and with Sophie, it was clear that they know what they are doing, they totally got our vision and were more than capable. They are so easy to work with, prompt and detail oriented. As our wedding day approached and I was attempting to coordinate the Dj, pastor, wedding cupcake, caterers, and venue, guests and the list goes on. Then, my husband gave me the most valuable GIFT that a soon to be husband can give to his future wife. He gave me Sophie!! He explained that the money is more than worth it, for me to be able to take some of the wedding things off of my plate (I am pretty sure this was his diplomatic attempt at bringing be back from the dark side). And it so was, worth every penny. Sophie was amazing, everything went smoothly. The pictures turned out better than I ever could have imagined and all their decorations, details and things they made it truly magical. Sophie went far an above and everything turned out perfect. She was receptive to middle of the night text messages and was so amazing on the day of. Our venue had a day of venue coordinator, which translates that they coordinate the venue not the wedding. I was grateful that Sophie was there to help with the wedding timeline, and worked with the dj, music, bridal party. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with these ladies.

Simply, the BEST! Sophie and Tricia are so down to earth and very easy to talk to. From the first moment you meet them, you feel like you have known them for years. What can i say about Stylist Details besides how incredible they were! As someone who was planning a wedding while finishing my degree, my time was very limited and Sophie made this process so easy and relaxed. And in my freak-out moment, Sophie's ability to calm me down and reassure me that I was on time and not behind on my planning was unparalleled. With bridesmaids and family members stressing me out, i knew I could talk to Sophie and she would give me the facts to remind me that I had no reason to be stressed. I could text her with a possible vendor, and she could get a meeting set up within a few days. I got married on July 12, 2014 and I was so lucky to have found Sophie. A friend referred her to me and it was the best money I ever spent! From the moment I met her we had an instant connection. She is extremely organized (this coming from a very organized teacher) and she has a great vision for style and wonderful ideas. Sophie did an incredible job coordinating my daughter's wedding. She was attentive and patient with me. I say patient because I am very frugal and questioned every detail of every penny spent. The wedding was beautiful and I can't think of anything that I would change. Sophie was able to get us the most beautiful venue in San Juan Capistrano. So many guests commented to me about how beautiful and relaxing the wedding was. We all want to redo our backyards like this venue. I would say that one of the best benefits of using a wedding planner is that they seem to know about affordable quality vendors that they work with on a regular basis. We would not have known about this venue without Sophie. She also made everything look beautiful!!

I can't say enough good about Sophie Mae. To put it simply, I could not have pulled off my (what turned out to be literally perfect) wedding without her. From the very beginning when I initially met and hired her, she was so friendly and full of amazing energy, but also, so good at her job. That's what wedding planners are supposed to do but what Sophie does is somehow special. She--so effortlessly and with stylish sass--brought to life what we had planned, and she did it perfectly.
