Shout out to Lindsay and the Fantasy Sound Team! My wife and I found them on our venue's preferred vendor list. Our entire communication with them was through email, and they did not miss a beat. Lindsay made modifications to our invoice super easy. From our first interaction with her down to Wedding Day, we never felt like we had to go out of our way to follow-up or stay on track. Fantasy Sound had us covered! They set up our altar swag and spotlight for our ceremony as well as our GOBO washes and custom monogram for our reception. Everything turned out gorgeous, and we could not be more satisfied with their customer service, professionalism, and eye for design. Highly recommend. Thank you again for being part of our Big Day!

Kevin listened to our requirements for the music for our recent wedding in Livermore and he nailed it! He provided us with a list of most requested songs in all genres of music. We took the list and marked it up with what we absolutely did not want and what we preferred. Then we held a meeting with him and fine tuned the list and our desires. He provided excellent choices for background music during the reception dinner and kept everyone dancing throughout the party time. We would hire him again for any future events.

Fantasy sound is a one stop shop. We used them for DJ, Lighting, Videography, and Photo Booth. They made everything so easy for us! Darcie and Lindsay in the office are so responsive and on top of everything. The lighting and decor was incredible, better than I could have imagined! Everybody raved about the DJ (Kevin) and music that kept the guests dancing all night. The photo booth was such a fun keepsake for our guests to have memories from our wedding, and we got digital copies of all of them! And the videographers (Brendan and Nolan) made me and my husband so comfortable and were so fun to work with, we can't wait to see the video but we already know it will be incredible. Best decision we made! They worked tirelessly to create the most incredible day for us.

We are so happy we got to work with Fantasy Sound to enhance the venue space. The planning was quick and easy, as the team have many gallery photos to choose from or mix and match items. The venue where we married was stunning on its own, but with additional decor from Fantasy Sound, we were blown away.

We used Fantasy Sound for our GOBO and chandeliers at our venue. The customer service was excellent from the first time we reached out for a quote through the finalization of details. The addition of their service really brought together our entire vision for the wedding!

Fantasy Sound was very easy to work with. They help to create the vision of what you want your wedding to be. They respond very quickly in regards to appointment times, invoices, or any questions you may have. When you make an appointment, they show slideshows of different options they provide. They are expensive, but are upright and honest with their pricing ahead of time. We ended up choosing hanging market lights in addition to edison bulbs, and they were beautiful! We also did lighting washes on us at the front of our ceremony, cake, and front table. This added a nice highlight. They coordinate set-up and pick-up with your venue, so you don't have to worry about anything. Would definitely recommend!

FSES was listed a recommended vendor by our venue, Palm Event Center. My husband and I attended FSES showcase to see their lighting and other services in person. We appreciate the timeliness of the staff responding to emails and readjusting our quote. We ordered the market lights in a tent effect over the ballroom and customized GOBO for our wedding reception. Our reception looked so dreamy in our photos. Thank you FSES!

We are so thankful to have worked with Fantasy Sound Event Services for our wedding. They were recommended by our venue (Wente) and were impressed with their professionalism from start to finish. We used their DJ, lighting and and photobooth services and we could not have been more pleased with our decision. Since we planned our wedding from the east coast, we truly appreciated the prompt email communication with the office team and the flexibility in scheduling meetings (both by phone and in person when we were in town). I rented a large, wooden backdrop from Fantasy Sound Events that was used for decor at my wedding. It was beautiful, and great for photo opps! FSE Events set up and cleaned up the wall, without any complications. The only think I would say is the price for set up, clean up, and rental was a bit expensive.

Fantasy Sounds had really made the vision of our wedding come alive. It was an extremely easy process from the beginning, Fantasy Sounds walked us through their wide selection of services (DJ, Photo Booth, videography, photography, and lighting). The staff is very helpful and kind, and quickly responds back to emails within a day. They also hold showcases at their warehouse and other wedding venues, getting a chance to meet their team and personally see the wide range of rentals and work they offer. Fantasy Sounds is definitely your go to!

Fantasy Sound and Event Services was absolutely fantastic. We used them for their DJ services (DJ ET did a great job!) I LOVE their online platform to input the wedding timeline, songs selections and notes about each step of the day. They were fantastic in returning my returning my e-mails and asking all my many questions. We can't say enough positive things about Fantasy.

We love Fantasy Sound! We used them for our wedding last month. we used them for our DJ services, lighting, draping and photo booth. They were so great! Glenn was our DJ and he is the best. For lighting and draping- they worked so cohesively with my wedding planner to make it absolutely gorgeous. For photo booth, their service was a hit. There was an on-site attendant to help. And you have the option to take a photo or leave a video for the couple. We got a USB of all videos and photos. Great company!!

Getting a contract set up was easy, emails were responded to promptly, meeting dates were flexible, including one over the phone, and the music itself was great. Kevin and the team at Fantasy Sound were amazing to work with! It all started with Darcie at the front desk who was able to quickly respond to all of my questions and really help us decide on a package that would work best for our wedding at Murrieta’s Well. We approached working with all of our vendors with the mindset of “we are hiring professionals, it is best to trust them to do what they do best” and that really paid off. We didn’t give Kevin much guidance in the type of music that we wanted because we didn’t really know what was expected. We chose the specific songs we wanted for specific moments in the wedding but then we let him do his thing and choose songs that would work best for the wedding. Our wedding was a blast and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the music and the mood that Fantasy Sound our together for us. I cannot recommend them enough!

Nick and the team at Fantasy Sound made the process of coordinating the DJ incredibly easy! Nick and his team arrived and were set up on time. Nick is an incredible MC and kept things flowing smoothly. He utilized a majority of the music we picked and knew how to read the crowd in order to incorporate extra stuff we wanted and what songs the crowd was feeling. Fantasy Sounds is absolutely a company you should work with for you wedding! They take all of the stress out of designing and delivering your wedding day vision! We met with them to pick out some lighting/chandeliers over our dance floor and some awesome up lighting to add a little more texture to the walls. They are exceptional to communicate with, easy to meet with and their team will help you find the right designs and options (especially if you're indecisive like me). FS worked with our venue to get everything set up so it wasn't even a worry the weeks leading up to or day of the wedding!

Fantasy Sound was AMAZING!!!! We used them for lighting and had Steve as our DJ. We could not have been more pleased with them throughout the entire wedding planning process. Every meeting with Steve was full of laughs and fun. He took the time to understand just what we wanted for our big day, and boy did he deliver. The energy he brought to the day as well as all of the great song choices truly made our night special. All of our guests are still commenting on how amazing our DJ was, how great the music was, and how awesome the lighting was. We were so lucky to work with Fantasy Sound to give us such an amazing experience. I would highly suggest attending one of their evening open house events so you can see samples of lighting and meet the DJ's. We totally switched which lighting option we wanted after seeing them in person and absolutely LOVED how everything turned out. The whole Fantasy Sound team was stellar to work with. Steve was the DJ for our wedding at Nella Terra and he absolutely knocked it out of the park. He did a great job at understanding our musical likes and dislikes and offering direction when we needed it. The day-of, everything was perfect. He was SO GOOD at reading the room. Fantasy Sound provided the DJ for our new daughter-in-law and son’s wedding at Nella Terra Cellars. Steve was amazing with the crowd, knew exactly how to keep folks on the dance floor and kept the party going...so much fun! I would highly recommend this company and Steve for any social gathering where you want everyone to have a great time!

We hired Fantasy Sound Event Services shortly after becoming engaged. Besides all of the fantastic reviews that we had come across on several platforms, the fact that they were ever so accommodating was a huge benefit for us in making the huge decision to entrust FSE with our dreams and hopes for a fabulous wedding day. We first met with Kevin at a preliminary meeting to discuss their availability with our event date and also to discuss our wants, needs, and everything else in between! A contract was drafted, but of course, I made several additions within the next 16 months. Remember: You can always add on but you cannot take away! That being said, be sure to really know your vision. In the end, we contracted the following with FSE: DJ Nick, Ceremony Music, Reception Music and MC-ing, Photo Booth with unlimited print-outs for our guests and a "Green Shrub Backdrop" (GUYS- DO THIS IT MAKES A WOLRD OF DIFFERENCE!), 3 backdrop wood walls with our "C&P" letters on it, uplighting, cake spot, and custom monogram lighting on the floor for our huge ceremony space, and we also transformed our ceremony space into a kid's play area where we had contracted from FSE a screen, projector, and a speaker for movies and video games for the kids during the reception. The administrative staff was so fabulous with their kindness and communications. They were quick and polite with all my crazy questions- some of which I'm sure I asked twice! Nick, our DJ, was so great and accommodating for our two meetings regarding which songs we wanted, didn't want, etc. It was clear that his goal was to make sure we were happy, and boy was that met x-infinity! My husband and I had such a great time, and with the help of FSE they truly brought our vision to life. About a week or so after the wedding, we received a piece of mail from FSE which enclosed a thank you note (No, THANK YOU!), a USB drive of every single photo taken at our photo booth, and our custom made monogram piece which was used for the display on the floor. So truly awesome, and we cannot say enough about FSE!

Thanks to Steve for being our DJ! He's so awesome, great personality, got a long great with the crowd, and he kept everyone dancing until the very end of the wedding!! I definitely would recommend him as a DJ, he kept it LIT!! Other services we had from Fantasy sound was the Chandelier/lighting, and the Photobooth. The Chandelier was amazing, it was so beautiful and looked amazing in photos! We also had a back lighting which reflected the chandelier and a GOBO of our names, and it was gorgeous! The photobooth was so much fun! I love the open space and a group of people can fit into one photos! I overall recommend them for there wonderful service and personality!! It was a one stop vendor for us! <3

Easy, great communication and beautifully executed. We brought on Fantasy Sound for ceremony drapes and reception lighting for our recent wedding at Palm Event Center. From planning out exactly what we needed, how pricing would be adjusted and final execution, Darcie was fantastic in helping us set up just what we needed. Though we didn't get to meet any of the team in-person the day-of, the results were phenomenal. Throw in the fact that Fantasy Sound has done countless weddings at Palm and nearby venues, and it's no wonder hiring them was stress-free. We can't recommend them enough for wedding services in the area.

We used Fantasy Sound for our DJ, photobooth, ceremony drapery, and reception specialty lighting. We did custom market lights in a way they had never done before. They were so amazing in making sure my dream became reality! These decorations took The Palm Event Center to the next level. Steve was our DJ and he was perfect!!! He always knew what song to play next to keep he party going and always made sure my husband and I were enjoying ourselves. They are an amazing and professional company. Worth every penny.

My husband and I used Fantasy Sound for both our DJ services and Photobooth services. Kevin, the owner, was our DJ and MC for the evening and he did such a wonderful job. Our photobooth attendant was very helpful and we cannot wait to receive a copy of all our guest's photos. The mics didn't work during my wedding reception so no one could hear the speeches. Their process is very organized; on the other hand, you're made to feel like you're just a number with them (they do so many weddings per weekend). The DJ we worked with was nice. Try to get one of the owners as your DJ if you go with this company.

We hired Fantasy Sound for our DJ, lighting, and photobooth for our wedding at Nella Terra Cellars on September 15th, 2017. Kevin Dennis was our DJ. Darcie was our primary contact in the office. We were referred to Fantasy Sound from the venue and we were so glad that we were! From our first meeting with Kevin, he made us feel at ease about the whole process. It is clear that Fantasy Sound is an incredibly professional company. Kevin listened to help understand the vision for our reception, and answered all of our questions. His guidance from experience was invaluable to our planning. Kevin personally edited a cutting of our first dance song so we could practice in advance. Darcie helped counsel us through the photobooth planning process, including our constant switching of where we wanted it to be placed. Endless thanks for their flexibility. On the day, Kevin was present and professional. He made me (Kevin, the groom) feel perfectly at ease when he put a microphone on me for the ceremony, and everything sounded great. The reception was absolutely made by Kevin. Not only did he keep things running smoothly and on time, but several guests commented that it was the best reception dance music they had ever heard, and a few asked for the playlist that he had put together. We are so glad we hired Kevin to be our DJ, and for Fantasy Sound for helping to provide the perfect wedding. Thank you!

Fantasy Sound were absolutely amazing! From planning stages to our wedding day, they were available to answer any questions we had. Darcie from the office regularly reminded us of any upcoming meetings we had with them or when payment was due (you'll know when you start planning a wedding how much these reminders come in handy!) Our DJ Kevin was awesome. He got our music taste down perfectly and had our guests on their feet all night. Finally the lighting looked INCREDIBLE. We'd wanted a kind of inside/outside flow for our reception and we went for the bronzy color which created a beautiful sunset feel to the room. All in all I can't fault Fantasy Sound and would recommend them for any big event I was planning. Thank you guys for making our wedding day so wonderful!

Father of the Bride: This was one of our best choices hands down. We used Fantasy Sound for both the 30 Day Coordinator and DJ. I never give a rating of 10 so I will have to give them 9.99! Keven and Megan coordinated and managed the Wedding Day Time Line to perfection. The DJ (Kevin) and equipment provided the perfect music sound levels and never once was there a break in dance floor fun. Megan assisted and attended to both the Bride and Groom at every level. Together they orchestrated a memorable event with never ending compliments from attending guests. I, nor my daughter, nor my Son-In-Law had never met nor do we know anyone at Fantasy Sound but I again will say, this was one of our best decisions to a perfectly executed wedding. I love fantasy sound!! We hired fantasy sound to do our lighting, video, custom monogram, curtains, photobooth and DJ service. From the moment we set foot in the door, we felt right at home. They took care of everything and made wedding planning (which can be really stressful) actually enjoyable. Hire them for all your wedding needs! Shout out to Kevin and Jimmy! You guys rock!! We used fantasy sounds for our DJ and our drapery/chandelier! Steve was our DJ, he was awesome! So full of life and played THE best music while focusing on us. The chandelier we had was beautiful and so was our background drapery for our head table!

Steve was wonderful. The only problem was that the acoustics in the venue made it difficult for us to hear the toasts.

Fantasy sound was amazing!!! Our dj was Kevin and he was excellent! It was important to me that people danced all night and he made it happen. He has been doing this a long time and really knows how to read the room. We also used Jimmy as our videographer. He was wonderful as well. He was so unobtrusive that many people told me they never even noticed his cameras. However, he sent me a sneak peek within a week of the wedding and he clearly was capturing it all!! Also, he seemed to work well with my photographer. They seemed to be collaborating on cool shots. I would highly recommend Fantasy Sound for dj and videography!!!

We their lightning service for our wedding. They did such an amazing job with GOBO Pattern Wash, cake spot light and Custom Monogram. They made the barrel room stunning!! We got so much compliments from our guests that our reception is like the dining hall in Hogwarts :) They're so professional, responsive and easy to work with. We'd highly recommend them for anyone who's looking for lightning service for their events :)

Fantasy Sound Event Services is top notch! Our DJ was Kevin, and he was outstanding, funny, and had the dance floor packed all night! The flow of my wedding was something I was nervous about but Kevin was perfect-- the timeline was perfect. Darcee in the office is always available, answers any questions, and is super friendly. Letting someone run your big day is a huge task but with Fantasy Sounds, you do not have to worry!

Working with the team at Fantasy was a real dream come true! They helped us set up last-minute lighting design for our Feb. wedding and were so patient and helpful while we made up our minds about what we wanted. Their team got set up and removal of our chandelier done in lightning-fast speed and were gracious the whole time. Highly recommend!!

We got married at Casa Real in Nov. 2016. Throughout that, Fantasy Sound was an integral part to our planning and experience for the wedding. Not only were they professional, friendly, and organized throughout the entire process; but they also were consistently able to help us overcome problems that came with planning and all of the cooks in the kitchen that comes with planning a wedding. While the lighting was amazing, perfectly handled, and gave an amazing glow to our photos; our DJ (Kevin) was perfect. He handled interruptions thrown in during the wedding day with ease, and made the night flow perfectly. His music choices were great, so great that I still have people talking about how good our DJ was and how fun the entire night of dancing was. We loved working with Fantasy sound and events. They made the process so easy with handouts to plan the ceremony and music throughout the wedding. What a great company to hire for your wedding! I got married in February and they were by far the easiest and most professional vendor to work with! I used them for Lighting and Decor services, DJ, and Photobooth. The lighting and decor was magical. They make sure everything is in its right place and every detail is perfect! My DJ was Steve and he was awesome! He was really fun and knew how to read the crowd. We met with him twice to discuss music selections and he listened to all of our concerns and requests. The photobooth was a huge hit at the wedding! My guests enjoyed taking pictures with the all the fun props they provide and got to take home copies right then and there. Fantasy Sound recently did an amazing job with our wedding reception. The uplighting was beautiful, and Nick's DJ'ing was superb. We didn't have time to make a list of songstress to play, instead choosing to discuss the kinds of songs we liked, and he hit it spot on. We couldn't have asked for a more seamless experience, and we highly recommend them!

Steve was amazing... perfect timing and clarity with mics/music at the ceremony, to kept us on time, played the BEST reception music that kept people dancing all night long! Planning our wedding from out of state meant I could not go to Livermore to talk with Fantasy Sound Services, but they handled everything via phone and email very professionally and in a timely manner. When the DJ we had booked for our day left the company for a new opportunity, Fantasy made sure we had a smooth transition to a new DJ. Nick ended up being our DJ for our wedding and he was FANTASTIC! I highly recommend working with Nick and his fantastic team for your event. Even though I couldn't meet with Nick before the wedding, Nick was able to take my phone calls and emails as needed in order to make sure our music was perfect. Nick kept the flow of our event moving smoothly and had amazing music playing all night long. Our guests were dancing and happy the entire night!

Kevin and his team are incredible!! We worked with Fantasy Sound for our lighting and decor and had Kevin as our DJ and boy are we glad we did!! The lighting and decor seriously made the venue perfect! The venue is already beautiful, but adding those little details took it to another level! We had so many compliments on all of it! We had a great experience with Fantasy Sound - we hired them for DJ and day of coordination. Kevin was our coordinator, and Steve was our DJ, and they both did an absolutely great job day of. The preparation beforehand was easy and Kevin was incredibly helpful through the entire process, giving us great advice on how to make sure our day was well planned and enjoyable for everyone, including us. We had a lot of fun working with these guys, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking. They were incredibly responsive, professional, and personable, and helped everything go perfectly!

We loved working with Fantasy Sound!! Lindsay was absolutely over-the-top helpful. She went above and beyond from start to finish and quick to respond at all times, sending photos with descriptions, being patient with taking a long time on decisions or making changes, late additions, and so much more. She even went above and beyond to find a way to match our GOBO to our invites when we couldn't get the info on the exact font, she found a way!! We didn't meet the team that helped make everything look perfect the day of, but they certainly did an incredible job. Everything was hung up completely perfect, to the centimeter! Our rentals from Fantasy Sound played a huge role in making our big day look like a dream come true! You would be smart to use Fantasy Sound for your event rentals and they will make you feel like a top priority.

Fantasy Sound provided the lighting for my wedding in December. In all honesty, we just needed a bare-bones, basic uplighting of our ballroom and cocktail area, but even though our needs were pretty minimal, Fantasy Sound was in constant communication and made sure everything was perfect. I cannot stress how important communication is with vendors (I wasn't as lucky with some of my other vendors), but they always got back to me with answers to my many questions right away, and were always efficient, professional, and by the time the wedding actually came around, I had full trust that they'd get the job done exactly - and they did! Fabulous customer service, fair prices, and the lights made the cavernous ballroom look warm and amazing.

We hired Fantasy SES for our November 13th wedding, and there was nothing unlucky about our decision! From the very beginning when we requested a quote and signed up for the DJ Meet-and-Greet, to the end of our wedding day, the folks at Fantasy were a truly professional and easy to work with. All of the DJs we met seemed amazing, but as soon as we chatted with Steve, we knew he was the DJ for us. We told him our vision for our wedding (priories: full dance floor, everyone having fun, etc) and he ran with them! Steve really knows how to read a dance floor and keep a good party going. He was so much fun to have as an MC and a DJ, and never once faltered in his professionalism. We received so many compliments from guests and even other vendors. We also consulted with Nick for some additional lighting. We had a strict budget for lighting, and we never once felt pressured on an upsell--Nick was great in providing quotes and suggestions based on our budget, vision, and venue. Fantasy Sound was one of the preferred wedding vendors for weddings held at Wente. Now I know why! We worked with Nick for pre-planning (Darcie also helped!) and he was our DJ for the wedding. He was great. During our planning meetings, he knew the layout of the property and was able to give us advice on what he had seen that worked really well. He let us give as many, or as few songs as we wanted for the reception and played them in an order that went with the mood. When the schedule shifted a bit, he made sure to check in with us so that everyone was on the same page with the adjustments. Our guests danced the entire time (some even got up to dance to the dinner music!) and had so much fun. If you want a vendor with loads of experience to make your day stress free, go with Fantasy Sound! And choose Nick!

Steve was the DJ for my wedding on 10/11 at a family friend’s house and he was absolutely amazing! We knew from the first time we met him at Fantasy Sound’s DJ Meet and Greet that he was the DJ for us. He made us feel comfortable and his music knowledge was astounding. We didn’t really have an idea of what type of music we wanted and Steve was always there to offer feedback and ideas and we valued his input so much. We got nothing but rave reviews about the music and I attribute them all to Steve- he was amazing! We also had Fantasy Sound do some lighting for us- we love bistro/string lighting but I was nervous that the venue wasn’t going to be able to support that…so they came out to the house to do a consultation to see what they could provide which put my mind at ease. I didn’t have to worry about blowing a fuse or anything because they did the legwork in advance! The lighting turned out exactly how we wanted it to and I could not have been happier! Fantasy Sound made my wedding perfect and I can’t thank them enough!

We had the absolute best experience with Fantasy Sound! We booked both lighting and DJ and they made our wedding unforgettable. The lighting totally transformed the room- the chandeliers were dazzling- and our DJ, Kevin, was incredible. He helped us keep everything on track during the day without pressuring us or stressing us out and he made sure that the dance floor was packed all night. The booking process was incredibly easy- I could do everything online which was a huge plus for a girl like me who works a ton and hates being on the phone! I had quite a few questions at the start and Darcie was always timely in her responses, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I knew I was in a great hands! I cannot recommend Fantasy Sound enough- you simply HAVE to have them be a part of your wedding!

Kevin was amazing. From the very first time we met him we knew that he would be our DJ. He was kind and knowledgable. He was able to guide us and give us advice without taking over. I felt confident going into the night that he would handle everything. During our wedding he had people on the dance floor all night long and there was never a dull moment. I would definitely use Kevin again for any event!!
