When your only daughter tells you she is getting married your immediate reaction is you want only the best for her as that is what you have tried to provide for her for her entire life but deep down you know that is going to be virtually impossible to achieve. NOT ANY MORE! My daughter and her fiance chose Nestleton Waters Inn to create their dream wedding and they did just that. When a perfectionist with a vision teams up with a venue with a goal to impress you get perfection. From start to finish you always felt that you were their priority. We saw engagement photos by Mark Ridout and knew that their day would be beautifully captured for them for a lifetime of amazing memories. On the wedding day we were greeted by the a calm team in such a serene atmosphere that the nerves were immediately put to rest. The creative plan for the day came to life and didn't disappoint. The day flowed perfectly, no awkward times of not knowing what to do with yourself. Guests could not stop complimenting the venue, the food, the decor, the ambiance, and the friendly attentive service team. The dinner was incredible, served on time, hot and delicious and there was no loud noise in the marquis, why? Because NWI cares about their guests and don't use noisy trolleys and don't scrape plates in the marquis.
When a male guest tells you that 'this place thinks of everything, they even have sunscreen and bug spray in the bathroom' you know you are at a venue that cares about their guests and detail. When recent brides tell you they wish they had known about NWI, you know you impressed.
My daughters vision became a reality on September 28, 2013 and details decided upon many months prior were perfect. I was in awe as were our guests.
So when you daughter (or son) comes to you and tells you they are getting married you, as a parent who wants only the best for their child, and someone that you child looks to for guidance and advice should point them in the direction of Nestleton Waters Inn and let them have their perfect day as well.

Dear Deborah and NWI Team,
On behalf of the Newbold and Diamond Family, Lee and I would like to express our sincere gratitude to the staff at Nestleton Waters Inn (NWI) for the impeccable services that were provided at our wedding on Sunday May 19, 2013. Selecting the “perfect venue” is a very challenging and stressful decision as the possibilities are endless; however, from the onset, we were undeniably thrilled with our decision to select this location for our special day – From the initial consultation, to the follow up meetings and finally the “day of,” Deborah and staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with – Deborah displayed a flawless balance between style, design and flair, while continuously greeting us with a warm smiling face, positive attitude and simply courteous nature sought by all.
Because we were fortunate enough to have booked the full NWI grounds for the duration of the weekend, we unquestionably maximized our experience and had ample time for personal interaction with the full NWI team on all levels. The courteous staff members exercised an impeccable combination of professionalism, prompt service and were graciously attentive -- while also giving us our independence to enjoy the time among our family and friends.
The grounds of NWI must also be noted, as they are simply immaculate – since our wedding date, we have never heard such positive comments about a wedding venue from virtually all guests which whom attended. From the moment of arrival, you feel as though you are at a destination location -- the venue offers a natural country landscape, while providing a sense of sheer elegance…it truly is a hidden gem and words cannot accurately convey the beauty of this location…
In closing, our experience exceeded our expectations… Deborah and team provided us with the opportunity to cherish memories of a lifetime and have touched the hearts of our family and friends. We will happily share our experience(s) with others and hope they too will get to experience such a remarkable day. “Gratitude, like love, lives and grows in our hearts…” Nestleton Waters Inn staff, you brought joy to our day, warmth to our lives, and happiness to our hearts.
With sincere appreciation,
Lee and Kristy Diamond

I have nothing bad to say about this venue. It was honestly the most beautiful setting and the staff was so supportive and friendly. It was so nice to have the ceremony and reception at the same place as well as having overnight guests. The "preferred vendor" recommendations made the planning experience enjoyable and not stressful. I would highly recommend this venue. It was truly a dream come true!

Words cannot even begin to describe the amazing experience we had at Nestleton Waters Inn. From the first time we discovered the venue and attended the open house our hearts were set on having our wedding there. Everyone who works there was so friendly and our wedding planner, Claudia, made everything so easy and stress free. Claudia arranged our meetings with vendors and attended with us where needed to ensure that every detail of our wedding was exactly how we wanted it. I am still amazed by how beautiful our wedding was and how perfectly everything went. When we look at our beautiful photos (JClay Photography) we are brought back to the most amazing, perfect, and beautiful day we could ever have imagined. Thanks to everyone at Nestleton Waters Inn for being so helpful, kind, and genuine and a huge thank you to Claudia for making our dream wedding come true without any glitches! we would not have changed anything about our wonderful day and we plan on returning to Nestleton to celebrate our anniversaries in the future. I would recommend this venue to anyone planning their upcoming wedding. Just attend an open house and you will will not need any convincing! Thank you again to the Nestleton Waters Inn family.

Nestleton Waters Inn was truly a dream to work with. From the outset and throughout the planning process they were responsive, prompt, and accommodating.
The grounds are absolutely stunning and are always extremely well kept. Guests absolutely loved it – they were not expecting something so beautiful and big. I'm told it was totally worth the bus ride and overnight stay at the Holiday Inn Express Bowmanville.
The house is beautifully decorated, and each room has unique details and interesting pieces of artwork.
The entire team is professional and great to work with. From Claudia, the Event Co-ordinator, to Deborah, one of the owners, to the service staff on the day, everyone was fantastic.
They just got it all right. I cannot recall a single detail being different on the wedding day then we planned.
The A/V system – the microphones didn't crackle, and you could clearly hear the music.
The food was delicious – both at the Inn and on the night of the wedding. At the Inn we were given things like fresh baked cinnamon rolls and homemade chocolate mousse for breakfast. Yes please! For the wedding dinner we worked with Derek from Chantrelle's. Several guests told me it was the best wedding food they'd ever had.
It was great to be able to stay at the venue the night before. Our bridal party was from three different continents so it was a wonderful chance for everyone to get to know each other before the wedding. I highly recommend it if it's possible for the circumstances.
A few minor things that I would suggest for improvements:
The contract is 12 pages of mind-boggling text. I know contracts can be challenging to read at the best of times, but I would recommend NWI makes theirs more succinct and comprehensive.
We had to use the DJ that NWI supplies. While he was very nice and easy to work with, he didn’t quite follow our directions and began playing very generic pop music, exactly the kind we were trying to avoid. The Taylor Swift love ballad cleared the dance floor and it wasn't until I asked him to put on some 80ies songs did people return to dance again.
Despite having big gorgeous Jacuzzis in most rooms, bubble bath was not supplied!
These were very minor issues, however. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for somewhere unique, personal and beautiful to hold their wedding or special event. We could not have been happier with our day.

While I knew he was the one very early on in our relationship, my husband and I were together six years before the big proposal! Knowing an engagement was surely in our future ;) I decided to be proactive and started to casually peruse online for ideas for my "someday" wedding. I came across The Knot and fell in love with this charming venue called Nestleton Waters Inn (NWI), keeping it in my back pocket until our engagement finally happened in the summer of 2012.
When I told my husband about NWI he was thrilled to check it out, particularly because it was located just ten minutes up the road from the house he grew up in.
As soon as we set foot on the absolutely breathtaking property, we knew it was the only place we could get married. The Inn is spectacular and the perfectly manicured grounds make you feel like you've stepped into paradise.
We were welcomed by the Kiezebrink family with open arms and were blown away by the class, professionalism and love shown to us from start to finish.
I had a vision for my wedding day and NWI's lead coordinator Claudia Kent helped me bring it to life. We kept in close contact via email throughout the year and she was always willing to provide advice and suggestions. While NWI hosts weddings each weekend, Claudia and the team always made me feel as though I was their only bride by being incredibly attentive and following up within 24hrs.
When my big day came, everything was executed perfectly. I was told by many friends when I began planning my wedding to expect something to go wrong because something always does, however I'm pleased to report that nothing went wrong on my day! I was very involved in the planning, but was able to enjoy every moment of my day because the staff at NWI had it under control for me.
We booked with some of NWI's recommended vendors and were so pleased with the results.
Mark Ridout is an outstanding creative photographer and has such a cool and calm demeanor that was a joy to be around. His passion for the details really stood out to my husband and I and we highly recommend him.
My husband and I, and our guests were absolutely awestruck by the work of Peggy Michel on our wedding cake. Not only was her talent evident with the abundance of beautiful handmade edible flowers, but the cake tasted delicious! It was truly a masterpiece.
It was as if florist Donna from Bella Donna's understood my vision before I even had a chance to explain it to her. Her passion for her work was evident even during our first meeting and we were amazed by the stunning bouquets and centrepieces she created for our day!
Finally, David from Best DJ kept the party going all night and was such a professional as our MC. He has a positive attitude and was up for anything we asked of him.
As for the food, our guests were raving all night about how it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding!
We feel incredibly blessed to have had the opportunity to have our perfect wedding at NWI and highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for their own perfect wedding day in paradise!

Nestleton Waters Inn is a beautiful venue for a wedding. When I first visited, I was amazed at the attention to detail and decoration in the Inn, reception tent and grounds. On our wedding day, everything was perfectly placed and ready for the guests to arrive. While my bride was heavily involved in the planning and organization stages, she was able to relax and enjoy our day without any concern for the execution of her wedding vision.
Our guests were very impressed by how well organized the event was and I have to say that we could not have done it without the help of NWI's amazing staff and vendors. They spend so much time preparing with the bride and groom that there are no surprises or changes at the last minute. We had covered all aspects of our wedding months before the event and were completely able to enjoy ourselves.
Our coordinator and my bride became friends during the planning process. She took the time to get to know us as a couple and had a personal connection with both of us. She knew what we envisioned and was able to pull off every detail seamlessly. There was constant communication between her and the bride and we always knew exactly what we were paying for and getting from her.
On the night of our wedding I received many compliments about the venue from our family and friends. They loved our outdoor ceremony overlooking the pond and were very impressed by the reception in the beautifully decorated tent. There were excellent reviews of the food served during cocktail hour and dinner. Our family members were excited to stay over at the Inn and have breakfast with us.
I highly recommend Nestleton Waters Inn!!!

I will not be verbose in my review, for to try to describe our wedding at Nestleton Waters Inn in so many words would fall far short of a truly apropos assessment.
However, permit me to say this...
If you are looking for an ideal location/venue for your upcoming wedding, you would do yourself a tremendous disservice if you did not visit and/or consider Nestleton Waters Inn.
We are so glad that we chose Nestleton Waters Inn for our wedding. Our experience with the staff, vendors and owners of Nestleton Waters Inn, from our initial visit to our wedding ceremony and brunch reception, was professional, courteous and comprehensive. They executed our proposals and plans with precision and care.
Nestleton Waters Inn...
Truly beautiful! Simply amazing! Gracefully elegant!

Our wedding was absolutely perfect and more than we could have wished for. Nestleton Waters Inn exceeded our expectations. It was stunning and we received so many compliments. Guests were amazed by the beauty, professionalism and warmth of the place and the people. From the day we booked, the family and the Nestleton team went above and beyond to make our dreams come true. They were so organized, flexible, creative and more importantly, so caring. I truly felt like they wanted us to have the most beautiful wedding. The whole time, including the day of the wedding, I felt supported and relaxed. They took care of every detail and accommodated all of our ideas, family members and special requests. They are all wonderful people who we greatly appreciate and will look forward to visiting in the future. Nestleton Waters Inn is the perfect place to say your vows and celebrate with loved ones!

My wedding day was better than I could have ever imagined. It was a beautiful, magical day thanks to the breathtaking location and amazing staff at NWI. All of my family and friends raved about the location, the food and the staff. I definitely plan to return to Nestleton to celebrate our anniversary!

When I envisioned my perfect wedding growing up I never really thought that I would have all that I dreamed of. When Nestleton Waters Inn became available for our Sept 20, 2013 wedding I can honestly say that my dream wedding was realized.
I was concerned that on my wedding day I would feel extremely stressed out and worried about every detail. The staff were not only helpful in answering all of my questions BEFORE the wedding day, most importantly when I arrived on that day the staff were so calm and gave me the direction I needed. They helped me to relax and enjoy the day and I appreciated that so much.
When I first stepped foot on the grounds I was blown away by how beautiful it was. We talked about having the wedding outside on the lawn or under the gazebo. We went with the gazebo because in case of rain (or a really warm sun) our guests would be covered but it also had the "outdoor" feel and beautiful view of the water and inn behind us. Many of our personal touches (Pirate and Princess theme) worked really well in the spaces we used and were able to be added in very easily.
We decided on a brunch wedding because we both love Egg McMuffins. We wanted to do a "build your own" breakfast sandwich station. At first the caterers were skeptical but they tried it out and found a way to make it work. I can honestly say it was the BEST wedding food I've ever had. All the baked goods were homemade and delicious. They had homemade butter and ketchup amongst other yummy condiments. They had four different types of freshly squeezed juices. There are quite a few trained chefs (aka food snobs) in my family and I was really happy to hear that they were all very impressed by the food too.
The only thing that didn't happen during the day was family pictures. We ended up doing a receiving line in the time that we would've done our pictures. Because we ran off after the ceremony to catch our plane for our honeymoon (and because the inn needed us to move on so they could prepare for their incoming guests) we did not have time for the all the typical shots. Our photographer did his best to pull people aside during the reception. This would be the only thing I would want to change.... make sure there is enough time to get in the pictures you want.
The next day while we were meandering around Quebec City on our honeymoon I checked my phone and saw that Deborah had set up an album on Facebook with many pictures from the day along with a poem written just for our wedding. It was the PERFECT finishing touch to the whole experience.
I would absolutely recommend Nestleton Waters Inn. It was a dream come true for me.

My fiance and I found Nestleton Waters Inn on the knot last winter while looking for a venue for our wedding. It was the first spot we looked at and we were sold right away. The feeling of family was apparent with the owners right from the start and I knew that they would help us make our wedding what we had dreamed it would be. As an all inclusive package offer it was easy to tweak our wedding package to our budget and our vision. With a wedding planner (Claudia) to rely on if you do not know much about the wedding industry (us) it made our wedding planning stress free. For the year and a half we planned we felt like the whole NWI staff was there to help with any questions or concerns that we had. I am so grateful to everyone at NWI for not only making our planning a blast but also turning our wedding day into the most important and special day of our lives!

Nestleton waters inn was nothing but a perfect venue for our wedding day. The day couldn't have been more perfect. Claudia and Deborah were more than willing to accommodate our wants to make our day as perfect as we wanted it to be. Cameron and I are thrilled with our day and have had many compliments from ours guests. Most of them said that this has been the most beautiful wedding they have ever been too. Neatletons vendors are absolutely amazing. Especially Bella donnas, the photo booth and best DJ service. Nestletons staff made you comfortable and were extremely polite and accommodating to anything we needed throughout the night. Cameron and I will definitely be back for a reunion and hopefully other weddings because we just can't get enough of the place! Thanks again Nestleton for making our day SO perfect.
Love Bailey and Cameron

The best service possible! On the day of the wedding as the bride I did not have to worry, stress or have to remember ANYTHING! Nestleton Waters Inn took care of it all!! I was not stressed one bit, for example when my bridesmaid strap broke on her dress, a sewing kit was out and used in an instant! The owners, staff and wedding planner at the Inn were such kind individuals that treated you with the utmost respect and truly did everything that was in their power to make our wedding so special (even though I know they do this for a living every weekend). Nestleton Waters Inn is stunning and their kind staff made it an even more memorable and enjoyable day! I would recommend this venue to anyone looking!!

Nestleton Waters Inn is truly an incredible establishment. Everything from the first day of booking the wedding, to the entire year leading up with planning, to the incredible day-of was nothing short of extremely easy, enjoyable, and gorgeous!
We had our wedding July 2013 and our friends and family have not stopped talking about how beautiful, easy, organized, and FUN Nestleton Waters Inn was. My husband and I as well as my family would recommend Nestleton Waters Inn to anyone! They just make planning a wedding the most enjoyable process. They also have something for everyone at every price point.
All the vendors that they use are incredible and support the local community.
I cannot say enough amazing things!

Soon after getting engaged, I went online to look at local venues and quickly found reviews and pictures of Nestleton Waters Inn. I was immediately impressed and put it to the top of my list. My finance and I wanted a small Sunday afternoon wedding. I wasn't sure if our plans were inline with the types of weddings Nestleton usually hosted. Without a second thought, we emailed the Inn and booked our tour. Within moments of walking onto the grounds, I knew that this was the venue for us - it was perfectly suited for our small dream wedding. We sat down with the owners, described our vision and from the first conversation they were on board. We booked our date and from the first meeting, they turned our dreams into a reality. We emailed regularly with the coordinator and meet with the officiant, cake decorator, florist. It came together seamlessly. Our wedding day unfolded without any stress. I highly recommend Nestleton Waters Inn to any couple looking for a stress free, all inclusive wedding or special event!

This venue rocked our world!
As soon as my hubster and I saw their facilities and their amazing property we knew it was the perfect setting for us to tie the knot. Not only is the venue stunning, but the staff alone are worth the money. The wedding coordinator, Claudia, now feels like family as she took all of our ideas and made them a reality while considering our budget and vision and made it a stress free process (which was very important as I was studying for my board exams during the process).
Some advice is to check out their facebook page for ideas if you're doing your wedding there because all of their options are not laid out for you as they can pretty much do anything you request, so they let you give them your ideas rather than overwhelming you with things they've done previously.
Also be prepared to use their vendors; they have a good network of experienced people who do a great job but I had a DJ in mind but had to use one of theirs instead because he is experienced with their property; music was still great. I think you can choose your own photographer/videographer and a few others however.
The staff took such good care of us on the day of, we literally did not have to worry about a single thing, we just enjoyed our time and partied with our guests and they took care of any unexpected issues; for example I forgot to have a place for our videographer to eat his dinner and they accommodated him immediately with no fuss.
Erica, the owner, cooks an incredible brunch for overnight guests the next morning while Deborah has everything in order including envelopes in a safe, left over cake packaged and other items we brought organized and ready to be packed in our car.
All of our guests had a great time and loved the venue and we were told that some guests who were very anti-wedding would have a wedding after seeing ours because it was "so beautiful and care-free". The only complaint from guests was that the bar was closed during dinner but we were aware of this ahead of time and had wine on the tables, unfortunately the venue has to abide by certain bylaws and this was one of them. The bar also doesn't serve shots or doubles and guests can only order one drink at time; this is actually a good idea because no one was overly drunk or getting sick at the end of the night.
We had Derek Leung as our caterer; options for guests were top sirloin steak (which some guests said was too rare but Derek cooked it up for them immediately), salmon which was delicious and chicken stuffed with mushroom risotto which was also delicious. Desert was an incredible crème brulee.
The unique aspects of our wedding were that it was an outdoor ceremony with reception in a marquis (tent), I arrived to the ceremony on horse with carriage which guests could ride afterwards, we had a sparkler send off which was amazing by the water and were able to take their boat out on the water for some great pictures and visit our guests during cocktail hour.
I would absolutely recommend this venue to couples who want to have a stress free, classy, beautiful, fun wedding, which is everyone I assume! If you don't want an awesome wedding and have a great time on the day, stay away from this place.
I love this place sooo much and we will definitely stay at their Inn for anniversaries/holidays in the future.

Nestleton Waters Inn made our wedding day an incredibly special event that I will always remember and cherish. The level of service provided by Nestleton staff and all vendors involved in our wedding was impeccable. They took all the stress out of planning our big day and the venue was stunning (even on a grey day in November).
Claudia, the wedding planner, was like a wedding fairy god mother. She takes pride in ensuring each and every couple that weds at Nestleton has a perfect day. And Derek, the caterer, created the most delicious meal most of our guests have ever enjoyed.
My husband and I have nothing but praise for Nestleton Waters Inn and highly recommend the venue and the staff - you will not be disappointed.

Our September 2012 wedding at Nestleton was absolutely perfect - the venue, the staff, the vendors and NWI team helped us have the most beautiful day (and night!) ever! Although there were a few hiccups at the start (double-booked wedding date), the lovely Deborah was amazing in getting us started in our planning. Claudia is the best coordinator and handled everything we threw at her - crazy requests, DIY elements and Filipino traditions. The venue is pricey but they are worth every penny. They catered to our every need and request with a smile! We worked together to find solutions to fit both parties, and our stay (rehearsal + night of wedding) was absolutely phenomenal! My family is still raving at the beauty of the inn, both inside and out. Brides, rest assured this amazing NWI team will take care of you and all your needs - the groom's too ;) Just be sure they know what you want and they be open to discussing options. Our day was magical and we can't wait to go back and visit the family! :)
