We were thrilled with our experience with Doug and the Boathouse; it was exactly what we wanted! We did a sunrise wedding (7 a.m.) on the patio with about 30 people and then had the most incredible brunch ever. (We really appreciated the fac...t that Doug was willing to give us this date even though we realized after setting it that it was Father's Day, when he would have brunch after us as well.)
We lucked out on the weather (only 65 for the low overnight, around 70 degrees at wedding time, with no wind), but part of what we loved about using the Boathouse was the fact that we could have 3 options: fully outdoors, up on the covered deck, or inside if needed.
Doug and his staff were very accommodating and the pricing was incredibly reasonable for the quality of food. Doug also gave recommendations for flowers and any other vendors we needed.
You will not find another venue in wine country with this level of service at this price - we feel VERY fortunate to have been directed to the Boathouse, and will definitely be returning for meals in the future! Thank you! Joey & Lou
