they claimed her name was not on it even though our name was all over the contract and the room block. The night front desk person claimed that there was no manager on duty. However they had four other weddings booked for that weekend. So I highly doubt that they would have no manager on duty with five weddings booked. I asked multiple times to have conjoining rooms for my fiance and grimsman so the boys could have a place to get ready and was reassured multiple times that we would have it and day they did not give them conjoining rooms and I had to leave an event to come in and speak with them to make sure that it was resolved. Lastly, I had confirmed with them multiple times that I could have a package delivered to me at the hotel and they had said that I could and then they turned away the package the morning of which contained things I needed for my wedding the next day. Luckily one of my bridesmaids had a relative that worked for UPS and we were able to find it at the distribution factory and drive an hour to go get it, but working with them was nothing short of a nightmare and multiple guests complained about the person working in the evenings.

Working with Colleen during the planning process was okay, but not exceptional. There was a long delay in receiving the shuttle schedule as promised, and the staff seemed overwhelmed by the number of weddings they were blocking. The staff on site were quite rude overall to almost every wedding guest I spoke with. Curt and lacking both patience and empathy. The rooms were fine and the space was clean enough, but they seriously need to improve in their customer service and friendliness. We were glad to have them for the shuttle, but I wouldn't stay here again.

outstanding. They have a great conference room that we used to get the bridal party ready in, which they provided tabletop and full length mirrors for. Also, the property was fully booked but you would have thought we were their only group, as they were extremely attentive to us and whatever needs we may have had.

and from Fox Hills. The rooms and general atmosphere are great, and I enjoyed working with their team! I would definitely recommend anyone stay here, or book their wedding hotel block here!
