Crystal and her crew were amazing from start to finish. Everyone’s hair and makeup came out stunning. All the girls still looked like themselves but the most beautiful version. Several people came up to my bridesmaids and complimented us on how fantastic we all looked. Crystal is sweet, professional, passionate, educated in all areas within the business, and super responsive. The day of the wedding Crystal and I decide to throw out the trial makeup and I trusted her full-heartedly. It was the best decision since what I thought I wanted was not a good match for my dress and the whole “LOOK”. I truly felt beautiful and Crystal made that happen. Melissa did my hair to perfection. Minor tweaks were made from the trial--Melissa listened to what I wanted to executed it flawlessly. The team stayed on top of timing and made the morning stress free and fun! I hired Crystal and her team for my June 2025 wedding and had no regrets! I had both my hair and makeup done by them and everything was exactly how I pictured it! After my trial, I had a few things I wanted to change and Crystal was so open and receptive to it. Shelby did my hair and it came out just as I hoped. They take their time and pay close attention to detail. The team is also so fun to have on the day of your wedding! They are energetic and chatty, and everything a bride needs to feel hyped for the big day! You won't have any worries with this team.

I can't say enough good things about Crystal and her team! She was so responsive from our first interaction and was so easy to work with. She was clear with all expectations, trials and pricing. Myself and all my bridesmaids felt absolutely beautiful! And all our hair and make-up held up all night even with all the wedding day tears! Crystal was so wonderful to work with! She brought such great energy to our getting-ready morning and made me feel so beautiful. Crystal was amazing! I was a last minute bride and really needed someone I could trust without a trial. Crystal was quick and easy to communicate with which made booking so easy. She came to my house and really let me be present on my big day without any worries. Cannot recommend her enough!

To say that Crystal and her team took care of me and my ladies on the morning of my wedding would be the understatement of the century. CRYSTAL, Shelby, and Melissa are beyond talented, funny, and kind. Not only do they bring endless talent with them, Crystal put together a little emergency kit for each of the ladies including lip stick touch up, liquid IV, a fan, tissues, and so so much more! I don’t even have the words to express how amazing Crystal is, and the same goes for Shelby! Crystal has been doing my make up for all of my biggest life milestones so it was no brainer to choose her for my most important day. She’s always extremely reliable and professional, and has the best personality to have on stressful occasions. She knows exactly what to say or do to make the day great and to handle any stress that would arise. Both Crystal and Shelby kept the day running smooth and even put us ahead of schedule (added bonus for more pictures!). I can’t thank her enough for all the love and support throughout the years, but especially for my wedding day. I will definitely be using her services again!

Crystal and Shelby were a dream to work with. They were recommended to us by our other vendors who said crystal and her team were amazing. They made myself, my maid of honor, my mother, mother in law, and grandmother in law feel comfortable and peaceful the morning of our wedding. We did not feel rushed, though they were extremely timely and ahead of schedule. They arrived right on time to the venue and were ready for us. It is always great to hear you’re running early! Communication prior to the event was great. We were able to relax and laugh with them easily. Everyone loved their hair and makeup despite having different styles and preferred looks. My bridal makeup and hair turned out even more beautiful than my trial! It lasted the whole night, tears and sweat included! I couldn’t have asked for a better glam team!! I cannot recommend Crystal Vazquez and Company enough for wedding hair/makeup! Crystal (makeup) & Brie (hair) were absolutely amazing. It was such a relaxing and fun morning getting ready! My makeup lasted through many tears and my hair stayed in place through hours of dancing! I felt so beautiful on my wedding day. Thank you for everything!

Crystal and Shelby were incredible! I hired them a year out from the wedding and was always confident that I had made the right choice. Crystal was extremely detail-oriented and clear in her communication right off the bat. During my hair and makeup trial a few months before the wedding, Crystal and Shelby listened to my preferences and created a look better than I had imagined. I don't wear makeup or do my hair on a regular basis, so I was worried before the trial that I would be shocked by an over-done look. That wasn't the case at all, I still looked like myself but just an elevated version of myself. The day of the trial, my fiancé and I went to our wedding venue (a summer camp) and spent the day walking around and measuring spaces, rearranging furniture, and even got caught in the rain. My hair and makeup stayed intact the entire time. Even 10 hours later once we returned home, my hair and makeup were intact. I was in awe. I felt even more confident then that I had made the right choice. In the days leading up to our wedding, the forecast was calling for storms on our wedding day and we were planning on having an outdoor ceremony, with no real rain plan. Despite that, the one thing I was certain about was that even if it did rain during our ceremony, my hair and makeup would remain the same. Luckily, it did not end up raining. Crystal and Shelby also did hair/makeup for my sister, officiant, mom, MIL, aunt-in-law, and 97 year old grandmother-in-law. Despite a big range of ages and facial features/ethnicities, Crystal and Shelby thrived in making everyone look like an elevated version of themselves. They listened to everyone's visions, and everyone was so happy with the way their look turned out! Besides their talents, they are so easy to talk to and fun to be around! They helped me relax and enjoy the day!

We absolutely LOVED working with Crystal and her team in every way! We are two brides, so Crystal put together two hair and makeup teams for our two bridal parties, and everyone absolutely loved how both their hair and makeup turned out. We were looking for a super natural look because neither of us wears makeup during our everyday lives, and Crystal and her team gave us the perfect amount of glam while keeping it natural and simple. Crystal is so easy to communicate with and so incredibly thoughtful and nice, and so are the rest of the ladies on her team. Crystal and her hair and makeup crew were simply amazing. I knew right away that she was the perfect person for hair and makeup. She is so personable, accommodating and invested. You can tell how much she loves what she does and how much she cares about you as a person. She takes the time to individualize your hair and makeup artist based on your preferences and their specialties. Mackenzie did my hair and Crystal did my makeup and I never felt more beautiful or felt more myself. They truly got the perfect look down for my wedding day. From the first consult, to the trial, to the wedding day everything was seamless and easy while working with Crystal.

Crystal was absolutely amazing! Her personality and confidence put everyone at ease in the bridal suite. She is so talented and talks you through every step that she is doing. My whole wedding party had inspiration photos and Crystal walked each person through how she could modify the look to best suit their skin. She really took the time to get the looks exactly how each person wanted it. Everyone looked so beautiful! It was so easy to schedule a trial and she was available for any questions / last minute changes. As someone who does not wear much makeup, I put all my confidence in her skills and was not disappointed. She gave me the perfect look for the perfect day!

I could not have made a better choice than Crystal and her team for my bridal party's hair and make-up. They created the most amazing environment during the day and I truly felt how much they wanted to make every detail perfect. Everyone in my bridal party loved the way their looks turned out. Crystal was incredibly prepared in terms of outlining a detailed scheduled ahead of time and also had amazing day of touch-up kits for each of us to take with us for the day. Crystal and her team are nothing short of wonderful. I got married at the Inn on Boltwood in August. On a personal level, Crystal is very pleasant to communicate with and accommodating. From a business perspective, she is organized and communicates well (responsive, provides necessary information/pricing, etc.). Her prices are incredibly reasonable, as well. She offers several “upgrades” for bridesmaids they can select which is nice, such as fake eyelashes. I had the benefit of Crystal being familiar with my venue, DJ, and photographers. She was able to recommend where to get ready, as well as assisting in establishing a realistic timeline. She helped coordinate a 3rd hair person when I had more hair/makeup requests than originally planned. I’ve been in some weddings where the “getting ready” process is absolute CHAOS… my wedding was the complete opposite. Crystal arranged the hair and makeup schedules ahead of time (with buffer time) and ensured everyone was ready on time. As far as the quality of hair and makeup - Crystal and her team were the best. Words don’t do it justice of how happy I was with my bridal hair and makeup. I’ve had my makeup done before, but have always walked away underwhelmed. This was not the case with Crystal, she knocked it out of the park! Similarly, my bridesmaids and the moms looked stunning. The hair stylist, Shelby, who did my hair was phenomenal. I have thin hair, and yet she created an up-do that I never dreamed my hair would cooperate with! Best of all, my hair and makeup lasted all night and through our after party (despite it being 80+ degrees that day). Plan early, and hire Crystal and her team for your bridal hair and makeup - you won’t regret the decision!

Crystal and her team were exceptional! I had originally booked a different vendor that the week before my wedding told me they would not be able to do it. I reached out to my wedding planner in a panic who connected me with Crystal and she was INCREDIBLE. She saved my wedding day and not only that but my makeup and all my bridesmaids was perfect and lasted the night. Crystal was wonderful to say the least! I am not a makeup expert by any means, and she was very patient and worked with me to find the best look for my wedding day. Crystal and her staff were amazing to work with for my wedding! Not only did everyones hair and make up looking stunning, but we also felt like models. They knew how to lighten the moo, keep everyone smiling and laughing. We had a range of ages getting ready in the morning, and Crystal, McKenzie, Shelby, and Brie knew how to treat everyone equally. Not only did the adults feel important but the flower girl and junior bridesmaid got the same respect as we all did. They listened to what everyone wanted and executed perfectly! The goody bags that Crystal made for everyone was also a nice added touch. We have received so many compliments from our family and friends about how beautiful we all looked. This girl made me and my girls look flawless! She was a riot! She helped calm my nerves before and during my day. She brought us little bridal emergency kits and makeup touchup kits for all of my girls. Her makeup skills are the absolute best. My bridesmaid had a spray tanning mishap and Crystal make it look like it never even happened! At our trial we used colors for my makeup I wasn't totally conformable using the day of the wedding. When I told her I wanted to do a different direction she was responsive and respectful of my decision and actually thanked me for being honest with her! She was amazing... I want to use her for my makeup for every event from now on!

Crystal is a miracle worker, I swear. First of all, she put up with my lack of responsiveness & rolled with the punches when I changed the entire day's timeline 1 week before our wedding. Second, she made me & my bridesmaids all look absolutely stunning--but also like ourselves, which is exactly what I was hoping for from my hair/makeup stylist. I gave her & Shelby some reference pics and they got exactly the vibe & style I was going for without missing a single beat. Additionally, Crystal knew our photographer (Four Wings Photography) & watching them work together as a team to get some crazy cool getting ready shots was a blast. Finally, one of the reasons I went with Crystal is because I wanted someone who could work with multiple skin tones, curly & wavy hair, and textured skin (I have acne), and she was the only artist I contacted who had thoughtful responses to my questions about the above. She's a professional, but she's also a blast, A+ 10/10, what a legend.

Best there is! Since we had a Covid backyard wedding the year before our larger party, I opted to do my trial for the small affair and absolutely LOVED the work Shelby did on my hair and makeup! Crystal was always so responsive over email and very flexible when it came to rescheduling due to Covid. On the wedding day, I asked about doing two looks and asked two stylists to stay all day for retouches and to do a second look. Crystal made it happen and was an amazing support all day. I was so happy that I could have a softer look with hair down for the ceremony, and a more dramatic look with hair up for the party! I can't recommend Crystal and her team enough! They are the best!

Crystal was amazing!! My bridal makeup was truly perfect for what I was looking for. My mother, who was hesitant to put on a lot of makeup, was so happy with Crystal's application and looked naturally beautiful. She is a pro at what she does and is so efficient on time. I absolutely loved working with Crystal and Shelby for my wedding hair and makeup! All of our looks were exactly what we wanted and looked beautiful. I was so sad to wash it all away at the end of the night because everything still looked perfect! Both women were so friendly and easy to talk to and Crystal even ran around and helped out with a couple of other little projects while Shelby finished up our hair. At the time I booked them I found their pricing pretty standard however they really went above and beyond what I expected so I think they are 100% worth what they charge and more. They were very quick to respond to me throughout the planning stages and always made me feel like a priority. I would absolutely recommend them!

Where do I even start?! They are simply the best. From getting back to me so quickly, to being organized and prompt over email, to checking in before the trial, sending advance wedding day schedule, Crystal and her team are the upmost professionals. And not to mention - incredibly talented! I was able to do a hair trial with Shelby, and she really listened to me, my vibe, needs and concerns. We chatted about the wedding venue, she saw pictures of my dress and the bridesmaids dresses, and she took the time to make sure I walked out of the trial feeling 100 percent happy and excited. And that was just the trial! Come wedding day, Shelby and Amanda were right on time, ready to go and we ran ahead of schedule. They are also the kindest people and we had so much fun chatting throughout the day. My updo was even MORE incredible the day of - Shelby clearly thought through some added touches and I could not have been happier. She made me feel like a princess with the best head of hair in the world. And, it literally lasted ALL NIGHT. Did not move, which is no small feat given the amount of hair I have. Everybody was commenting on how incredible it was!!! Shelby and Amanda also did a great job with the bridesmaids - they all looked stunning and were happy with their individual looks. I cannot recommend Crystal Vasquez & co enough. If you are Massachusetts and beyond, it shouldn't even me a question - book them for your wedding services and beyond. I hope I get another chance to see them!!

Having Crystal do my makeup and Mackenzie do my hair was like hanging out with old friends the morning of my wedding. I felt so relaxed and comfortable with both of them. Not to mention that I looked like an absolute knockout when they were finished with me!! They were both so personable, respectful, punctual, and responsive. As someone who doesn't wear makeup usually, it was a challenge to find a makeup artist who knew how to give me a natural look while giving some of my bridesmaids the more glam looks they desired. Shelby did just that; I felt absolutely beautiful, while still looking like myself! Mackenzie did a superb job on everyone's hair, working with many different styles, lengths, and textures. Possibly even more important, these ladies were laid back and professional, helping everyone achieve their desired looks on time. I loved being able to get ready in my own house.

I used Crystal Vazquez for hair the day of my wedding and I couldn't be happier. I was originally between Crystal's company and another vendor. Their timeliness of response and the way they genuinely cared about me as a client were my initial reasoning for going with them and boy am I glad I listened to my gut! I was fortunate to work with Shelby on my trail and then for day of. Shelby is incredible! I brought a few Pinterest pictures to show Shelby my vision at my trail and she blew my expectations out of the water. Side note, I met Crystal at my trial and learned about the vendor's history and I was so impressed with how personable and professional they were. Such great people! A few days prior to the wedding they checked in with a friendly email to set up day of timeline. Day of Shelby and Brie were punctual, kept a clean work space and completed 6 fantastic updos (they traveled to us). They fit in with all my bridesmaid helping to keep the vibe fun, while still staying professional. I was super impressed with their skill and ability to look at a few pictures and create exactly what each of my girls wanted. If you are looking for hair service I highly, highly recommend going with Crystal Vazquez & Co, asking for Shelby and Brie!

Crystal and her team were absolutely amazing! On the morning of my wedding, Crystal, Shelby, Jen, Kenz, and Bri, all arrived to do hair and makeup for my 9 bridesmaids, my mom, my mother-in-law, and myself. We had so much fun and everyone looked stunning. I had been nervous that there wouldn't be enough time for such a large group, but they were ahead of schedule and were even flexible with some of my indecisive bridesmaids who tested out two hairstyles. It ended up being an unseasonably hot September day, and everyone's make-up and hair remained flawless through the humidity and dancing. On top of the amazing job that the team did, Crystal even gave each of us the cutest touch-up kits, to carry in our purses for if we needed any reapplication. I very highly recommend Crystal Vazquez and Company!

Shelby and McKenzie did an incredible job! I have never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day. I appreciated that they really listened to what I wanted, were very receptive to feedback, and made me look like me, just the prettiest version of me. I do not wear a lot of make-up in normal day life, so it was really important to me that I didn’t look total foreign - I wanted to be recognizable as me! And they accomplished that! And my hair - I loved my hair so much. My inspiration picture was literally a photo I took of my television screen (I really liked Nicole Kidman’s hair at the Oscars!), and somehow they worked with my super fine, doesn’t-hold-a-curl-at-all hair to pull it off in a way that felt perfect for me. It looked gorgeous after my trial, and even better on my wedding day. And it held up ALL NIGHT: I danced for three hours straight, then went to our after party and closed the bar down at 2a, and my hair and make-up still looked perfect. They also did an amazing job on my two bridesmaids, my mom and my mother-in-law: they worked with what everyone wanted, and everyone felt really beautiful. Shelby and McKenzie were also super organized: they created a schedule for the day, so everyone knew exactly when they were getting what done, and we actually ran ahead of schedule - which was amazing! It gave me a little time to relax (and eat something!) before putting my dress on. I would hire this team again in a heartbeat.

They were unbelievably timely, accommodating of my sister-in-law's very specific ideas about her up-do, and did an amazing job making sure that each braided up-do matched personalities while also working together. It was super hot and humid at our outdoor wedding but everything they did held up all day! We would highly recommend them!!
