Our photo booth attendant, Alexis, helped keep our guests entertained at the photo booth and it was a huge hit. I really appreciated that she made a point to find my husband and me later on in the evening to remind us to get some photos at the photo booth before the night was over. Even before the big day, coordinating with Elite was a breeze. Josi and Ansley were wonderful throughout preparation for the event, and in the days leading up to the wedding when we had minor changes here and there. Elite is on top of their game and is truly focused on making your event exactly what you want it to be. We would highly recommend their services!

Josi helped us with the music process and we had Jack as our DJ. Both of them were very helpful in regards to what to expect and/ or suggestions at certain parts of the wedding and reception. Jack was a great DJ and set a fun tone for the whole night. I would highly recommend the Elite team!!

We actually initially booked Elite Entertainment for our wedding on May of 2020, and when we were forced to postpone two different times due to the pandemic, Elite Entertainment was very understanding and helpful with rebooking. We had the pleasure to work with Rob & Josi during the process, had Cam as our DJ and we worked with Ansley for our photobooth. They were all professional, prompt, and a pleasure to work with.

There was nothing to big or too small they couldn’t do, even with a challenging venue like getting married on top of a mountain at 12000+ elevation!!! Seriously, they are truly the best in business!!!

husband and I are both musicians, so the music was especially important to us. Elite was there every step of the way making sure everything ran smoothly and suited our tastes, and it absolutely did. Everyone danced and had the best time, and we have the photo booth snapshots to cherish forever too!

vide the playlist because we had many different cultures/nationalities at our wedding so I wanted certain songs to be played. We had multiple Zoom meetings with Jack to go over the playlist to make sure the songs are played in the right order. We danced all night! He also did a good job transitioning the wedding events. We also got a photo booth from Elite but were unsure whether we need it given everyone has their phones but I AM SO GLAD we did, it was a hit! All of our guests loved it and we received soooo many fun photos! At the end of the day I highly recommend Elite, its great value for the $$$ and A++++ service!

We met with Joel for a few beers and really i had no idea what we were supposed to talk about or any specific questions for him, just wanted to make sure i liked him and he got us. He was great. Had us laughing and when he showed up day of the wedding instantly had us at ease. He truly made our wedding what it was, from the music to the announcing to just keeping the flow going smoothly!! Couldn't of picked a better guy. We didnt give him many music recommendations but he was so good at reading the room that at the end of the wedding we had a couple people ask us if we had made and given him a playlist & they were shocked when we hadn't. The photo booth was a hit and Elite was flexible with setting it up in front of our ceremony backdrop after the ceremony. The attendant was sweet, helpful and our guests had a great time taking pictures all night!

r guests were up and dancing all night. Prior to the wedding, I was impressed by the pre-planning website and proactive communication with Ryan to make sure all the details were vetted. However, at the event, my husband and I had to manage the timing for some of the items we discussed previously with Ryan (reminding certain songs to be played prior to the photographer leaving, reminding the start of the speeches, having guests request songs when we asked that songs requests not be played). My expectation was this would all be handled according to the timeline provided and discussed so I was slightly disappointed that we needed to focus on that but happy the guests enjoyed the music and danced all night.

I did confront the DJ afterward and he said he could not find my do not play list. But overall everything else was absolutely perfect. Including the music played during dinner. It was absolutely perfect!!! Thank you ELITE!!

My absolute favorite part was the twinkle wall pipe and drape for behind our sweetheart table. I can not say enough about our amazing DJ, Ryan who kept the music going and the dance floor full all night, the photo booth attendant who worked with all our craziness, and the gorgeous touches that brought a traditional ballroom to life. I highly recommend Elite - they make everything SO easy, and having the ability to hire one company to do so much makes it not only more cost efficient, but SO much easier when planning a wedding. We used their green screen and put images of Australia backdrops for the photos and it was exactly what I envisioned! And set us a part from all other weddings :) They were very professional and organized which I very much appreciated. You could tell they really cared about what we wanted and I had all the confidence in them that I did not need to worry about a thing on our special day! Highly recommend!!
