I Do Chair Covers and Chiavari Chairs Toledo

Amazing ! I Do Rentals offered such a selection different than the same old worn out products I saw elsewhere. Alice was wonderful. I rented the sequin linens, napkins, and chair covers for my bridal shower and it was beautiful. Using them for my wedding, can’t wait!

Alice was PHENOMENAL to work with. She is a beautifully spirited woman who has so much excitement and enthusiasm for what she does. When ordering the linens Alice made sure to answer all of my questions and help me anything I needed. When we went to pick up the linens she made sure we had everything we needed and took time out of her day to talk to us. When we got to the venue we realized after putting all the chair covers on that something was not right about them. Her husband came to the wedding venue and brought us ALL NEW chair chair covers. I don't know what business would take time out of their busy schedule to make sure everything was perfect with our ceremony. I was so grateful to have such a wonderful family business be apart of our wedding and I would recommend them to everyone. Alice business truly cares about the people she rents to and wants to make sure everything is perfect. Her linens were perfectly ironed and pressed for the day of the wedding. The colors were beautiful. Thank you so much!

Everything was amazing! Exactly as Alice said it would be! She was so much fun to work with! Her linens and chair covers were the best I saw in Toledo in all my wedding planning. They arrived on the day clean, pressed, and on time...very different than what some of the bridesmaids experienced with other companies! Highly highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Alice!! She is extremely flexible, professional, and detail oriented. I came to her clueless!! She gave me AMAZING advice!! The day of the wedding I had only 2 hours to set up the reception hall Alice was there early to set up. The linens were perfect!!

We worked with Alice for our chairs, linens and chargers for our wedding. We are so happy that we did! The linens were crisp and the chairs and chargers were in perfect shape! Her eye for detail is incredible! She made suggestions and I am so happy we listened because she made our day so beautiful! Our friends all say we should submit photos from the wedding to different blogs and that is due in large part to the things we rented from Alice! I cannot imagine our day without her help!

We rented chair covers and floor-length white table linens from Alice at I-do chair covers and were very happy with the service we received.

I asked for a tie on the chairs that they hadn't done, and they were more than willing to do it for me, from a picture I sent. It came out beautifully. They were very easy to work with.

I absolutely loved working with Alice Kemmer, the owner of this business. She gave great advice on what colors I should choose for my chair covers and sashes. When I arrived at my reception, I was blown away at how beautiful the chairs looked. Best in Toledo and surrounding area!

I would be very careful renting from Alice and I Do Chair rentals. The linens she provided were of good quality so I can't complain about the product. However, when we went to pickup the linens, she wasn't home so her daughter gave us the order (she later emailed me saying we were given too many and we had to pay the difference which was fine). My mother in law returned the linens that Monday and she wasn't home again. The next day, we got an invoice charging us $25 for each overlay saying we ruined beyond repair--four of them. That being said: the overlays were from an online site Linen Table Cloth (I know this because when were were outside her house there was a delivery box from them...on the site, the same exact overlay cost $2.95. I understand the need to recover damaged goods but I believe part of her business model is to not be present upon return of goods. She and my husband had a long talk and she started threatening legal action and being a total bully (my husband is a lawyer). I couldn't believe the horrible experience and awful taste she left. IF YOU RENT FROM HER MAKE SURE YOU SHE IS PRESENT AT PICKUP AND DROP OFF AND THAT SHE SIGNS OFF ON THE INVOICE
