Prime Time Party Rental has been Southwest Ohio's largest wedding and special event decor rental company for over 25 years. We specialize in tents, tables, chairs, dinnerware, specialty linens, lounge furniture and more!
No appointment is needed to visit our 15,000 sq.ft. showroom where you can see everything we rent on display. The showroom is always set with the latest event trends and is a great place to look for decor inspiration.
The Linen Design Center is a popular area in the showroom that allows you to set tables with linens, centerpieces and dinnerware to create the perfect wedding tablescapes for you and your guests.

We went through Prime Time for all of our rentals, and they did not disappoint. Delivery and pickup were completely seamless, and everything from linens and glassware to tables, chairs, and the dance floor looked great! They clearly take great care of their equipment and ensure everything arrives in good condition.

The staff that came to set the table, chairs, tent, and lighing up were absolutely incredible and professional. Everything was done in a timely manner. NOT the way to treat a bride (or anyone for that matter!) on the day before her event. Also, they sent runners to my reception venue that were different lengths. Luckily my organizer caught that one and had them correct the error. Just keep on top of your order details if you choose this company. I know I won't be a customer again.

so many questions for us. We liked that they had a special area where you can try on all the linens and see how they work together, which we had tried one other rental place and all of their inventory was displayed up high where we could only look at it. There was one tablecloth in particular that I had really liked and wanted to see on a table and I was told that I had to wait 2 weeks while they ordered it in. Prime Time just made things so much easier. Everything was perfect on the wedding day, and I had so much peace of mind knowing that our wedding would look just like we had envisioned it. Highly recommend!

is really no one else in the area who can match them. A few days before the wedding they called to say the napkins we wanted had been damaged in cleaning. They upgraded us to a higher quality linen and refunded us for the cost napkins completely. So we got our napkins for free. Their service really can not be beat.

also loved their website, it was very informative. There were some issues when we got our rentals. we rented the chivari chairs, and one leg was bent up- we were unable to use it. Also, we rented the black & red lounge furniture- couches, tables & ottomans and they were leather items that hadn't really been maintained. There were some rips in the leather, exposing the padding & wood, pen marks, stains... not really neat looking. But overall, I was very happy with the service I recieved and will definitely be renting again if I have another event.

above & beyond helping me out. We had originally only ordered the amount of reception chairs that weren’t included in our package (30). However when we finally got a look at the horrible condition of the chairs at our venue I called and asked to change it to all inexpensive white ceremony chairs because we couldn’t afford 130 banquet style chairs and wasn’t expecting that extra expense for new chairs or chair covers. They gave us the banquet style chairs for the same cost as the folding white ones we ordered for the ceremony. It was above and beyond and I’m still truly grateful for their generosity. They worked out perfectly. They definitely gained a customer for life for any party supply needs we ever need in the future.

Also, they are the cheapest place around if you're going to Shaker Run. Or anywhere really. They give a good price, in a professional manner.
