Prime Time Party Rental provided plates, silverware, goblets, and champagne glasses for a styled shoot I recently put on and they were a pleasure to work with! We chose the Cincinnati location for Prime Time and were able to create a lovely table for our daughter and son-in-law's wedding. They were very easy to work with. We were recommended by our wonderful wedding planner Heidi at itheewed. We ordered the table linens (lovely), plates, glassware, and cutlery ... we had our own napkins custom sewn so did not need napkins. Thank you Prime Time.
Prime Time Party Rental made our wedding reception absolutely beautiful. We rented white chairs, copper flatware and a dusty blue water goblet. It really made our space come together perfectly. They delivered everything on time and also picked it up the Monday after the wedding.
Easy to work with and great customer service!
Working with them was very easy! They had everything I needed and delivery was prompt in the morning so there was plenty of time to set everything up.

Terrible. The dance floor was unusable and a safety hazard and getting in contact with anyone was ridiculously difficult. The owner was abrasive and dismissive and berated one of my bridesmaids when she tried to deal with the issue. He even tried to claim the employee who had been handling my rental didn't work for the company. Added tons of unnecessary stress and frustration to an already stressful time. Not the sort of product or service I had expected from such an established company.
Kimmy was super helpful when it came to renting our linens! They were a reasonable price and they give plenty of time for pick up and drop off!
We rented a tent and chairs from PrimeTime, and were extremely happy with the entire process. The tent was perfect for our needs, and the team at PrimeTime was wonderful to work with and very responsive.
Primetime has reasonable prices and delivered their items within the time window promised. The crew who delivered our rentals was incredibly professional and helpful with setup!! We couldn't have been happier with the delivery crew. However, one table that was delivered was broken and could not be used and a majority of the white chairs ordered looked worn out/dirty. Overall, a good vendor for their prices!
Prime Time Party Rental was recommended to us by our wedding venue. They are reasonably priced, very organized, and professional and were always available when I had questions about our order. They arrived promptly the day of the wedding and set up the outdoor ceremony chairs exactly the way I had envisioned and conveyed to them. The white garden chairs were of excellent quality. We were very pleased we chose to rent from Prime Time Party Rental.

We went and picked out our linens and table settings, and all the employees started to help out! You can tell they really love what they do! And our wedding was absolutely stunning, just our taste: tailored, classy, and with a few vintage and rustic aspects! I couldn't have been happier!!
We rented a ton of stuff from Prime Time for our wedding and everything worked out perfectly! They are so easy to work with and are willing to help each step of the way. The quality of their products is fantastic! I would 100% recommend working with them for any rental needs!
It was so great that they delivered everything, set it up, took it down, and took it all away! Also the gold sequin table cloth for the cake table was BEAUTIFUL!

Lacey saved the day and even ordered in more tablecloths after a mishap with my caterer! She took me through and helped advise what colors and overlays matched my vision for the day. Prime Time took care of my day and even got a linen that was mistakenly removed from my order out to the venue before our wedding began. They have an amazing selection of decor and their rentals transformed our reception space into something so special! I am so grateful for their help!
My mother has always used Prime Time for every event, so of course we used Prime Time for my wedding. They were so helpful, especially with the table linens! In total the consultants spent hours with us trying different combinations of linens and setting up the tables to find the perfect look to fit my wedding. It all turned out beautiful, exactly what I was looking for.
Also, Prime Time was very professional and on time when dropping off what we ordered to our reception venue. That helped to make everything run smoothly and stress free.
We rented table clothes and chairs. Everything was great
The rentals were fine and the price was ok. The only problem were changes made to my delivery which were not discussed with me. My time was wasted (not to mention the venue's time) waiting for a delivery that did not show. When I called the employee who answered was very curt and not in the least bit apologetic. NOT the way to treat a bride (or anyone for that matter!) on the day before her event. Also, they sent runners to my reception venue that were different lengths. Luckily my organizer caught that one and had them correct the error. Just keep on top of your order details if you choose this company. I know I won't be a customer again.
We booked them for our table linens and chairs. They had so much to choose from that it was a little overwhelming at first! Everyone was so helpful, especially Andrea who answered so many questions for us. We liked that they had a special area where you can try on all the linens and see how they work together, which we had tried one other rental place and all of their inventory was displayed up high where we could only look at it. There was one tablecloth in particular that I had really liked and wanted to see on a table and I was told that I had to wait 2 weeks while they ordered it in. Prime Time just made things so much easier. Everything was perfect on the wedding day, and I had so much peace of mind knowing that our wedding would look just like we had envisioned it. Highly recommend!
Not the best service but items were as described, and arrived as expected.
Reasonable prices and great selection. Sales associate was very helpful in helping us pick out the rentals for our wedding day. All of the correct rentals were delivered on time and in good condition.
Prime time did an excellent job. They developed a layout that was perfect for our somewhat custom/quirky outdoor space at our home. The tent was perfect, as was the dance floor, all of the tables, and the chairs. Our wedding was everything we wanted it to be and more.
We used primetime to rent linens, chairs, and a a few bistro tables for our wedding. Our venue had an exclusive deal with Prime Time, but they had such a wide selection that there is really no one else in the area who can match them. A few days before the wedding they called to say the napkins we wanted had been damaged in cleaning. They upgraded us to a higher quality linen and refunded us for the cost napkins completely. So we got our napkins for free. Their service really can not be beat.
Amber with Prime Time helped us book our rehearsal dinner and worked with us for our reception. They have an amazing new building and are eager to help you build your reception tables when you go in. We only needed chair covers but when we were first planning we did go in and play around with everything they have.
Prime Time was very professional throughout the whole process reserving the items I needed. They were also very accommodating when it came to payment arrangements. It was great! I also loved their website, it was very informative. There were some issues when we got our rentals. we rented the chivari chairs, and one leg was bent up- we were unable to use it. Also, we rented the black & red lounge furniture- couches, tables & ottomans and they were leather items that hadn't really been maintained. There were some rips in the leather, exposing the padding & wood, pen marks, stains... not really neat looking. But overall, I was very happy with the service I recieved and will definitely be renting again if I have another event.
150+ chairs left on large wooden dollies instead of delivered to the dining room as promised. Dance floor was a muddy mess. Delivery personnel left venue without getting a signature from venue personnel. Worst of all was rude reaction from company when called to complain. Took multiple calls and threat of legal action to get them to send 2 guys back. Those 2 guys were the only bright spot to this company. Also some chairs damaged and unusable. The price looks good but in this case, you really do get what you pay for! Save your sanity. Use another company.
Prime time rentals caused a great deal of stress the week of the wedding due to late delivery of our rentals. Delivery was supposed to be on Wednesday or early Thursday the week of the wedding, and they did not make it until 6pm on Thursday, which unfortunately was right in the middle of our rehearsal! Upon setup, the pipe and drape were different sizes and would need to changed. Prime time did offer us a discount due to the errors, but the added stress during the wedding week really left a bad impression with us.
PTPR had exactly what I was looking for my rustic/modern wedding. We used navy table linens w/ the chevron runners and it was absolutely gorgeous in the barn venue we had selected. They were helpful anytime I went into the shop to "trial" our options and offered advice when it came to ordering quantities of plateware and barware.
The day of, while setting up, we discovered that we were short a few linens that we had ordered. We put a call into PTPR and they were already on there way to the venue with the remaining product. There was no fuss, just a FAST solution.

Ele called them to make sure Prime Time had what we needed and got us a quote since they wouldn't have one for the day of our wedding. We just had to call verify the rental, paid over the phone, pick it up, and have it back by Monday after the wedding. That was it. The stand was already assembled too. It held around 135 cupcakes I think and was a 5 tier with the top being the size for our 6" round cake.
They supplied all of our ceremony chairs, banquet style reception chairs, and a few tables. They delivered quickly, were extremely easy to work with, and friendly. They also went above & beyond helping me out. We had originally only ordered the amount of reception chairs that weren’t included in our package (30). However when we finally got a look at the horrible condition of the chairs at our venue I called and asked to change it to all inexpensive white ceremony chairs because we couldn’t afford 130 banquet style chairs and wasn’t expecting that extra expense for new chairs or chair covers. They gave us the banquet style chairs for the same cost as the folding white ones we ordered for the ceremony. It was above and beyond and I’m still truly grateful for their generosity. They worked out perfectly. They definitely gained a customer for life for any party supply needs we ever need in the future.
They were wonderful to work with. They were so wonderful that they coordinated everything with the venue. I didn't even have to worry about a single thing once I made the payment.
As a matter of fact, I don't know how or when the chairs got there, or got picked up. But it was definitely a job well done.
Also, they are the cheapest place around if you're going to Shaker Run. Or anywhere really. They give a good price, in a professional manner.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for rentals. We rented them for chairs, but they offer so much more!
Good Service
The store is very nicely laid out with their stuff arranged for table displays. They will even let you pull out your colors to make a mock up. They only problem is they are only open 8-12 on Saturdays and it is usually very busy!
Preferred this rental company to another one we also used.
We rented 6 bistro tables for our cocktail hour area, as well as a cake table overlay, and two burlap runners for the head table. It was delivered on time and we did not have any issues.
Very nice tent. It was spacious and fit everyone in it. Overall good experience.

They were simply fantastic. We went and looked around and they were helpful in matching colors and material to go along with our theme for the wedding. They were patient as I changed my mind several times and when we were short a few things because of unexpected last minute RSVPs they dropped stuff off quickly and we had it in plenty of time!
We used this company for renting a large tent, tables, chairs and linens. Overall very impressed. There was some confusion with the number of sides ordered vs. delivered and the price, but it all worked out. They delivered and set up everything and matched the price of the tent to a place we found that had them for cheaper so that we would bundle with their company for the rest.

The tent was in place, all ready for the reception. It was so nice that we didn't have to pick it up, put it up or take it down!
We also got our table clothes and napkins from Prime Time.
I sent my mom here to get my chair covers and sashes. They helped her find the color that I wanted. Everything was in place in a timely manner. I had no concerns my wedding day that something wasn't going to get done. I recommend that you pay them to put the covers on and the sashes. Why cause yourself worry?
Rented chivari chairs with Prime Time. I never worried about them once. The customer service is fantastic, chairs were gorgeous. They are true professionals.
They offer a fantastic service with great options and very helpful staff. I am so glad I rented all of our rental from them from chairs to dishware.

We used Prime Time to rent all of our linens and our cupcake tree. They worked directly with Elite, our catering company, so all we had to do was go once and pick out what we wanted, and everything else was taken care of. Super easy, and a great value. It's way easier to rent than buy everything. Definitely recommended.
We rented a tent, tables, chairs, heaters, lighting, and park benches. Everything was delivered and installed quickly. Would definitely work with them again!
I only have good things to say about working with PrimeTime! The staff was very helpful, and I loved being able to see the things I wanted to rent in the show room. My now husband and I visited multiple times and dressed tables per how are tastes were changing (Bart warned us this would happen as well!) Overall everything was beautiful and the delivery staff was very helpful the day before, doing everything they could to make sure we had the correct items and correct set-up. In the months leading up to day, I spoke often with Amy Grasso who continued to stay positive and was a great help overall!
Prime Time Party Rental to the rescue! My daughter's wedding was a destination in Key West. We decided to have a simple non formal reception for family and friends in our hometown a few weeks after their return from their honeymoon. We ordered chair covers and sashes for just the head table, but decided we would let it go for the rest of the chairs in keeping to the "simple" reception theme. The night before the reception we decorated the venue. Within in minutes of completing the decorations we knew we needed chair covers for all. The morning of the reception with a hope and prayer I called Prime Time Party Rental at 9 am and asked the question, do you have 136 chair covers? We need them before 3:30 today. Not only did they have the chair coveres and sashes they delivered them and put them on. When our guest arrived the venue looked wonderful! Thank you Prime Time Party Rental for saving our simple reception!
We used PRime Time for our dance floor, extra china/glassware/silverware, and for our centerpieces - and they were GREAT! There prices are uncomparable and they have SOOO many options. They provide anything and everything you would need for a wedding reception and were so easy tow ork with. Our venue even made numerous comments about how amazing they were to work with - definitely recommend!!

I decided super last minute that I wanted colored table cloths for food and bar tables and called them hoping they'd have something...and they did! They were so helpful with helping me stay in my budget and had ideas on how to make what I was renting work best for me.
I got my tablecloth overlays, chair sashes/bows and table runners all from Prime Time Party Rentals. They came together great and the people at the shop really we patient with me as i made my decisions (there is just so much to choose from!). They are flexible with your numbers and you can call a few weeks before to remove or add any items you may need. Prime time provided a great environment for my wedding.
I went in, told them I just needed chairs for a ceremony at local park. They immediately showed me options and prices, and told me they've worked in that park several times before and knew the layout of the ceremony site and exactly how long it would take to set up and tear down. Day of they showed up on time and set up 100 chairs in less than 15 mins and waited until all my guest were gone to remove the chairs.
I highly recommend anyone in the Dayton/Cincinnati area to use Prime Time as their party rental place. They are wonderful to work with, considering I changed my color scheme twice. It was not a problem!! I loved going to the showroom to look around. They were earlier than the delivery time they provided and the staff was always nice and friendly. They have everything you need and is well priced!!!

I got married this past June the 9th and used prime time for all my linen needs. They were EXTREMELY helpful, even when I needed to make a few changes the day before the wedding! I love that you can go in the showroom and put your tables together so you'll know exactly what it will look like the day of! Everyone at Prime time was so friendly and did a wonderful job to get in exactly what I wanted in my decor. I worked with Angela and she was so patient and friendly she also had a lot of great suggestions on what would look good together and what she had seen other people do before. Us brides are lucky to have a company like Prime Time to help make our wedding reception just how we envisioned it!
We got married April 21st, and had a great experience working with Amber at Prime Time. She was so knowledgeable and helpful, and we loved working with her.
We were missing a door to our tent, and we had issues with the dimmers to the chandaliers in the tents, but loved our tablecloths, chairs, bar, "chill and serve table, and so on!
They have an amazing selection and would definitely use Prime Time again in the future.

This company was very easy to contact but make sure you read over your contract very carefully. They're supposed to have a list of each item you need but they dont tell you if you've forgotten something. For example, I ordered all of our table clothes but they didnt include the head tables on our contract so I didnt get them until the day of the wedding. My suggestion as a bride is to make a list of each item and make sure you check it off when reading over your final contract with them.
On the other hand, the setup crew was amazing!! They really made using this company worth wile. They know what they're doing and offered very useful suggestions that accompanied weather condutions and available space. They were fantastic! Thanks again guys.
Our total price was $4,000. That included renting a tent, leather chairs, china, stemware, flatware, 34 mahogany chairs, and a dance floor.
All of my centerpieces came from here and my table covers and chairs. Everything was beautiful, everyone was so nice!
Perhaps "expensive" is not true of all of their rentals, but the drape I rented was quite pricey. However, their set-up looked great. I had no problems dealing with this vendor and they performed the services as agreed, per contract. I rented a drape to separate the space, as I had my ceremony and reception in the same place. The burly guy who set up the drape even tied the bows/sashes on the drape, so I am pleased. But, it was over $400.00 to do so. I would recommend them.
I ended up 50 chairs short at my reception venue about 2 weeks before the wedding. I checked out Prime Time online and gave them a call. They were able to set everything up over the phone--I never set foot in their office. The chairs were there when I got to the church to decorate and they picked them up on Monday. No mess, no fuss. Price was reasonable, too.
Our venue provided much of what we needed, and our caterer coordinated with Prime Time to get most of what the venue didn't have. However, we opted to rent chairs for the ceremony and to have a sweetheart table for the two of us and handled those rentals ourselves. They delivered on-time and were available to clean up by the time stipulated by our venue. They're quick, efficient, and they're reasonably priced.
Prime time has a LARGE variety of things that anyone could possibly need for a wedding. I purchased all of my own stuff, however after recieving a final head could I realized that I did not have enough. Prime time steped up and assisted me in getting everything that I needed in just a few days. They were very kind and professional.
I rented tablecloths from Primetime and could not have been more pleased with the product and the service. The number of options to choose from in their showroom ensured that I found exactly the fabrics, styles, and colors that I wanted. Every staff person I encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to want to do everything they could to make my big day special. I would recommend Primetime to any bride wanting fabulous linens and a stress-free experience on her wedding day!

Everyone was so friendly at PTPR. I went into the show room, where they helped me select linens that worked with my color scheme, while still looking elegant. They also set-up the room for me the day of the wedding and it looked AMAZING! For a small fee, it was worth having them deliver, set-up and pick-up the linens. There is so much to do the day of the wedding, it was nice having once less thing to worry about, or delegate!
In the last year I have planned and implemented both my mom's wedding and most recently my daughter's wedding. Prime Time Party Rental has been kind, gracious and professional at all times. At my daughter's wedding, we had an issue with the chairs that were delivered. In only an hour, we had new (better) chairs and were refunded half of our money! Prime Time went "above and beyond: and this is what sets them apart from the other rental companies. I would highly recommend Prime Time Party Rental and look forward to working with them again.
I just want to express my gratitude to Primetime Party Rental and their staff. Last minute details are always hectic, but Primetime made me feel at ease and taken care of at all times. The staff was so over the top friendly and the Linen package we ordered was perfectly counted all the way down to the last napkin bling! The wedding was so elegant and we received so many compliments on how beautiful the entire room looked. When your doing a wedding yourself you need all the help you can get and Prime Time was awesome! They had ideas for me and could help out with a lot of the other vendors in the area to get me the exact wedding I wanted. I will definitely be back to Prime Time!
I rented chairs, tablecloths and napkins and everything looked great! I love that you can go to their showroom and decorate tables so you know what everything is going to look like on the day of the wedding! They also coordinated with my reception hall on when they could drop off all of the items and were on time which allowed us to get set up in plenty of time! Would highly recommend!
For our wedding we knew we was missing something for our reception site. We checked a couple of places and priced backdrops. We felt because we didn’t want a lot other places was not willing to work with us. When we got to primetime our experience was the opposite. They listened to us and provided us with the perfect touches that made our reception "wow" our guests and at a low cost.
It was very important to me to have chivari chairs at the wedding reception and prime time had the best price around. Their prices were so reasonable that as my wedding approached, I added more items on to rent. The tall vases (19 in) were at an unbeatable price and the chargers looked amazing. They even let us pick up the vases 4 days earlier since we were doing our own centerpieces and everything was boxed and ready to go when we arrived. Thanks Prime Time!
Prime Time has an amazing selection of table linens to choose from. It took my some time to pick out the right combination and made a few visits there. Each time, there was someone to patiently help me. They are very creative and are willing to help you find the perfect linens...even if it means trying every option possible! They were easy to work with and making changes was easy. Our reception would not have been as beautiful without the table linens from Prime Time!
They delivered the day before the wedding and had no problems or missing items. They picked up after the wedding and I never had to worry about a thing!
We only rented basic things from them and they still treated me like I was going to use them for everything!

I chose to use linens to change the look of my reception. I hate using all white. YAWN! So I went to prime time and found some GORGEOUS linens. They are expensive, but totally finished off the look. I also used them to rent high chairs (my venue didn't have any) and the cupcake stand. They were very easy to work with.
Due to my tiny budget and crew of helpful friends and family, I borrowed my tablecloths, etc and so did not need much in the way of rentals. However, I did end up renting several napkins to use as centerpieces, and although my order was tiny, they still gave me excellent service and treated my $15 dollar order like it was still important. The people were very friendly and helpful and if I had needed more things, I definitely would have gone through them.
Prime Time rentals had everything we were looking for and they were able to fulfill our request at sort-of the last minute!! We were very happy with what we got.
Even though they are an hour away from our Cincinnati venue, their prices were so low that they were cheaper than using a local party rental vendor. We rented elegant china with a platinum stripe and many other items.
We rented table linens and chairs for our wedding. Prime Time was very friendly every time I called, and they always sent us updated contracts quickly after changes were made (being able to stay on top of things for a bride is key!!). Delivery was on time, however the linens weren't clearly marked so it was kind of confusing as to which size table the linens went on (I didn't know the exact measurements of the table, and the package only said measurments, not even if they were circle or rectangle [it's harder to tell than you think lol]). Also, the chairs for our ceremony were delivered dirty (we heard they were sent over directly from another wedding) and we had to clean them ourselves the morning of the wedding. We told Prime Time about this issue and they gave us a full refund for the chairs, so the problem was taken care of very quickly and efficiently. I would reccommend Prime Time for wedding rentals. Their products are reasonably priced and the staff is very easy to work with.
We rental our chair covers and sashes from them. The quality was great for the price that we paid. We picked them up and put them on ourselves only one little problem was they switched up the chair covers and gave us the wrong kind. We got there and they had the situation taken care of in no time! My husband was shocked at how fast they were able to get us 200 new chair covers!
