Thankfully I had hired another photographer for the wedding and they snapped to action and delivered engagement photos free of charge! This seemed like an honest mistake, but the dishonesty was too much as we waited for him to feel ready to tell us. It also took some time to get a refund for the half we paid upfront for the session. Avoid and plan ahead!

communication was excellent, which made planning everything that much easier and less stressful. Joe showed up during our rehearsal, which was a welcoming surprise to us because it showed how committed he was to us and to making our wedding perfect. From the morning of our big day to the final dance, Joe and his colleagues were outstanding! They were fully involved from start to finish and everywhere in between. The day was such a whirlwind and we were so glad to have all those photos and videos to remember our special day by. We are extremely happy with the photo/video package we got from Joe and we can’t wait to pick up our final wedding album, which will be a keepsake for the rest of our lives that we can always look back on and cherish!
