contact Geovanny through the email and cell phone that he provided Clear Vision. When we spoke to him, he told us that it was great to speak on the phone because SOMETIMES HE GETS TO WEDDINGS AND DOES NOT KNOW WHO THE GROOM IS! On our wedding day, Geovanny showed up with an assistant that was learning how to be a videographer. We were not warned that he would be coming and he got in the way and took more time to teach him than if we just had one videographer. During our reception, Geovanny put a huge spotlight on the dance floor and it was a huge distraction for us and our guests. It was killing the ambiance of a dance floor. Because of this, my husband asked him to leave before the allotted time that we paid him for. When we got our video back, we were appalled. Geovanny missed the entrance announcement of our grandmothers. When he was shooting the MOH speech, he zoomed in so it was just her head and nothing else. He left the camera on a tripod most of the night and caught a wall during my brothers speech because my brother was walking around. The assistant is walking in front of guests during our first dance and is in the shot for some of the video. Also, some of the video looked like it was skipping. When I brought this up to the Clear Vision team, they basically said, "Sorry, nothing we can do. Geovanny did exactly what he should have." They did not take any responsibility for the fact that we had horrible raw footage because they hired someone that did not take a camera off a tripod. We had Clear Vision make a second edit to our video, but it still was not good because we did not have the raw footage to make it better. Once we got our raw footage, it took over 2 months to download hundreds of 10 second videos. I am sure there is a better way of giving someone raw footage that WE PAYED FOR! We saw in the raw footage that there actually was better footage of some of the speeches, but the editing team was just too lazy to jump from one angle to another. This company should not have 4.9 stars on The Knot. They were horrible to work with and did not want to listen when we were pointing out issues with our results. We were not expecting any money back, just some understanding and a second look at our video. We got pushed aside and were told that none of this was their fault.

It is a complex jenga to get good videography and photography at the same time because of competing concerns, and Anton was patient and thoughtful and really tolerant of the photographers needs. We also asked him to film short interviews with our wedding party and he accommodated this request without question and we are so appreciative that he accommodated this out-of-the-box request.
We had a very easy process with Clear Vision leading up to the day. A sales rep takes you through the different packages they offer. After you sign, you fill out a form detailing your wedding schedule and any special requests. Finally, close to your wedding, you are paired with your videographer. This is a little different than other videography companies but it allows Clear Vision to provide an affordable, streamlined solution for any couple that wants their day capture in-action without taking a hit to their budget.
Our final products were a highlight video of 3.5 min and a full length video of 35 min and both are professional and really well edited. We got to choose the music through an online platform they have, and they even found our first dance song for the highlight video! They also provide you with a form to submit any changes you might want and everything is very polished and professional from start to finish. We are so, so happy that we have such a lovely video of our day to share with family.

I decided that we might regret it if we don’t get video, and I reached out to Clear Vision again, slightly panicked, to see if they had availability for our Memorial Day Weekend wedding. And they did! What I loved about Clear Vision and ultimately the reason we ended up going with them was that they were incredibly accommodating and responsive, and you could pay for different packages with the ability to add on services AFTER the wedding. We ended up paying for just the basic package (only raw video) before the wedding. Our videographer was Austin, and he was incredible. He was so nice, and he worked so well with our photographer. He checked in with us and directed us when we needed it, but mostly we had no idea he was even there. We were so pleased. We received our raw wedding footage only a few days after our wedding and have absolutely loved going through it. Austin did a great job capturing all our big moments, and we are so happy we decided to book videography. We now get to relive those moments, such as our wedding vows and the amazing speeches our family gave, and see things we didn’t get to see, such as parts of cocktail hour and the bridal party walking down the aisle. to ALL details - i.e., requesting my preference on shots I wanted included, songs I wanted included in my final videos, etc. Outside of the standard "getting ready time" before the wedding, and the pictures immediately following the ceremony, I barely noticed the videographer all night, which is exactly what I wanted so that I could focus on enjoying my day. They also shared the "final" videos with me and continued to make any additional changes I requested until I was completely satisfied with everything officially being "final" (and I should add that it didn't take many rounds at all - they nailed it!). As if that wasn't enough, when I asked for assistance saving my videos onto a USB drive for my parents, Robert very generously went above and beyond to help me, which I truly appreciated. All in all, I am extremely happy with my experience working with Clear Vision and would absolutely recommend them to other couples looking for a quality product at a reasonable price.
