My wedding was in Sept 2023 and our videographer Bruno gave us the heads up earlier in the week that drone footage may not be possible due to the rain forecast. The plan was to get the drone footage after our getting ready photos and before the ceremony. The wedding day arrived and it was a light drizzle but getting heavier throughout the day... I was so bummed! But when Bruno arrived at the hotel, he told me he went to the venue first to get the drone footage instead of after when the rain picked up and it wouldn't be possible by then. I thought this was absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond to make it happen. He knew how important the drone footage was for me! I am so excited to see our wedding video and will update this review once I can speak more on the quality of the videos. For now, customer service, professionalism, timeliness, and reliability are A++

We had Paul as our videographer the day of the wedding and he was excellent! He captured everything we wanted and didn't know we needed. We had the option of the length of our videos and I love the highlight reel when I want to quickly relive our day, but love that we also have a 20 minute video when we want to spend more time with our memories. This was one of the best decisions we made to capture our special day, and we could never thank them enough for capturing it all!

was until 2 weeks before our wedding. It took us over a week to contact Geovanny through the email and cell phone that he provided Clear Vision. When we spoke to him, he told us that it was great to speak on the phone because SOMETIMES HE GETS TO WEDDINGS AND DOES NOT KNOW WHO THE GROOM IS! On our wedding day, Geovanny showed up with an assistant that was learning how to be a videographer. We were not warned that he would be coming and he got in the way and took more time to teach him than if we just had one videographer. During our reception, Geovanny put a huge spotlight on the dance floor and it was a huge distraction for us and our guests. It was killing the ambiance of a dance floor. Because of this, my husband asked him to leave before the allotted time that we paid him for. When we got our video back, we were appalled. Geovanny missed the entrance announcement of our grandmothers. When he was shooting the MOH speech, he zoomed in so it was just her head and nothing else. He left the camera on a tripod most of the night and caught a wall during my brothers speech because my brother was walking around. The assistant is walking in front of guests during our first dance and is in the shot for some of the video. Also, some of the video looked like it was skipping. When I brought this up to the Clear Vision team, they basically said, "Sorry, nothing we can do. Geovanny did exactly what he should have." They did not take any responsibility for the fact that we had horrible raw footage because they hired someone that did not take a camera off a tripod. We had Clear Vision make a second edit to our video, but it still was not good because we did not have the raw footage to make it better. Once we got our raw footage, it took over 2 months to download hundreds of 10 second videos. I am sure there is a better way of giving someone raw footage that WE PAYED FOR! We saw in the raw footage that there actually was better footage of some of the speeches, but the editing team was just too lazy to jump from one angle to another. This company should not have 4.9 stars on The Knot. They were horrible to work with and did not want to listen when we were pointing out issues with our results. We were not expecting any money back, just some understanding and a second look at our video. We got pushed aside and were told that none of this was their fault.
