Our videographer was Tim. He emailed a few days before the wedding to go over all the details. He showed up and went straight to work! He was not pushy! He was laid back and left all decisions up to me unless I requested input. During the reception he was calm and handled all of our chaos super well!! He never once made me feel like things were hectic or chaotic or stressful for him. He definitely helped calm me down a couple times I was freaking out and worried about things. He told me everything was good and not to worry about anything that everything was fine. He did an amazing job getting shots of everything. Working with this company was great!! From booking to the post-wedding forms. I can't wait to see everything Tim captured from our special day!! I highly recommend!!!

This strong customer service approach and having visuals by far set them apart! My wedding was in Sept 2023 and our videographer Bruno gave us the heads up earlier in the week that drone footage may not be possible due to the rain forecast. The plan was to get the drone footage after our getting ready photos and before the ceremony. The wedding day arrived and it was a light drizzle but getting heavier throughout the day... I was so bummed! But when Bruno arrived at the hotel, he told me he went to the venue first to get the drone footage instead of after when the rain picked up and it wouldn't be possible by then. I thought this was absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond to make it happen. He knew how important the drone footage was for me! I am so excited to see our wedding video and will update this review once I can speak more on the quality of the videos. For now, customer service, professionalism, timeliness, and reliability are A++
