Their support team isn't properly reading emails and its a new person I keep emailing with so I am having to repeat my issues. I decided to call and the woman basically told me it was my fault for not reaching out to them and it goes against their policy to send a partial shipment... Okay.. So then why did it happen? I am beyond disappointed and frustrated. I just need to start putting together some of my flower arrangements. Unless you have time in between wedding planning for emails and phone calls with their customer service, I would not recommend it.

The response I got amounted 'that sucks, this is our policy, have a good day.' The fact that they communicate in this manner is crazy when they are a smaller business. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is a lie (just read some of the other reviews or look them up on the better business bureau).

When I received them they were such a bright green color that they made the flowers look fake and felt rubbery in your hand. Not pleasant to hold on to.I tried through chat to resolve it, even offered to pay for shipping in exchange for a credit. These are unused and not a fragile item and would ship just fine. I referenced their guarantee and was told it only applies to damaged items. Very contradictory to their guarantee. So just make sure you like what you ordered because they are not gonna make it right regardless of the circumstances.

Throughout those 3 weeks I contacted them over email and Facebook and was told to just be patient it hadn't finished being packaged. I asked them to cancel them since it would be too late (I was estimating the 10 days) but they didn't respond for 2 days and within those two days the flowers were packed, so it was too late. After that, it took 2 days for the box to be picked up. At this point, I knew I wasn't going to get it on time but kept trying to contact them. They told me congratulations! We see they'll arrive on Saturday (the day after my wedding). I stopped worrying and bought new flowers. Saturday came and went and still no flowers. So I reached out on Sunday. They responded on Wednesday asking for my information to check. It had arrived a week after I had told them I needed them by. Beautiful products and good prices, but don't buy from them unless you have 3-4 months before your event. Listing the 5-10 days after processing guaranteed is deceiving because there's no accountability for processing time whatsoever.

They refuse to refund my money or even offer some type of in store credit. This is NOT how you handle business. Absolutely disappointed, and I will never order from them again.

If you do indeed zoom in like 1000x, you can see its upside down. Shady practice. What plant grows upside down leaves like that...none. It all looks terrible and I plan to resell and lose money and buy an alternative option elsewhere. Not only is the product quality bad, the customer service is worse.

out how 6 out of my 12 paints were missing/unusable. They didn’t respond for a couple of days so I called them. They were nice and offered to do 110% refund for these paints. I replaced my order and decided to order other stuff so my total came out to be around $30. I had to pay a $8 delivery fee so the order was around $40 after tax and delivery (making the extra 10% pointless). I got my order and 2 of the paints were wrong. I ordered Ivory 4oz and got Grey Goat Blue. I also ordered Morning Frost 1oz and got Frosted Mulberry. I messaged them on fb and they gave me a runaround. I finally got someone to text me. They were nice and said they would resend out the wrong paint. I received the package today and I got the Ivory but the Morning Frost was missing. I then messaged the same number again and told them the issue. They responded that I would get a refund of that paint and I could buy it elsewhere. 3 orders and I never got the paint I initially ordered.

If there is another, I'll not have a bouquet for the wedding. Still no picture, just was told it will ship out tomorrow. Also, the filler for the DIY kit was crap and keeps falling apart. They do not even begin to provide all you need to make a bouquet in the kit, and some of the flowers are so delicate, you can hardly handle them without them breaking. Negative 5 stars.

shipment 1/17/22. Ended up with yet another DIY kit. My FH spent hours arguing how this is unacceptable and we need the correct items for our 4/8/22 wedding. They assured him they’d start working on it. On 3/18/22 I got an email that they cannot complete my order, 3 weeks out from my wedding. Hundreds of dollars spent on people who can’t read the words ‘build it for me’. So with few options left my fh said let’s just try the craft kit. Turns out they didn’t even send us the dye. So the wrong items are even incomplete on top of it. And of course they need me to send back all these incorrect orders before they issue my refund. Like I have nothing better to do 3 weeks away from my wedding. Awful customer service. I should’ve went to Lings after strike 3 with Sola. Don’t make the same mistakes I did.

elivered from "Utah" with guaranteed 4-5 days....then when I got the product, I was absolutely horrified.... 1. A LOT OF MY FLOWERS ARE DAMAGED!!!!! I tried their “fluffing” technique listed on their website and YouTube and my flowers fell completely apart once they got wet. Only 75 of my 145 flowers are able to be used! 2. There were random human hairs found in my packaging...I shed as much as the next girl, but the amount of hair that I got with my sealed flowers was absolutely DISGUSTING! 3. I received 15 bottles of wood dye with my order....and 12 were DRIED UP beyond belief! I tried adding water, heating up the water to make it dissolve, I tried a million things to make it work and NOTHING helped!!! 4. My $35 Eucalyptus bunches are bent beyond belief that I will need to cut them in order to salvage them. They were shoved into the bottom of the box and everything else shoved in it on top. The box was WAY too small for my order!! 5. An ENTIRE assortment is missing entirely. 6. I ordered 3 of the SAME bridesmaid assortments and received 2 of one bouquet bunch and 1 of another.... Flowers are different in the 1 random one they thought was okay to send. I am BEYOND disappointed in this purchase, and I am not getting any assistance from customer service AT ALL! I contacted them immediately after receiving my order about the missing bouquet assortment and they have done NOTHING in over a week to fix the issue. I replied from my order confirmation to customer service to let them know about the damage and missing product and then they have gone into the "oh we need your order number, a picture of the packing slip you received, pictures of this this and that, and then proof that you did not receive your assortment". HOW EXACTLY DO I PROVE IN A PICTURE THAT I DIDN'T RECEIVE SOMETHING?!?! Okay here's a pic of what I received 🤷‍♀️ I wanted to warn everyone I know about the HORRIBLE experience I have had with them, and tell you to go ELSEWHERE.... Sola Wood Flowers are NOT quality products, they're GARBAGE!

Turns out, since I was "missing items" I was expected to contact then within 15 days of receiving my package, EVEN THOUGH I was not missing any items that were listed as being included in that package- just expecting an entirely separate shipment. I shared proof with customer service that my 6 bottles were still showing as "processing" on my order details page but apparently that is not enough for them, and this is my fault. They were "kind" and gave me a $9.63 store credit, the cost of the dye bottles calculated based on the overall kit value. These bottles are currently priced as $4 each. Plus $7 shipping. Puts me at over $20 I need to spend to receive items I already paid for and they did not ship. Bring your business elsewhere, this company has stolen my money.

then their paints and colors are EXTREMELY inconsistent! They kits come with NO instructions or mixing ratios and their online videos are very vague! I had to really search YouTube for how to mix the dipping solutions. And the paints... Ugh. I ordered merlot... to start, they were dried in the bottle and really hard to get out so that could have been half the problem.. the flowers turned out much more of a brighter pink/fuchsia color. Not like the pictures or examples online at all. The second color I chose was a little better and looked more similar to the color online. So after trial and error (why I ordered extra flowers to practice on) I decided to reorder more in hopes the color was just a bad batch. This time I ordered more merlot and cranberry thinking that if not, you can't screw up cranberry. (Having a fall wedding, so looking for those fall colors.).. I was wrong .. the "cranberry"??? Pink! I knew the second I pulled the bottles of paint out that they weren't cranberry AT ALL! The Merlot.. not dried this time but still not deep and mostly pinkish purple. I quit wasting time flowers using their paints and mixed my own. I was able to get a beautiful deeper cranberry color and just wish I knew ahead of time and save the time and money. I wasted SO much money with this company and wouldn't do it again. If you do choose this route, USE YOUR OWN PAINTS!!!! Mix your paint and softener and then add in hot water. Save yourself the headaches I went thru. Good luck!

Ex is delaying it, not Sola Wood Flowers. I only had one assorted box that some flowers seemed a bit rough up, but they are so fragile. They do a great job shipping the flowers and accessories. The paint has been great. I have paint that I mixed from 2 months ago, that I just have to stir, may add a bit more paint or water. No waste. I'm anxiously awaiting for 200 of them to arrive today. Highly recommend the products and company.

ance as they are hardy, which allowed us to focus elsewhere closer to the big day. They looked wonderful. We made our Bride’s and Matron of Honor’s bouquets from them as well as some decorations. All our guests had complements about how good they looked and impressed that we assembled them. We were able to match our colors perfectly with their dyes. The only warning to someone considering them is they do take time to DIY. It is not a difficult process, but you do need to dedicate multiple hours to fluffing, dying, and arranging them. The result is well worth the effort if you can spare the time though!

0 flowers, the wire, stem cover, filler, dye, and softener all just a little over 300 bucks. Now I need a few more, but I was able to save a lot of money! If you wait until black Friday and cyber Monday they come in raw so you will need to do all the work yourself, but I love crafts so it was fun to do. Plus I had my bouquets done months before I need them. I did have a few items missing or was incorrect, but it was the holidays, and they fixed it immediately, no problem. I've also reached out for additional info on how to care for them or how to properly craft them and they answered my questions practically instantaneously and were very helpful.

It is already stressful trying to do the flowers on your own and they made it worse. I do not recommend.

I asked for a return call, left voicemails, texts and fb messages with no response immediately after having connected with them twice. This order was a re-order from a kit ordered previously. No where in the product description was it mentioned that the dye will separate with no way to be re-mixed (was stored in a temperature controlled location). Having seen other reviews from the holidays last year regarding long shipping times, I ordered my wedding kit early. Since the order was more than 6 months prior to when I went to dye them, they would not even give a coupon for free shipping on the replacement dye. Also, expect slightly damaged flowers in the larger kits due to their delicacy and shipping. Not a problem as long as you order enough for your project, but something I felt helpful in other reviews. If you have used these products before and are potentially willing to wait longer for your order- the products are good; however, the customer service if there is a problem is extremely lacking.

Shipping times are horrible weeks 3-4weeks after ordering. So when you are trying to make something for a client and you run out your completely SOL. They run out of almost everything or sell to much they can’t promise you what you ordered! Don’t waste your time with this company, it’s melt down after melt down! I guess Meagan just sold the company cause, well shes a sell out like she did with eco flower. Ran that business into the ground as well. If you guys want to buy sola flowers there are great ones on Etsy!

Even including all of the additional supplies to put together the bouquets, I spent ~ $180 on it all. Such a steal!! You’d pay at least that much just for a bridal bouquet at some florists! AND now I get to keep my wedding flowers as a decoration in my home forever! I love telling guests the story behind the flowers- they are always so surprised at how beautiful they are, for not being real flowers! Highly recommend!

first, I got an email giving my money back as a gift certificate to their store because they said they couldn't fill my order "fast enough." This was all done without asking me! What was odd is that they were still taking orders for an item that was almost identical to what I ordered. I told them I don't mind waiting, and they estimated shipping March 2019. Around March, I emailed them if anything was happening. The package was sent; they just didn't send me the info. Unfortunately, package 1 gets lost, so I email again that I would still like my order. They send out a new package extremely quickly, which was nice but I should've known would be low quality. I would've reviewed higher if everything was worth it, but it wasn't. I got a bunch of stemless flowers painted by them, and it was so easy to see how rushed of a job it was. There are so many flowers that have spots without color. Almost all of them are chipped or broken. Many of them you can see the mess and glue(?) all over the bottom. It's disappointing, but I'm glad I decided to order at a discount to see what they're like before getting an actual bouquet. I definitely will not get anything else from them.

He put "delivered" for the tracking number which was the only tracking number on the order. Post Office said that Sola Wood Flowers needed to have tracking numbers for each box and that they are cheating the Post Office so looks like they are going to be investigated and I am going to Attorney General and Better Business Bureau and have my bank get me my money back.

On Aug 27th I told them to cancel my order. They sent me a cancel confirmation that said 'your order as been canceled, and we're super bummed about it'. Yeah... me too...

bsite says 5-10 days for shipping and 3 weeks later nothing. Also I ordered the assortment I liked so I can see it in person, then I planned on ordering more for bridesmaids but unfortunately they discontinued 2 of the assortments I ordered. Total bummer

got so many compliments and guests who had to look closer at my bouquet because they couldn't believe the flowers weren't real. One note of caution: make sure you start this project way earlier than you think you need to! Orders take a while to get through their warehouse and the more popular flowers regularly go out of stock, so give yourself time to be able to order and get what you really want, and order extra as they are delicate and I had some break as we worked with them.

een getting multiple emails of the same email twice which is annoying, I have been blocked from the Facebook page for being a part of a group Meagan didn't approve of even though I am Not sure why. I haven ordered things and never received a message back, or anything. Sometimes I did go and pick up the orders since I live near by. When I have been inside the warehouse there were dogs and the employees there didn't seem to be very friendly. It was very messy and and while I was there I saw an employee having to clean up what looked like dog poop next to a box of flowers, from a little white dog. Which was a little alarming. I have also received many items with hairs in them and so with that in mind I would definitely not use them on cakes or anything edible like some people have done. I was excited to use them for my wedding but I was also upset about how I no longer treated as a customer and well, sometimes the product is not very good and has issues and instead of responding they seem to block you. I wonder if I leave a negative review if it will be erased or considered harrasment or something as I have seen in other reviews and in a group on Facebook as well. Which it shouldn't be that way. The way the business runs things is not very professional and they really just don't seem to care about you as a customer like they say so on the Facebook videos they post. Everyone on. The videos seem so happy and nice but when you pick up an item the employees seem to ignore you, bad attitudes and unorganized as it has been hard to find my orders. So with those in mind it breaks my heart to say I'm going with a different company because of the way I am treat and the way others have been treated as well. Just because you have a good product doesn't mean it's ran by a good company. Its kind of interesting when the owner has to bribe people to leave good reviews on websites as well for gift cards and I think that's a little dishonest. It's like how EcoFlower was ran and well they went under for similar reasons and I am scared now to even go further. Also sometimes products take a long time to deliver unless you pay the VIP prices of $20. Even then you still have to wait and that's a lot for a bride on budget and also if you have to wait about 2 weeks to get tournaments product even when paying the price...it's not worth it and seems to be a rip off. I think there should be a a better way to process orders as well. I've tried many times supporting the company but after reading other reviews and knowing I'm not the only one....I would stay clear. It's just not right to ignore customers and block them from your groups when they have said nothing but positive things because you are part of a group that the owner dislikes??? Why spend money on a company that's so picky on customers to help? And the black hairs in the bags of flowers are just nasty....plus who knows what the dogs do there to the products you order. Also isn't it illegal to smoke/vape inside in Utah? Again not very sanitized and just gross as who knows what you might have had happen to your products. Unprofessional and rude to not reply to complaints about products you are responsible for. Plus blocking people? For no reason?
