My daughter was crushed when she had to cancel the ceremony, but Kelly and her staff were more than understanding. They refunded the entire amount without any hesitation and agreed to help us out if and when she decided on a new date. Words cannot express the professionalism and compassion I received from Kelly during this heartbreaking time and even though she was losing revenue, she never once complained of the hardship or toll this virus was taking on her small business. I applaud Something Borrowed and the integrity each and everyone of them have for putting their personal feelings aside for the greater good of their community. And at the end of the email Kelly sent, she said.."We're all in this together," and that alone, brought tears to my eyes. Kelly Zelinski and her company set the gold standard when it comes to customer service and I look forward to the date when we finally get to meet for Jacquelyn's big day.

One our favorite items we rented was the sofa set and fire pit. That was used a lot on our wedding day! I would HIGHLY recommend Something Borrowed for wedding rentals.
