I called a couple days before delivery, to confirm my date and pay the balance, and I was told the employees who could confirm the delivery left for the day (4:30 pm) to pick up their children, and no one was available. Upon my arrival to the venue for my rehearsal, I was informed by my wedding coordinator that Caloosa was a ‘No Call, No Show’. I called Caloosa to find out what the issue was, and I was told they “just got really busy, so they couldn’t make it, but it’s ok, they’ll make sure I didn’t get charged.” There were no other rental companies available within 24 hours of my wedding, and I was left scrambling to fix the issue. My fiancé and I ended up running to TJ Maxx for linens, borrowing tables from our family’s houses, and ultimately had to move out cocktail hour to the reception area to accommodate all the guests. A major stressor I could’ve done without for my big day. Choose a different vendor and save yourself a lot of time and trouble.

They worked with my family and I on where to put the tent, what would be most comfortable and had the best prices in the area. Amii was very thorough on her end, making sure the invoice was correct, making last minute changes, etc. Our wedding day was perfect, and I can only thank the staff at Caloosa for helping me make my fairytale wedding a dream come true. Thanks again for all your help!

or there would be an additional $125 charge. Also, the contract never stated anything about access to water. While dealing with the delivery site being more than 50 feet (it was approximately 100-125 feet) and needing to find water access, I spoke with Larry (the owner of the company) who spoke to me as if I were an idiot with absolutely no common sense or as if I rent tents on the weekly. I was given 2 options, either pay for the additional labor because "your event is not our only event" or they would just take the tent. Luckily my wedding coordinator was able to gain access to water to be able to fill the 55 gallon drums. Larry did not act professionally at all, the only reason that I am giving 2 stars is because the set up crew was very helpful and tried to ensure everything would be ok after the owner spoke to me as if I were beneath him simply because I am a woman. I doubt he would have spoken to my husband the same way. If the only experience I had with this company was with the set up crew then they would have received 5 stars but the owner Larry is the reason I will never do any rentals through this company ever again or recommend this company to anyone that I know for any future rentals.
