Casey was great! She was flexible, easy to communicate with and quick to reply to our questions, and made great desserts. Many of our guests have commented on how delicious the pie bites were! We look forward to having another opportunity to work with her again!

Casey was so amazing to work with. She had great ideas and made some amazing desserts. We just wanted a simple head table cake and it was so delicious! We were unique in we wanted the cake balls she offers and we also did some bars and cookies! People loved them!! I got so many compliments on them! They were gone before the dinner was even done with!! The only complaint I received was that there was not enough! I would recommend her to anyone!

Not only did Love in the Oven provide a stunning and simple wedding cake for my wedding, but also some delicious cake bites (seriously, they are SO good!), including a gluten-free version for one of my bridesmaids. Excellent-tasting baked goods at a great price . . . what more could you want?

I have celiac disease, so needed gluten free cake for my wedding. We talked to several bakeries who claimed they could do gluten free baking, but they did their gluten free right next to regular baking, causing the cakes to be cross-contaminated by wheat flour. For someone with severe allergies, this is not acceptable. The last thing I wanted was to be sick on my wedding day. But then I found Casey and Love in the Oven. Casey understands food allergies and assures her baked goods are safe for those who need it. She even created a new flavor for me - Champagne Cake - a taste from my childhood - that she had not previously used before. We opted to have a 6 inch tier for cutting - but then did the rest of the cake in Casey's specialty - Cake Balls. The guests loved them! We had both gluten free and regular options in 4 different flavors. It was the hit of the reception! And even with all the custom work, we still paid less than any of the other bakeries had quoted for standard cakes. Casey even came to Grand Forks from Fargo to deliver the cakes and set up the table. Love in the Oven in Fargo is fantastic!!!

My husband and I wanted cheesecakes and assorted bars for our wedding, which is what first drew me to inquire with Love in the Oven. I loved that she offers 2"x2" squares of just about everything (even cheesecake!). I didn't have to worry about assigning someone to cut and serve cake. People could just come and grab what they wanted. Everything was already the perfect size for individual servings - not too little, but not so much that you couldn't grab something of a different flavor. Everything was delicious and I got a lot of compliments on our dessert bar. She also offers two-tiered wedding cakes, for those that still want to incorporate that tradition.
