y clear, but this florist still decided to keep 50% of our deposit. We gave her over a months notice of the cancellation, as this was out of our control. Also- the events of a ‘pandemic’& ‘COVID19’ was not specified in the contract, either. Then she proceeded to state that "she was told the event was cancelled- not due 100% to COVID..” which is an absolute lie!! I can’t even fathom that (I have the emails as proof). I cannot wait to marry my fiancé, and the fact that she is trying to make it seem like we cancelled our ceremony on our own accord, is infuriating. She also said "we weren't in the mood to discuss other options", which too, is completely inaccurate.. there were no other options to discuss, because again- the ceremony is totally cancelled. Please, if you are interested in the emails to draw your own conclusion- contact me. Do not use this absolutely unethical florist.

classic, traditional, elegant look I wanted. They are true professionals. They were prompt with the delivery and each bouquet was stunning. They were also so easy to work with in keeping everything well within my budget. If you are looking for a florist in the southern Vermont area, this is the one to go with - trust me, you won't be disappointed.

I have been buying one of a kind bouquets from Valley Flower Co. for a few years now and they definitely did not disappoint for my wedding! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for flowers for any event in the Upper Valley.

kind arrangements and bouquets. She works out of the box of traditional wedding arrangements (which is exactly what I wanted) and incorporated succulents, grasses, berries, and even pitcher plants (!!!) into the arrangements and bouquets, and brought a sense of the natural beauty and rustic nature of the New England region to our wedding while still making the space elegant. I still cannot get over how stunning all of the flowers were, from the boutanniers to the centerpieces to the altar arrangements!

wasn't sure of a few small details the morning of the wedding and they were available on the spot to answer questions. They worked with us to give us exactly what we were looking for and I would highly recommend them for a wedding florist!
