Our Lakefront Resort is located on 7.2 acres, gated and offers privacy and a romantic setting for your Special Day. We can accommodate your event in “Winter” or “Summer” as we have two banquet rooms, for small or large events. The grounds are complete with an acre of landscaped lawn, pavilion, patio, gardens, waterfall and pond with a backdrop of the Lake and Denali. Unlike a hotel, we offer a more private and intimate setting of uninterrupted time with family and friends. You will have full house privileges, to gather together for breakfast, mingle in the living room, enjoy gathering by the fire pit by the lake or play games on grounds. This is a great location to host the grooms dinner and wedding reception in one location. 250 wedding guests/40 overnight guests

Heather is amazingly accommodating and so helpful and kind! We locked ourselves out of ares twice and she or another member of the team was there in minutes to help us get back in :) We rented out the main house and one of the smaller houses so...

that our entire wedding party and some of our family members could stay with us and we had way more than enough room! The place is absolutely gorgeous and the booking process was so easy! I absolutely recommend this for a wedding!

I grew up in Alaska, moved to Washington for five years and returned to manage the family business. I have worked as a waitress for fifteen years and helped set up for multiple weddings. I have been involved with the resort sense it was just a bed and breakfast. Our resort is unique as it has several different options for families and friends to bond together. Separate accommodations can be rented for large families yet everyone can come together for the grooms dinner and reception.
