Giganti & Giganti Fine Jewelry

My grandmother handed her wedding band and engagement ring down to me and I was looking for the perfect place to get them re-sized and welded together. I found that here. It needed to go up three sizes and I was worried that the sizing would alter the appearance of the ring, however they did a fabulous job and it came out amazing!

My husband's family has been customers at Giganti & Giganti for many years and it seemed only natural for us to go there to pick out our wedding rings. When my husband was shopping for engagement rings, he went in and met with Jim. He picked out exactly what he wanted in a cateloge and wanted to order it. Just before this, a major storm had hit the East Coast, the location of this particular ring manufacturer, and they were not taking orders. Jim helped my husban to pick out the diamonds he wanted and order a custom ring from another manufacturer. This custom ring far exceed my husbands expectations (and I love it!). When it came time to pick out our wedding bands, we returned to see Jim. Jim helped me to narrow down the rings that would go best with my custom engagement ring. When I decided what I wanted, he wasn't completely satisfied with the way my rings fit together so he ordered a custom fit wedding band that would fit flush with my custom engagement ring. Keeping things custom, my husband picked out a ring he liked but really wanted a comfort fit band. Needless to say, Jim ordered a custom ring that was perfect for my husband. Even better, all of our custom rings cost the same as their comparable stock rings. That is our story, but we have also recommended Giganti & Giganti to our friends. My husband's best friend will be getting married in October 2013. He, too, visited Jim to pick out rings. As an Army officer stationed in Texas, he is not able to get to Springfield very often. Jim went out of his way to meet our friend and his soon to be wife on a holiday (the store was closed) to pick out and order wedding bands. If that isn't great customer service, I don't know what is.

Loved working with the staff. They didn't have the exact bands we wanted but they ordered them and it took about a week to get them in. Absolutely stunning pieces.
