I was allowed to join my family at the dressing room the first question I was asked what who was paying for the dress. Completely tacky a d utterly irrelevant. Then they told me they would pull dresses for me, COMPLETELY ignoring what I said I was looking for. I pointed out a dress I wanted to try 3 times over 30 minutes and finally pulled it myself and handed it to the attendant who acted completely surprised I wanted to try it on. And when I thought it couldn’t get worse they told us NO PHOTOS. When you’re talking about spending 2k this is unthinkable. They were so pushy and certain they would sell me a dress that day. The whole thing was very jarring, uncomfortable, and frankly awful. They were dismissive of my mother and grandmother who were there with me. They were dismissive of me. I pray experience I have had. I would recommend everyone avoid.

tic, crazy and indecisive personality. They also respected my budget making sure i got what i wanted for a price i wanted. I highly recommend anyone dress shopping to buy their dress here i have never felt so comfortable and happy they truly made this experience a one of a kind!

ed nothing like my picture. They have three rules, no pictures until you say yes to the dress, only one favorite dress at a time and you must be honest. Well I was honest and I said I don't like those dresses but they said well try it on anyways. Finally I went and picked my own dress that was closer to what I was looking for. Then it seemed that everyone in the store was trying to give me their own opinion so instead of 1 person helping me I had 3 including the manager. They were great saleswomen and used scare tactics mostly to persuade me to buy the dress. After feeling extremely pressured and very negative towards the people around me I bought the dress. Then 2 hrs later realized I didn't like it. I immediately called back to see what could be done. After 4 days of phone tag and fighting and refusing to talk to my mom but only me, we still had to pay for the dress even though I wasnt going to use it, with only 140 dollars given back as a refund. For a bride to be looking for a dress do not go to these people, they are mean and pushy and not helpful at all.

n before the gal said "well that's all I have for you...", I was a bit stunned. I only tried 4 dresses on and was there for MAYBE 45 minutes of my hour appointment. Had it not been for that final comment, I would have given 5 stars.

o see the pictures you take at other shops. The lady helping my sister kept pushing her to like their dress better than the dress my sister liked at David's Bridal. My sister wanted the opinions of her family and the owner basically said that our opinions didn't matter. If the bride to be is asking, then yes they do matter. My sister found a dress she liked but it fit too snug. They said they could let out the seam to make it fit. We were told that they could have the alterations done in two days. The lady said that the owner was on the phone presently with the alteration lady. After my sister decided to get the dress, suddenly they hadn't been able to get ahold of the alteration lady. Then it went from that to the alterations lady was suddenly booked and couldn't do it in two days (even though they still hadn't gotten ahold of her). My sister wanted lace added to make the neckline a little higher and first we were told they would give us the lace, then they told us they would sell us the lace, then they told us we would have to get the lace from the alteration lady at her shop. When my sister tried the dress on my mom asked about a small spot on the dress and some "fuzzies". The lady said that they would clean it, press it, cut strings, fuzzies, etc to make it-in her words-"perfect". Once we decided to get the dress she said "I'll do my best" in regard to the above mentioned things. The biggest kicker was that after all the pushing us to buy from them, when the lady told us they couldn't get it altered in two days she actually SUGGESTED we buy the David's Bridal dress instead!!!!! It was like they pushed us to buy and once we decided to they suddenly didn't want to sell it to us!! How does it even make sense to suggest we go elsewhere?! They had asked what the price was of the David's Bridal dress and quoted us a "discounted" price on the dress my sister liked -which was still more than the D.B dress- and It felt like they changed their mind and didn't want to sell it at that price but didn't want to come out and say that. The lady kept telling my sister that it's an "emotional connection" and that you have to "feel the emotional connection" to the dress, and then once my sister was "emotionally connected" to the dress they suggest we go elsewhere. That just felt cruel. Needless to say we did not buy from them. Highly unprofessional people, the owner is condescending and all are rude. They change their word as fast as a girl changes dresses. So much for having a happy shopping day for the soon to be bride. They definitely do not know how to treat the public.

s looking for, and I found a perfect dress. I told her of a detail that I wanted to have added, and she brought me a silver sash with Swarovski crystals on it. It was the perfect final touch! I love my dress, and was so happy to find something that was modest and she brought me a silver

that they truly had my best interest in mind. I brought a large group with me, meaning a lot of opinions. However i was so impressed with how the owner and my consultant fought to keep MY opinion heard. It was overall a fun and easy experience. I didn't feel forced into making a wrong decision. I'm so in love with my dress and I have absolutely no regrets!

e to run a business with that type of disrespect towards customers. FYI, I'm no bridezilla. I asked a simple question and the woman blew up at me, seemingly for no reason. I get she's pregnant but that's no excuse. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

ales were final. This was not indicated on the receipt or to my fiancee at any time during the shopping experience. She asked them to make an exception, since it was $200, still in the packaging, and no one ever indicated the sales policy. The owner refused, at one point literally saying, "I don't even have time to deal with this right now. All sales are final, and you should've known that." Complaint filed with the BBB. What an an awful way to treat an honest customer.

re but were exactly the styles I wanted to try! Megan and the Margene's team made the entire experience very fun and let me try on dresses at my own pace - not trying to rush through the appointment and let me try on favorite dresses again at the end. I ended up purchasing my gown from Margene's after 6 different bridal salon appointments and couldn't be happier! The seamstress they recommended also did a great job for the couple of alterations I needed on the length, adding a belt, and adding a built-in-corset. They were super easy to work with and each person I interacted with was very friendly!

t I would have to pay full price for the right size, but they were able to give me one of their demonstration ones for the same price. They apologized for the mix up and were so nice!

recommend speaking to the same person every time you go to the store though.
